Great place for meeting and talk, the food is good but Id prefer Bistecca if looking for better food (Same group, but this one more casual).

Love the ambience and food at Union PIK. Tried the Sticky Pork Ribs with Cherry Hoisin sauce is a must try! A good place to chill with alcoholic drinks.

Hands down my favorite branch of Union because of the great service! I like this branchs ambience the most and I guess its safe to say... one of the spacious one?Their Es Kopi Lokal and Scallop Aglio Olio never fails me. Also if youre feeling extra hungry, try their Escargot Garlic Butter.

My experience in this place is take-out for cakes and pastries only.This is the first time that I dined in. and it is a terrible one particularly with the service and the ambience.Service - Waiters are annoying for they always check and ask if you are done with the dish. In some instance, I lost my appetite! I am with a 6 year old boy and they took the plate that he is using.Ambience- The place is hot, I do not know if they have A/C.Food - Above avarrage for the chicken dish but for the pasta, it’s too oily and not for the good heart.I rather stick with their cakes for take out… Im not going back to dine in this place again.

I always find their main course average. Despite that I still frequent here often for after work drinks given the chill vibe, excellent service and decent drinks - pair it with their fries. of course their reputable cakes are top notch.They used to have cheese platter that was extremely value for money and a rarity in Jakarta - must order for cheese lovers if it ever comes back on the menu.Tip: request for the bar seat if you don’t want to wait for a table.

Ordered a takeaway cakes (peanut butter and red velvetturned out to be great!Not too much frosting, tasty cake with toppings, clean packaging (with box).Friendly staff that served really great.

Ordered cake recently to eat at home. Took quite a while for them to finish up. Had the red velvet cheesecake for the first time. I enjoyed the cheesecake parts more compared to the red velvet as it seemed to lack something? Portion is large however. (I have also tried their ube flavor and some of their donuts before which was good.)

A very nice family and hangout restaurant located in PIK Avenue shopping mall, Union is definitely one of the top spots to enjoy many type of Western dishes from starters, main courses, to desserts.I tried their special, the pork chop, this time around, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Good food with good company.

Went there for a snack after dinner. The place was packed!Tbh, too packed and too close per seating for my liking.The place was well decorated and cozy had it not been so packed, food and drinks were good as expected. But yeah, a bit too loud to have a convenient chat. Again due to being too crowded.

nice place to hangout, chill and get some alcoholic drinks. their waiter seems very familiar with their menu, many drinks not on the list but you can order what you like. their cake is good, red velvet is their recommendation. Price is a bit expensive but worth it to try

Pasta dishes great flavor, big slice cake.Better to share cake slice if u intend to eat as dessert after meal.

It was amazing food. Clean, Strategic Place, Menu via barcode, Full Table but of course they follow the rules og covid 19 (1 - 2 meterswith other table and also they put a white table cover, so when costumers are finished eating there, they changed it with the new table cover. They also gave us envelope, but I dunno for what hahaha, but I was using that for my mask. Good atmosphere, and For prices, some rich people maybe said the price still okay with the taste, quality, services and etc. But some people will think the prices is too expensive hahahah. But mostly prices nya sama seperti food yang ada di Bali.But ada miss understanding sih dari pihak waiter, we were waiting so long for our bolu pandan. We went there for tea and coffee time, but server thought the bolu panda was for dessert. Of course not! Next time make sure menu / repeating order and customers want to all out for the foods or set menus (per part). Bukan menduga-duga "em maybe itu buat dessert", padahal temen ku mau minum KOPI didampingi BOLU itu. But overall good! Thanks!

Nice place to Hang out with many choices of snack & beverage. The cake here are delicious especially the Red velvet & Chocolate cake. But If you looking for a quite place this is not a rite place.

Good atmosphere and nice food. Usually packed during weekends and friday nights. Awesome place to socialize and meet friends. You can never go wrong with Union.

The food was okay.. Nothings special but expensive. This one star was only for the beverages. Truthfully speaking, they got no star. The service was bad and rude for service that costs more than 10% from total basic bill. We got table at 2PM to 4PM. No one took us to the table, we have to find tables ourselves. When its time to pay, the staff mistook our bill with other tables. Luckily we checked. The worst of all is the staff discriminating us for our dressing in casual T-shirt and jeans. While treating another guests nicely just because of the dressing. Will not return to this place ever again!!!!!!!!!!

The price is relatively high. The red velvet and ube cake were awesome but I don’t think it’s worth 80K for a slice of cake? And it’s better to share than to eat alone, cuz the portion is so big

Best place for desserts and red velvet Cake.The only downside is that their smoking and non smoking area is basically in one place, yes they do have the outdoor area, but they dont separate it with a glass window - thus the smoke is still inhaled by non smokers - which is not a good idea when you dine in with young children.

