Great coffee, and outstanding service!

Picked this spot for Father’s Day because you can book online. We had a great time! Service was great, spot is lovely especially if you sit outside in the sun. Our food came quickly and the quality was amazing. Great place would go back for sure.

Had the sourdough crumpets again today, they were delicious with fluffy crumpet texture, poached rhubarb, honey and ricotta. Beautifully presented… art on a plate! Great service and a very good coffee in one of the nicest al fresco spaces in Potts Point.

Coffee is always very good but my sourdough crumpets had their base burned dark brown and black, had to cut the bottom half off. Spoiled a delicious combo including honey and rhubarb. Staff service and ambience was very nice on a sunny winter day.Update: Management has reached out to me and I am sure the crumpet standard will return to their usual best as fluffy and delicious 😋Thanks for the very responsive and prompt customer service 🙏Uliveto continues as always a top daytime eatery in the area.

Great food and great outdoor seating area. Attentive staff. There were five people in our group and everyone was happy with their meals.

Terrible service, got the wrong order and still tried to pass it off, cant put down cutlery without not looking at where the knives are pointing only letting your children get their eyes poked out. Took another 20 mins to get the order out after getting it wrong, drinks didnt come until the food arrive.

Lovely bright terrace, free fast WiFi, good coffee, friendly staff. Nice decor inside. Lovely bunch menu, and the omelette was really good and came quickly.

We stopped by Uliveto for a late breakfast and were not disappointed! The shop was quaint and the staff were friendly and efficient. My boyfriend and I got the egg Benedict and I got the pumpkin 3 cheese omelet and added chorizo and spinach and oh my, our meals were so delicious we cleaned our plates! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

5 star service! Our waiter was so sweet! All our meals were very tasty! the fresh juice was beautiful. All our food came out hot and quick. They also do heaps of cocktails which looked super yummy

Was in kingscross and googled places for good coffee and unfortunately this place showed good reviews, went there, asked for large strong flat white , man serving had a big sour face on him with no greeting whatsoever, charged me $ 5:80 for a coffee 😱😱😱🥴anyways I taught it must be very good coffee but was very disappointed to find out it was weak as dish water so not sure if an extra shot was even in it .Anyways I’m just telling it as it is , overpriced and weak coffee and sour faced staff

When I kindly asked for gluten free toast, I didnt ask for the attitude. Also, I heard lots of swear words coming out of balista and one of the waitresses. Food was good though.

Lol, bit of a joke. On a glorious Easter Monday, I ordered a mango and banana smoothie. Staff agrees and charges $13 (bit steep, but let’s give them a chance). After charging me he then turns to colleague to check “do we have mango?”. At this point I’m feeling unsettled, but still hoping to be surprised by this premium smoothie. It turned out to be pretty much just a basic banana smoothie. Joke’s on me but you’ll want to avoid. Head over to Llankelly Pl nearby instead - way better options and service!

One of the best brekky cafe around Kingscross, great coffee and amazing food. The portion of the big brekky is unbelievable, the only down side is that the hash brown and bacons are slightly over cooked. Overall I would visit here regularly if possible.

I love Uliveto. The staff are always soooo friendly and remember me. Ive lived in the area a month and they all know me and my dog. Food is amazing. Rapidly becoming my favourite local cafe.

We were searching for a cafe with WiFi near our Airbnb and stumbled upon Uliveto - we were happy we found it!The staff were absolutely 5-stars and were super friendly and cheery. All three of those working the floor made us feel welcome.The coffee was good and the breakfast was great value. They werent cheap on portions and everything tasted great.Would definitely go back.

This is the best cafe I’ve visited in Sydney so far. The coffee is great, and the food is particularly delicious. I had the sourdough eggs with spinach and tomato and for such a basic dish it was actually memorable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy. Also really nice that they have free wifi!

Vegan and vego options aplenty. Id recommend a cocktail to go with your brunch, and its uncommon to find a place where I find it hard to decide between the meat options or the vego options.Coffee is good too. Im surprised its not more popular a cafe.

I discovered this place a couple of years ago on my now annual trips to Sydney and have been many times since. The food is consistently excellent but more important than that is the happy and welcoming atmosphere. They are just adorable!

