Stale soup was sold and served. The goat meat stew definitely was almost spoiled and that was served to customers like that. Pathetic!! Never going there again

The jollof rice was very nice but the crispy chicken I bought was very bland and tasteless, it wasnt even manageable at all, I was certainly not happy with it at all and the staff couldnt even apologize for it till the manager came out herself to do so, I dont think Ill ever go back there or refer them to anyone else..

The place is cool and neat, however, they need to improve their restroom cleaning.

They are too slow at the teller. It takes a while to input all the foods prices into the system and sometimes they use just one POS for payment.

The first time I went there, i didnt really like their customer service, the server kept me waiting while attending to those that came after me.Their food taste great which was why I went there a second time and the server in duty attended well to me. I always look forward to their rice, they have different kind of rice.

I love ultima, their food is nice and it has a great ambiance. They serve a variety of dishes and it is so affordable. The only problem is their setup for payment, for some reason, I dont like queuing with my food for more than 10 minutes with a lot of people to pay money especially when we are still in a pandemic. They can fix this by having more hands handling payment instead of the current method.

I was in Ultima Restaurant at Custom Junction opposite Ministry of Environment Bodija Road Ibadan, Oyo State. They have customer relationship is one of the best.

Ultima Restaurant is place to be.They should survey the food items that runs out of availability and ensure increase in production. Their Moimoin, beans, and Isiewu(goat headruns out of stock most of the times.

Got a parfett there for N2,000 and I found out it was already getting spoilt. I returned it to them to confirm and return my money, they said I have to check back. If they investigate and find out its spoilt then I can check back for my 2k. Wasting my time, fuel, stress to come back for 2k? I just left it there for them. The food isnt bad but with this singular act, I cant rate them more than 1star.

Food here is nice and fairly priced.Restaurant is neat, staffs are polite and theres a restroom if you need one. Parking space is quite small.Overall, a good place 👍🏽

Good food but the customer service is average

Went there late to get food, was met with saucy and grumpy waitresses, eventually bought the food and it turns out the fried rice has gone bad. I was so angry I threw the food away because I was unable to eat it. You guys should please work on your customer service skills and if your food has gone bad, it is better for it not to be available than for us to get bad food please

Sunday seems to be a busy day for the restaurant. I waited for over 20 mins for the Amala to be ready. It was soft and went really well with the gbegiri and ewedu I ordered too.Ultima is a great restaurant to hang out with friends in Ibadan.

I believe the service can be better. I love the food here. But I believe the pay points can be faster. I bought amala and ate it all while standing and trying to make payments. They need to fix that up

ExcellentUltima is just unique among other fast food eateries. When it comes to good food, theyre second to none

For me, Ultima isnt one of the best place around especially when youre considering satisfying your cravings. The meals were unnecessarily expensive and I didnt even get value for my money! The staff were even cranky, but the highlight for me was the security guy; Very cordial and hospitable. But for the meals, I hope they actually improve. The environment is cool too for a solo or mini get together.

Serene environment. Modest parking area, so you might have difficulty finding space for your car. Inside the restaurant is chill and gives you an impression of it being spacious (probably due to COVID guidelines?).The food is good and reasonably priced except maybe the salad; but that might just be me not being a great fan of salads.P.S: The salad there was quite good though. If youre doing a takeaway, try to refreeze the salad when you are about to eat it. Happy eating!

Am giving 5 starts because they deserve it you cant believe local food can be gotten here even at lesser price as #500 it really surprising...Talk of there services it wow so impressiveThe only thing I guess it should be correct is the payment method not bad oooo but in case you are in hurry to eat food like amala and you have to queue to pay to me there is need for adjustment .. To my surprise I discussed this with the manager and he respond well with all surety that it will be attend to.I love this place .

Super great meal affordable pricing 👍 quality service delivery, place is usually crowded with customers, there is temperature 🌡️ check and hand washing before entry keeping covid-19 protocol. Love the assorted meat 🍖🥓 just cant have enough of it. Give a try and your soul will thank you