Really impressed with the food.1. Started with the spinach salad and was amazing! All ingredients married well together and dressing was just perfect.2. Escargots were also yummy. Just a tad oily.3. Pork chop was also another winner! Cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Even booked/steamed veggies tasted awesome. And the wedges cooked to crisp perfection!4. Pork belly and crackling pasta. Tasted more like a carbonara with chunky smoked bacon and crunchy crackling.5. Pomelo salad as an add on was not a good idea... the only dish that was disappointing.6. Red velvet cake... yummy yummy yummy! Generous portion and very moist still. Slightly sweet after indulging a bit too much.Service wasn’t consistent. Few times our drinks had to be reminded. Love the cake! Tried the red velvet, delicious and not too sweet. The slice is big, enough for share with two people, worth the price. Coffee is good too. The cafe itself is nice but always crowded so they limit the time for u to stay there. For sure will come back to try the food menu.

I often come here for desserts and appetizers such as escargot and mushroom cream soup. The selection of cakes and donuts are heavenly. My favourite is the carrot cake (picture is not here), cheese donut and of course..es kopi lokal.

Union at PIK Avenue is a cozy place for hanging out with your friends or your client. It is very neat and clean. The food is affordable but it has a big portion, so you can eat 1 portion of food for 2 people. And a cake is sweet for the ones who likes sweets will love the cake from this place

Havent tried their foods yet, but have been trying their cakes and pastry, and all of them are worth the price! Expensive but worth it! 😍 my fave so far is their red velvet cheesecake and their ube velvet cake 😍💖🙌

Love place, cozy, delicious food, but service to slow, need to improve. I order food to go and the server forgot to wrap the cake, so the next day I had to make a call to delivery my cake home. Overall nice place to hangout. Price exclusive

Iconic and worth the hype. The red velvet cake was definitely a winner. On the (additionalplus side, its nice to sit back and chat here for a bit if youre looking to meet people in a more "classy" setting. Perhaps take some Instagrammable pictures as well.But of course, it can get quite crowded much of the time; and that might spoil your mood. Otherwise, its a thumbs up from me!

Great dessert but very noisy when the place is crowded (which theyre always are1 person approximately cost 100000 idr for coffee/ tea with cake selection. You pay for quality. The place is good, but 75% of the space is smoking area from 5pm above. And on peak hours, you can only have 2 hours for eating. They got the best red velvet cake... no doubt!

The most delicious fried rice Ive ever tried. The chicken steak also taste great. Salted chocolate milk shake also taste good.

Union pik is by far my favorite union. For those that dont know, union have different menu on each restaurant. The one in PIK has my favorite dish, the truffle kuetiauw. The kuetiauw is super chewy, paired with the spicy and slightly sour sambal, and chopped bacon, is heaven on the top of my tongue. Their ice cold beer on tap is another favorite, so refreshing.Also give the bar guys some love, have your meal at the bar with some cocktails or beers. The guys are fun and friendly.As for the atmosphere, decor, service, standard excellence expected of all union branch. Top!Also try their special es merah delima desert with cotton candy on top. You are in for a treat!

Another union establishment in north jakarta. Taste is great but price is too high. Service is quick but make sure you reserve your table before you come here. Menu choices were standard between pasta and rice. Drinks were excellent.

Was here for dessert. Ive previously tried their red velvet cake and nastar cake in the Senayan branch; so here I tried the Ube cake, PB&J cake, and red velvet pie.All of them are nice, however my current fav gotta be the red velvet pie. The crumble and crust are so heavenly...I also like their table queuing system, where theyll call you when a table is available, so you can shop around while waiting.

The cake here is good. I have tried four different cakes here and not disappointed. The last one is carrot banana cake which is ordinary banana bread. But the Klappertart is a gem that nobody talk about.

This time visiting Union, we wanted to try their Asian flavour. Fried Kuay Teow with Truffle and Bacon. Thumbs up to Union for fusing Asian Ingredients with European Indulgence. Something that you can hardly get elsewhere. Dry fried kuay Teow with slices of truffle.We also ordered our favorite Crispy Pork Belly with Honey Mustard. Tender pork belly with crispy skin served with mash potato and sweet sour honey mustard sauce. What a balance!

Love the place! Good food and nice vibes. Wonderful cake, although pricey. Most people come here to chill and eat cake. Fast service, staff was nice and friendly. It just opened recently, so expect the place to be fully booked and crowded.
