20 or so flat-screen TVs are the focal point at this sports bar with a variety of beer on tap.
This is a fun ping pong bar in downtown SF. I met a friend here for drinks/apps and while we didnt play ping pong, the food and drinks were good. We split the Oaxacan Nachos and Buffalo Chicken Sliders and they both were solid bar food app options. I ordered the Top Spin cocktail and it was great - Im always a fan of cucumber in my drinks as it makes them taste so fresh. Wasnt too crowded for a Friday night and we were able to grab a seat at the bar pretty easily!
Great place to hang out. Relaxing atmosphere.
Super pumped about this place sat at one table alexis had asked if it was wiped and she wiped it down either way. I got the Union Square Sports Bar one of the better options for plain eaters!!
Workers pressured people to have drinks at all times. If you did not, they would kick you out. It was very passive aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable.
Good cold beers TVs pool table music Tacos by mafiosocatering great gameday viewers
nice bar. Cheap drink specials! no more karaoke with Amanda Rocks. the locals didnt like her much anyway it. plenty of sportsball on the TV. Come watch the game here!
Not a family friendly place if your family has a 10 year old. Maybe because it was football Sunday, but our kid couldnt get it. Just a heads up for the families who are trying to watch a game.
Nothing special just a nice local joint in a town w not many sports bars. Drinks are fine but used to be a little better priced but what the heck, its the City, home of the hipster, 1 millon dollar studio apt, and 25 dollar hamburger lunch deal, although no hipsters here. If you want to catch a game or just a few innings or a quarter while the wife spends your hard earned dough, dip in for a Space dust and a shot. Good Stuff!!
Perfect place if you are just looking to have a drink or three. Friendly staff, lots of tvs to watch the games.
Unpretentious spot with a ton of TVs. Dont just watch THE game. Watch every game! Lots of draft options. No food but outside food is welcomed. Except Subway.
Game nights usually have a food vendor outside. Great vibes and diverse community of sports nuts.
Omg one of the ladies that works there gave me and my friend (whose birthday it wasfree first drinks. She was so nice and greeted us when no one else did. I wish I remembered her name! The drinks were good and its nice and cozy inside.
Friendly sports bar. Nice music, billiards, variety of draft beers. Open late and early morning on the weekends.
great spot to take pictures with your significant other and it was awesome for the little time that I was there and I would visit again if I have time
Well its well priced beer and sport , no food no complications, great bartenders ...so whats there not to like
You like sports ? Beer? Absolutely nothing else? This spot is for you.Bring your own food. Seriously, they let you. Also when I went, the bathroom door did not lock, do its a lottery every time you go in. It also is right next to the pool table for everyone in the bar to see.Good times.
Straight up simple sports bar as the name suggest. No food served here so they let you bring in food from outside which is pretty cool. Came here twice to watch the NBA playoffs and we ordered pizza and taco via Uber eats.
Nice bar friendly staff plenty of screens. If they did food it would be perfect.
Great dingy dive sports bar with lots of screens. Friendly staff, good prices. The neighborhood can be a bit colorful but that wont scare you away if you are ok with true dive bars.
Dont come here. Rud waiter with the beard. Didnt give us right change (10 bucksand when we asked back he just said... tips. Very bad....
Its a dive bar that does sports. If thats what you are looking for, this place is five stars that. Great beer selection, tons of screens, and lots of interesting characters.
Good location, good selection of beers, very attentive and friendly bartenders. What more could you want?
Good environment and service is not good, that I expected. Ordered drink and waited for long time, no response!! Left with little upset.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: Quite poor. Actively excludes people in wheelchairs with no room between tables and absolutely zero low tables. They have adopted the unfortunate new trend of βyou must be this tall and this bipedal to be served hereβ model. Disappointing. Do better.
They dont serve food. Just chips. Lot of beers and reasonable price. Sports bar atmosphere.
Best Sports Bar in San Francisco.USSB has a great vibe and awesome bar staff.
