Poor place. We went there after 3 am literally 3.07am and security just said that the puff was closed but then they were offering people to come in paying 20£ cash in hand otherway was closed for them I guess trying to earn some extra cash which I’m not surprise of and I guess It’s not something that the company let them do because everyone in this country must pay tax for any service offered isn’t it? Won’t recommend at all.

The place is unfortunately very run-down, the sanitary units are extremely questionable and 1 of the emergency exits was blocked by a bin. I know its very difficult to run a club in London nowadays, but for this venue it would be better for the public if it would be closed.

This place used to be fantastic. But now not good at all. The door staff are the most disrespect Ive even seen. The guys on the front door are gonna drive your customers away . Hated it I stayed 30 minutes. I used to stay all night will never go back

Late night venue that you go to when everywhere else is closed.I paid £2 to put my bag in the cloakroom and had a cashmere jumper stolen from it by the cloakroom attendant. Emailed the club to complain, no response.One member of the door staff is particularly rude and on a power trip. Refused me entrance on more than one occasion when I was sober and polite and couldnt give me a reason why. Meanwhile they continued to allow riff raff trouble maker types in while barely even searching them

Worse securities I ever saw. My friend was pinched and they didn’t call police or ambulances. The black girl did you have to call the police and not us, while my friend was bleeding from the nose

Many legendary nights have been held at this venue before the current ownership, but unfortunately, those days are over. The club is battered, sound system useless, but worst of all the utter contempt for humanity possessed by the doorstaff. Dont even bother.

Good music, security staff are nice but the bar people are unnecessarily rude, they should improve their bar service.

Lost my wallet here. The only way to enquire is by email. There was no reply even now after 48hours. No way of calling the venue to confirm if they had or had not found it. Had to go back to the venue asked the security gaurd (who was unbelievably rudehe asked someone on a walkie talkie who just said they found nothing. No desire to get my contact details incase it was handed in.

Had a really spontaneous night out at this club, had fun, the music was amazing. Only criticism is the security guard could have been a bit nicer the night I attended with my friends, he seemed moody and didn’t like to talk. But other than that! Great night out

Ok, so lets start with the positive experiences- good music- some friendly peopleNegative ones- bad sound system- horrible smell Inside the club- damaged toiletsBut the worst of all was the door staff. I was in the club for 2 h, then I went outside to get some more cash from a cash machine. When I wanted to reenter the club, a staff said I couldnt, because I didnt tell him earlier when I left that I would come back.... I appologized a few times and stated that I come from Italy and do not know how to behave in London Clubs. He didnt let me in, and I drove home...Although the Club was not that bad, just the staff.

Everything is broken in this place, even the sound system. At the most basic level a club needs to produce music. The rear dance floor sound system was completely lacking mid range frequencies i.e. you could barely hear any vocals or melodies. Talking to the staff I was told the DJs were also complaining, but management are not spending money to fix it. Even the blower fan was broken. This place is run down, avoid.

Great little club if you wanna party till sunrise,Cool Dl with cool music..Drinks prices are reasonable..would be nice if they could serve quicker...No sign of rude doormen..thumb up.£10 to get in.CASH ONLY..man and woman shared toilet are small but very clean....

Union or the only nightclub in London that closes at 11 am .cash entrance, cloakroom and card payment at the bar minimum 10£If you want to come here you need to pay in cash the entrance and cloakroom if you don’t have cash you need to walk like 10 min to the nearest atm which is annoying but if you do manage to get in (after 3am)don’t aspect to find too many people or girls it’s only fun if you come with friends not by yourself unless you’re highThe thing that I didn’t like was one guy inside trying to sell drugs to people ( I don’t know how they let him inside and the bartender I tried to be as polite as possible and friendly I don’t know what was he’s problem I asked for 4 beers nothing complicated not some fancy cocktails and he told me only cash ( I only had cash for the entrance only because the security said that card is accepted at the barso I went out spoken to the security and told me that card is okay I go back to the bartender he said cash only again . I went to the cloakroom girl she asked the manager and she said card is accepted as well after that a security went with me to clarify and the bartender excuse was we don’t take payments under 10£ okay but he said no card payment allowed and plus I ordered 4 beers that’s 20£

Horrible door staff that wont let you in without ID, I dont drive so Passport, who carries their passport on a night out? Never ever again.

