Biaya di aplikasi tidak sama dengan di lokasi Hotel. Diminta refund atau nambah biaya. Aplikasi tidak bisa refund. Solusinya cuma hubungi aplikasi sendiri. Tidak dibantukan oleh pihak Hotel untuk menyelesaikan.

hotelnya menipu, pesan lewat oyo selama 3 hari karena dapat discount BCA jadi 188rb/hari, pas mau checkin diminta uang tambahan karena selisih harga, padahal potongan harganya dari promo BCA kalo ga ada promo harga hotelnya juga normal, selisihnyakan dibayarin sama oyo dan BCA, jgn pernah nginep disini, resepsionisnya sangat tidak sopan

Not bad. Dapat di harga 250: kamar luas dan bersih, lift berfungsi, ac nya dingin mantap, air panas yaaa lumayan lah hangat hangat, handuk sabun shampo dan air putih di sediakan, wifi lumayan. Mau masuk pake deposit 100k. Enak sih disini cuma agak ribut aja ributnya dari lantai atas yang ntah ngapain geser geser perabotan sama dari water heaternya

Hotel penipu. Harga tidak sesuai sama yg ada di app Agoda. Pihak hotel meminta biaya tambahan dengan alasan aplikasi error. Pesan kamar seharga 201k, harus bayar lg biaya tambahan yg jumlahnya ga dikit, bukan deposito ya. Harusnya jika ada permasalahan aplikasi error, konfirmasi ke agodanya, bukan memberatkan customer

sering bgt misscom sama resepsionisnya, udah booking malah di cancel sepihak karna dibilangnya udah ada yg lain booking, emang ga di cek dlu?uang deposit juga diambil padahal pas keluar kamar snack bar masih lengkap.sebelum dipakai jg kamar ga dibersihin bener2, masih banyak abu rokok, bau rokok.air juga coklat, kotor.

Very bad experience, I got a room on the 3rd floor, but the sound of the water pump engine sucking in and flowing water was really very disturbing. It sounded so clear from inside the room, it sounded all night and made it impossible to sleep, as a result we decided to just stay here one night only. Personally, I will not stay in this hotel again

Lovely place to stay and rest. Also have an elevator. The design is chic, and also has a cafe and wide parking lot. I dont eat here yet so i cant review the taste of their food because its ramadhan. But the service good enough for me. They dont give sandals for free, but you can buy them in the receptionist