A touristy place, but with good, attentive staff and a decent beer selection. Good choice before a show at The Warfield.
Quick drinks, every game always on, decent service. It deserves a 0 for hygine, ambiance and customers tho. Take that for what you will.
Bartender didnt have any price consistency over charge me and my dad.Charge my wife and several other womenIn our group a much lower price.
Bartender was nice... when you could get her attention. Not busy at all. She just preferred talking to one person all night.
Small, humble sports bar with all of the basics and nothing more. Beer is relatively cheap so its not a bad place to catch the game with a few friends. Has a few pool tables in the back.
Very busy. You might a bit for your drink. But if you want a drink. I guess you wait. Staff is very friendly though. Dont sit at the tables next to the open windows. The street people constantly walk up and hassle you. They need a doorman to keep the rif raf away. Not trying to be insensitive. But they can get very aggressive in this area.
Great place to watch sports in downtown SF! Lots of tvs and friendly staff.... standard beer and cocktail selection, only the typical stuff here
Sports Bar! Great Service, Great Location, good for an after work beer if you are in the city. Stumbling distance to BART.
Went looking for a Pint and some food. The Good: lots of big screen TVs and all the sports playing. Billiards table. The price. The Bad: No food served (6pm on a Monday). $10 minimum if paying by credit.
A fine place to grab a few drinks. The staff has always bee quite friendly. I meet up with friends here before going to events in this area.
Great bar , lots of beer and plenty of TVs. no food though but can get delivery
I went to the bar with some coworkers after work. I came in not sure if I wanted to drink that day, but a coworker requested to buy me a drink. I eventually accepted to offer and he proceeded to the bar to buy a drink. When he got there the bartender immediately requested MY I.D. He claimed he only requested it because I came in and put my stuff down and didnt immediately come to the bar. I believe the real reason he would not serve me was because I am African American. The reason for these accusations are that I observed several White women came in and sat down with their significant other and were able to order throught their singificant other. I will not be returning. This is the 2nd time I was treated unfairly at this establishment. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a welcoming environment.
I stayed and work within minutes of Union Square. No matter what sports or championship game is on, Im here most of the time. The scene is always busy and hectic at times depending if a home team playing. The real reason why I like this place is because its not stuffy as massive door front allowed air circulation to vent easily. Food and drinks are quick to come and the ladies are chatty, but theyre making ends meet. Its not just for locals, but international travelers as well.
Great place to watch the game. They were happy to put our out-of-state basketball game on a TV. Brian gave some awesome recommendations of local beers to suit our taste.
Great venue for watching all different sporting events. Friendly bar staff and good choice of beers on tap
I love it!!! Best sports bar In the heart of the city.....friendly staff and affordable beers and cocktails....I never miss it when Im not townππ
Nice and quiet bar, good service and really nice selection of draft beers. The only detraction is a bit to much smoke, but I guess we are spoiled coming from a community where there is No Smoking at all bars.
Jen was our bar tender, she made one of the best bloody marys Ive had. Try a half Guinness half Porter. Perfect beer.
Its a dive. The nachos are topped with cheeze from a bag and "chili" from a bag. The beer is moderately priced and they have a decent selection. Go fro the sports, leave before the local brawl.
Just a good ol sports bar where you can order a jack and coke while watching the game. Service was very friendly
Quite a seedy feeling establishment for Union Square. The TVs could use an upgrade, given that they are calling themselves a Sports Bar. There was quite an eclectic crowd, but I must say that I did not particularly enjoy my brief trip here.
Classic sports bar with plenty of space. Great selection of draft beers. Nice staff.
This is not a fancy place but is decent enough to enjoy drink and enjoy the game. The place though looks disorganized when it comes to seating and it was hard to get the attention of the bartender while ordering drinks. They dont serve food which is big minus point though they do allow people to bring own food at the bar. Not the best spot but still deserves three stars in my book.
Good place to watch sports get a beer and realx after a day on the town! The bartenders are great and gave us a free drink for her birthday!