The bouncers let in people that sell drugs because they get a part of the stuff but not drunk people(and with drunk i mean harmless drunk)

The staff is very bad,. i paid 10 pounds and went to the smoke area with my friends, when I try to get in, they want me to pay 10 pounds more to get in. I said i wont pay any more, then I ask for a Taxi, it was crowed at the smoke area ( it was raining), so I went to the entrance just to wait for the taxi in a covered place (no one was there), they said I couldnt be there. I had to wait for the taxi in the rain. Awful place and worst staff ever, dont go there.

This is literally the worst gay club in London! Rude infriendly staff. Always dead! Extortionate entry fees! Bouncers have terrible attitude problem! The drinks are horrible! They don’t accept contactless! Don’t bother guys! It’s grim!

I have mixed feelings about this place, sound system in back room is pretty good and I had a great night here, but the toilets are minging, especially the gents out the back, front toilets are unisex but the one I used had no seat so guess you squat if youre a bird! Beer prices seemed okish 4.80 for can of red stripe, could be worse, my main gripe though was that they photo everyones ID on the door, and they just seemed to use one of the bouncers phones, Im not sure this is entirely legal.

Great music, nice staff, nice people amazing place!!Highly recommend, especial Monday night and Tuesday night!!

Union is pretty run down and could do with a good clean.The drink prices quickly add up, expect to hand over more than a fiver for anything alcoholic.Security are either relaxed or breath down your neck like your a criminal depending on what clubnight you go to.However all this can be overlooked due to some of the amazing events put on including Bioshokk and imaginariumThe layout has two rooms, the bigger has a great dance floor and decent sound. The second is badly positioned with the bar at the back - which blocks the dancefloor when the queues get busy.I will keep coming here as long as the events keep being being put on! However, its got potential to be much better.

Pretty empty at the time we went in (2 ambut the guy with the flyers was trying to hard sell tickets to people on the streets.

Just a load lowlife junkies in there got pick pocketed avoid load a rubrush imy giving a 1 because I cant give a 0. As u can tell by the reviews the place is like marmite u either love it or you hate it. I have to Say the music is OK but when im high it all sounds OK lol. The place and staff are OK considering the sort of people who go their regularly.

Boring music, and they have an extremely invasive policy with regards to the possibility that you nay have filmed someone. They asked me to show them my Snapchat and gallery to prove otherwise. One security guard with a brown beard stated that he had given me respect earlier by letting him in so I ought to give him respect with regards to him grabbing me and interrogating me. After it had been proven that I did not record anyone they kicked me out anyway, which is fine given that I was actually leaving.

The owners are friendly, but I give it 4stars. I was only being joyful on a night out, had one drink . He bar man asked. me so many questions about my life, I wasnt interested. So coz of that he radio security, I was like what?! Therefore , I did nothing wrong . He may have an other intentions. Due to that night ?! Its a no from Me! But else I would love too . The staff our generally friendly. Its the bar staff ! Watch out?! Theres drink maybe or something but no nice. .

One of the few underground all night clubs in London open nearly every night. Brilliant music, lovely soundsystem and really friendly people. A home for everyone to enjoy together. The true spirit of London!

Customer service be damned, must be their company motto.. Bouncers on the door very aggressive and basically dont give a damn, the cliché power trip comes to mind.. My advice avoid like a kick in the groin!

Bar man "Ricardo" last night am making an official complaint and want them to watch CCTV again the straws I "apparently" throw at you. He refused to serve me but had the nerves to have hmm my count was 5 SHOTS! So Ricardo am taking this further I made sure I got your name before I left and will ask the General Manager for the CCTV for 5am today so you can prove to them how I throw straws at you okay.

Probably worst barmen ever. Very rude staff behind the bar counter and you have to be very careful with your money. Last night I paid £14.20 for a couple of drinks with a £20 note and the guy just gave me 80 pennies back. I complained to him and he told me that he was right because I gave him only £15. I drunk my drinks and I left. Very bad service.
