US Foods in Lubbock

Came here to unload a few pallets. Paid $180.00 for lumper no big deal. Got the text everything was done and asked a US Food employee for my paperwork and he said I had I had a attitude and he was going to make me wait longer all because I said the next customer was waiting on me. Never coming here again

Beyond frustrated I arrived here this morning at 7:30 and after 8 hours now Im still sitting here at the customer waiting for my paperwork but at least Im finally unloaded beyond ridiculous avoid this place at all cost And still charge me $435 for a lumper fee

I have one apoiment at 10:00 check inn 8:30am give door 9:40 am now is 2:20 pm i ready paid for lumper $365 i recived the text for capstone the bol is ready 12:00 pm and the paper is no ready yet is They charge you a lot, and they are slower than a turtle and my load is egg, so its not something for such a long delay, the truth is, personally, I dont recommend this place

It usually takes about 2 hours, no surprises. Id give it 4.5 stars they seem to be on top of things here.

You can check in at 7:30am just pull your truck up by guard shack. Everyone says walk in but by the time you walk in there’s many trucks in line:. So don’t be the one to wait

The one Star ⭐ only for the guard she was very nice helpful thats all about this place check in at 9am get out at 3pm thats 6 hrs for unloading half load trl ... You can park on the side of the street or theres more than one truck stops around 2 to 3 miles radius ... My self try to avoid deliver to us foods Lubbock in soon future

Drivers like to block residential driveways. My kid was late to a doctor appointment because of this.

In and out in about 2 hours however $310 lumper fee.....

Park on the street before checking in. Walk up to guard shack and the guard will check you in and call you when your door is available.. Very nice she will call and have you pull up to the gate and give you instructions on what to do.... No idea why such bad reviews... lumper fee a little high but nothing new for u.s foods. In and out in about 3hrs... A few spots to park out side and 2 truck stops a block or 2 away on 50th.... Hope this helps.

Horrible place the receiving workers made me wait after I paid lumper fee which was extremely ridiculously high! I did my part I brought the load I shouldnt have to wait until they count every single box! Theyre making me late for my next job which is inconsiderate of them I will never come here again!

Please if you can avoid to deliver to this US FOODS do so ... they use worst Capstone logistics teams ever... this my 2nd time here in 10 days the 1st time I was at dock almost 6 hrs for half loaded trl... today I arrived at :0858 in the morning for 09:00am appointment and now its 02:00pm and still more to go... I tried to contact the corporate office for both us foods and Capstone and will keep trying to talk with someone bcz thats sucks I have to shut down outside in the street after they finish dont know when tho... and dont know if it legal to park in the street but have no other choice😥

At dock ahead of schedule, easy access. All staff very professional, lumper fees little on high side. Would definitely come back here anytime.

Wish could give zero star. No marked signs for entrance. Entrance on gps is different. Entrance is on locust ave . Lady at guard house very rude and disrespectful to drivers. She dont listen to anyone she only speaks and want you to listen and understand.

Terrible place. No signs for drivers on the gate. No signs on the fence. No signs on the doors!!! You looking for some information like donkey.. Lamper fee 324$!!! For few pallets. And you waiting for this few hours!!

Very nice people here, the lady in the guard shack is very busy, and gets a lot of attitude from employees and drivers; so help her out and just be nice. Lumpers were fast, lumper foreman was on the ball! Old Guy running receiving is funny, and got my paperwork done quick. Just remember, you’re a professional, so kill em with kindness, instead of getting all up in your feelings; the results may surprise you.

Kind of a standard US Foods Distribution Center here. They dont have a place for you to park inside their facility for you have to turn around and leave if they dont have a door for you even though you show up at your appointment time. Then you got to find a place to park on the street somewhere. I just dont understand why food distribution centers cant factor in a truck staging area when they build their operations they know theyre going to need it

Lumpers are rude, takes forever to unload and dont ask them to put in and out times on your BOL they get even ruder

Had to wait to appt time, but they unloaded pretty fast. The other thing is you have to park on the street and walk to the guard house to check in. Take your id with you.

Sad a Big company like US Foods has Drivers that dont know the law on sharing the road with bicycle riders.Today I was riding on 50th and Ave D like I do Every day to work and from and this big truck US food truck runs me off the road tried to get license plate but was going too fast then went on to I 27. Time 12-1230 Its time for a helmet camera