I am a Saturday regular Because the coffees are fabulous and love be able to sit outside. The banana bread is homemade and the food is always good as are the staff so attentive!! Ticks every box !

The service is subpar. We waited around to be served and had to ask for a menu. The waitstaff asked if I wanted another coffee and it never came out... When the food came out they served my partners plate over me instead of walking to the other side of the table...and when we paid, the person at the register couldnt calculated the bill. The food is good but overpriced and the service was terrible. Not worth what I spent.

Uliveto is a great open area cafe to relax over a coffee with or without food. Staff are warm and welcoming, lead by Jai who makes you always feel welcome. Coffee is great, their barista is first class, food is delicious and served promptly. We especially recommend the prawn salad.

We were extremely impressed with both the service and the food. We started with coffee ☕️ and it was really, really good- then 2 of us had breakfast and 1 had a pasta lunch. My sister and I should have split a meal. The staff was very welcoming and makes you feel like family. Yes, we will return to this darling restaurant on this trip.

I had an exceptional experience here. The servers were so kind, helpful and went above and beyond. They made my first few hours in Sydney so lovely, offering extra treats to welcome me to Australia. I ordered their vegan bowl which was delicious, as well as their coffee. I highly recommend, not only for the great food and drinks, but for the extra friendly staff! The open patio is lovely on a beautiful morning/afternoon in Sydney.

This cafe is a bit more like a cafeteria than a cafe. Lots of tables with decent food at a decent price - but nothing spectacular. Go here if you need something early morning on the weekends or you literally have not many other options or are looking for a decent budget place. There are a lot more interesting and well done breakfast places in Darlinghurst than Uliveto if youre will to spend an extra 5$.

Uliveto Cafe was originally recommended to us by a local, and it was our first meal in Sydney. I had the Yoga Bowl, and it was warm, savory, and perfectly proportioned. Our meal was so good we made a point to come back a second time! My husband got the huevos rancheros, and I got the Croque Monsieur. Every dish we’ve had was excellent, and the service was even better! The owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

What happened to you? Used to come here a few years back religiously on weekends for their good food, friendly and cheery service and general good vibe. Now it’s a shell of its former self.We went in around 11:30 for brunch. Was told we can sit anywhere, so we sat down and waited... for 15 minutes we sat there and we didn’t get a menu or at least any acknowledgement for a coffee order.Only 6 tables were occupied between 2-3 waitstaff out of the whole cafe.Finally I had to ask for a menu but was greeted by a disengaging staff who place the menu down without saying a word or a smile.I can understand prompt service but unfriendly staff, or friendly tentative staff with a slow service, not both at the same time!It’s a shame cuz it was such a lively place a few years back.Don’t think we will go back there again,

Vegan bowl was a rip-off. A tiny selection of tasteless food for a hefty price.Amateur service. We ordered one thing and got another that costs more than twice and were charged the full price!

Good food but shocking service for coffee. Ordered a second coffee half way through breakfast and waited and waited while a stream of takeaway orders came and went. Finished my breakfast and canceled the coffees. It was not busy and I fail to understand why it could take ten minutes to make a coffee.Would not go there again. Too unreliable

Quirky little breakfast place in Sydneys Kings Cross district. They seem quite popular with the locals, there always seems to be a small queue in the mornings. Breakfast menu is pretty standard with one or two interesting items. Ordered the huevos rancheros which was alright taste wise though the eggs were a little overcooked. Pet friendly place. Coffee is standard, wish they have a variety of beans to choose from. 3 out of 5 stars.

Not a bad place to come for breakfast or lunch. Baked eggs had way too much sausage in it and the mixed berry smoothie was a little tangy and some of the flavours didnt blend too well. Nice espresso though. Price is a redeeming feature, breakfast and coffee for $15-20.

Nice cafe in Sydney with great food and service. The staff is really nice and is eager to please. Nice seating and very cozy. We are specially thankful to Mariana, a waitress whose multicultural knowledge and bilingual ability made our days extra special!

I dont really want to write a review of this place because I dont want it to be any busier then it already is! A wonderful mix of interesting customers, great food, excellent coffee, and quite reasonably priced. The service is pleasant and attentive but not overbearing. I love restaurants and this is a secret little favorite.
