US Foods in Allentown

Staff was friendly. I had an 8am appointment but my boss needed me in there earlier. So I got in before 7am, and they put me right to a door. I was out of there in about an hour and a half. They would get 5 stars, but they use Capstone lumpers. I hate the whole scam of lumping so i wont do better than 3 stars. If you want a load delivered then have people there to unload it. Thats like trying to charge the US Post Office for when you get your mail from the box. Makes no sense and I dont see how it is even legal.

Company salesmen and managers operated and acted good when they were in dire need of retailers during covid when they had no restaurants business and once restaurants were opened up for normal operation they kick all the retailers to the curb in very unprofessional manners.

Average place. Parking might be a little tight for new drivers. Other than that. It’s your normal warehouse experience. Not bad not good. It’s a chill. Make some food, look at something, read a 📚 or get some rest. You can go up the street a eat if you like. There is a lot of food places near so choosing something should be good. Not sure if there a restrooms 🚽 but might want to use it before you sit for a few hours. Just trying to help.

This was my first time here, didnt have any problems getting my stop off, the guy at the guard gate was nice and friendly, (you have to park on the street and walk your paperwork to the guard gate),THERES NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, JUST SAD.

Got here at 3:30am.. tried to check in, The lady guard is so rude and nasty mouth.. I almost gave her the same disrespectful treatment she gave me.. Its a new year and she is a female, I just left, will try to check in again at 6am.. Do onto others as you want them to do onto you.. period!!!

Im editing my last review. I feel like they have listened and are trying to improve and honestly they are doing a lot better. I never have trouble parking or getting a door when I come here now and the experience is great. The security at check-in is quick as well as respectful and a cool guy to interact with. This place did a complete 180 since I started coming here a few months ago. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Pretty straightforward, 1h40 to unload and receive paperwork. Lumper through mobile 5 min.

Garbage place...I recommend never delivering there..Left damaged good on trailer..after I paid 450$ ...capstoneThey took forever...no bathrooms...garbage

This is a good place they really are quick to unload once in a door but keep in mind call to confirm appt time your load info may be different than theres onvp on the side of the road going in is ok I was told

7 hours to unload product they ordered and lumper fees to the tune of $330.00I will never go back there again. Also no parking to reset your hours before or after delivery.

Worst place Ive delivered to in quite sometime only one pallet and it took them hours to count paid capstone 3 hrs ago and still waiting on paperwork

Good, had for worker to came in to work.. nobody want to work there... took awhile to get unloaded...

Terrible company with even worse reps. The arrogance of the management and reps is unbelievable. The reps actually step on each other’s feet to get customers. It is truly amazing when I look back over the years and think about what US employees said to us at our business. Not to mention, their bait and switch routine that we dealt with for years. Give us a price, then don’t honor it. Ugh so glad to be done with such a miserable company.

They moved their customer pick up area to another location on site and I feel it was much easier to pick up the order.I love going here! Oh...and the guard at the gate is very friendly and nice, which is so rare! Id give him 10 thumbs up...if I had 10 thumbs...lol 😆 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Easy in and out. Lumper service is completely electronic. This is a good thing if you have a Smartphone.

Time to unload is a 5 star. NO PARKING AROUND WAREHOUSE WHATSOEVER. do not come in early before 4am. DO NOT. you can try parking by the mall or shopping plaza Ross.

People are nice here. I delivered on the back side of the building. Got here an hour before my appointment (5:00am). It was cramped. Got here at 5am, it’s now 8:18am. I only had one pallet.

Good USF overall-Security guard thinks he runs the place-too many lumpers sitting in office/driver check- in area taking breaks-unload times exceed 2 hours Id say 30-40% of the time

Lazy receiving, they charge lumper fees but still are not responsible, never turned light green or called me after unloading, and they dont like you to go inside the office to check.

Quick service. Unloaded in just 30 mins. Lumper is high.

No parking, dont move very fast. 2.5 hrs in the dock.
