Sundays are packed. Service may be a bit slow than normal. Very fun place if you have kids. They keep them entertained while you enjoy your drink and live band.

Great place. Caters for families with an active childrens area.

I would recommend this place for parents with young children as they have a vibrant play area. The food is awesome, when you eventually manage to get table service! The place is VERY popular and can get really, really full! But I love it, it was my 2nd visit with my grandchildren!

Amazing place, clean play area for the kids, delicious food and great service from the staff. The drinks are pocket friendly as well, i give it a 10/10 👏 will definitely visit again!

My family of 4 ordered separate menu items and tried each. They were all great choices! The atmosphere was comfortable and they have a great play area.*warning: the red dipping sauce is soooo hot!

The service is extremely slow especially on Sundays. Prices are high compared to the service you get. Has a good play area for the kids though

Great service, good food. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, waiters are busy running around to take and deliver orders that they forget to tidy tables after diners have finished. Other than that its good, enjoyed the live bandKids are royals here, play area, toys, face painting and all of it is FREE!! My kids loved it

Wonderful place to host events, birthday parties. Its kid friendly during the day with a playground to keep kids busy while you indulge with friends or family over a cold one. One thing that stands out about the place is having individual gazebos where you can have your own thing going with friends and family. Your little Island of fun.

WORST FOOD EVER !!! EAT AT YOUR OWN !!!Where do i begin....my last night in Nairobi ruined by the horrible food & service. Ordered for coffee that never came yet included in my bill. Food is the worst i have ever had. Seriously you are better off eating at a kibanda. Cant tell any of the meats apart. Chicken, pork chops, lamb chops all looked & tasted the same. Nasty & burnt. Food was served cold. Had to request to have it warmed up. Tea served cold as well. Talked to the manager who had the audacity to offer free meals next time...seriously!!! If the food was bad why in Gods name would i come for more even if it were free? I paid almost $100 for the worst food ever. I write this in hopes no one makes the same mistake i did. Buree kabisa....

Excellent food and even better service. My first visit back since covid and lots of improvements have taken place. Very much looking forward to making a visit with my child as Im sure he will have a blast.

One of my favorite restaurant in Nairobi.Best playground equipments for kids.Food and service are also good.They have live band every Sunday and Sundays are the busiest.

Food is good. Good for going with kids because there is a playground. Pleasantly impressed, they have a FANTASTIC minder who hangs about the kids ensuring they are safe. They have a variety of slides but the swings need repair.

Wonderful spot. They have a lot of fun activities for kids. Its a little loud and with children running around especially on weekends. So Id skip it if I was looking for a quiet meal. The food was excellent and the wait staff very professional even though the place was swamped. Well definitely go back.

Easily accessible bu road either from yaya or towards yaya.There is secure ample parking. Provides car washing and body cleaning/works. There is a secure kids zone with free give aways for kids on Sundays. Staff are friendly and service is quick.The food is amazing: you can try the pizza as it’s on point. At this place you will visit ones but you will come again and again.

Weve visited this place many times before, mainly because of the childrens play area.Its a decent place, and for us, the food has been consistently fine.However, each time we leave, the experience is the same, were always shocked at the bill.I dont think the place offers good value and if Im paying 200 KSH for a Soda, then I expect high quality service to reflect the high prices demanded.Every time weve been, the service has been numb and devoid of any welcoming personality. The staff appear to me that this isnt a great place to work.So, Ive finally realised it never changes, I doubt well be rushing back again anytime soon.

Went here on a Sunday with the kids. They have a nice, spacious playground which is a plus. We had to ask several waiters for a menu after being seated. Needless to say, the service was lackluster. The waiter messed up our orders twice and the food took too long to get to the table. The foods also not great, had the pepper steak which was the worst Ive had, pork chops were dry and chips bland. Not sure Id go back.

We had a terrible experience here. The food and service is awful. Its got a great playground but there are many other places where youd get good food and better service. Would not recommend it.

Ill definitely definitely visit againAnd they also got professional car wash service that includes waxing and minor fixes to issues such as external/internal body scratches - they take care of your car exterior and interior while you enjoy yourself!

It is a very good place.. One could say an hidden gem. The place had a very good ambience and awesome food too. I didnt like the roast lamb that much though. It has a playground for children so its good for family outings or kids birthdays.

We went there on a Sunday and the place was full with kids which is good for them to make new friends reminded me of the old splash water world vibe. I think they also do birthdays since there were many kids celebrating their birthdays.

The friendly staff, the childrens play area. 3 bars and a sound proof club with their own DJ. Saturday and Sundays is family day great offers during the week on food and drinks too. Venue for parties for the young and old, birthdays and receptions , Office parties to farewells too Under the radar is a one stop pleasure to have a dine out of just drinks with family and friends. Derrick and Juliet, the managers, keep it up..... 💯

That place to bring your kids to play while you bond, eat and have a good time. I like to bring a book and the nannies at the play area are so helpful and thoughtful! Just a tip though, you could make the edges of the play area more baby-friendly it looks risky and might cause accidents. Otherwise everything here is fantastic.

Perfect place to bring out the little ones to play over the weekend. Enjoy live their band on Sundays and chilled drinks from the bar. There is a car wash on site. Be sure to try the UTR pizza

This place is beautiful. The ambience, food and service are on point. Its a fantastic place for children because they have a playground with slides. Theres a changing station available as well.

Ive always written my reviews with a positive outlook, but this one here is the exception. *Long Post Alert*We decided to go support our friend despite having a long & tiring week. It was a good evening, the Karaoke was fun and the crowd was just awesome. When we asked for the bill we realised that the bills have descriptions of the guests, mostly based on the superficiale. It was cool to see that my pal had suit as his description because hey, he was wearing a fine suit. My other pal had his description as specs and we thought, cool. When I looked at my bill, it described me as mean! The shock! I didnt even bother looking at the other bills. I was taken aback because when I talked to the waiter this is how the conversation went; "Hi Sheila, how are you today? Could I please have........." The next time we talked was when I requested her to bring our bill.So, instead of remembering the 1st time I came to UTR or yesterday when we had a good time, all I can remember is being categorised as mean. Whats worse is that when I asked her why she tagged me mean, she said she didnt mean it like that. When my friends confronted her about it, she said it was a typing error, as she meant to write men because I apparently came in with men, which I didnt, I just walked in with 1. a and e are so not next to each other on the keyboard so she didnt even own up.I was personally looking forward to bring my brother over the weekend to celebrate his birthday at UTR, but with such tagging of clients, I just cant!So next time you go to UTR, watch out, you may be surprised!!

A perfect place for a date. Very silent and is very well decorated. It is an outdoor setting and there is a touch of nature to it. So this brings about some really cool breeze to free up your thoughts and put you in a relaxed mood. Their services are good and they offer variety of dishes that are well prepared. They also have different types of drinks from beverages to alcoholic. I especially liked the fact that they have a good selection of wine. They play good music to go with the mood. They have several screens so you can watch football on the date and make it the most perfect date, I mean for the football fanatics hahaa. You definitely want to try out this place on Friday evenings and weekends with your loved ones.

Great service! Great ambience. (Really upgraded the outdoor looks and feel from what we knew before Awesome spot for kids on weekends. Enjoyed the nyama platters and always the spot for great pizza! Cocktails were awesome! The manager - Grace - handles constructive criticism VERY well. Will be back soon!

Surprisingly really good spot and food. We enjoyed their cheese burger & simple chips and sausage. Well be back!
