Gorgeous cocktails in is a really nice venue with excellent service. Visited a few times before lockdown and loved it. Now its reopened with excellent safety in place that hasnt spoiled the decor or atmosphere

Ground floor was always meant to be more casual, music videos playing. Upstairs was obviously catered for a more up market clientele who wanted to sit down and chat, have cocktails and have waitress service, its even called a lounge, then why play loud music? Hardly sophisticated. Otherwise great place since they done the place up a few years ago.

Well this is different! I remember this used to be a small room. Now its a swanky bar. kubar itself has been around for years. This in the middle of China town is just perfect. All your typical selection of drinks on offer and in this particular room they offer table service. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

This is a lovely place with great staff. They are always willing to help and are very polite. The decor is up to date and has a good vibe.The only downside is the drinks are very expensive.

Was here for a friends birthday party, which we reserved a space for upstairs. However, others who had done the same, seemed to think they could come over steal our chairs or sit on the backs of our booths and the staff did nothing... Really not impressed with the staff for this. Why should me and my party have to argue with others. Theres a smoking area upstairs, which they shut early because of people living nearby, annoying.Drinks were extremely expensive but its London.Wouldnt go back.

Nice setting but the bartenders are all unknowledgeable about the drinks and rude, when I visited they kept chucking us off tables after sitting there for a few minutes, saying they had reservations. They did not suggest where else we could sit before walking off, and were more preoccupied looking at their phones and texting! Unbelievable. Never again

The place is in the good location, that’s definitely a plus. When it comes to value for money - I wouldn’t recommend it. Cocktails ok priced but are hit and miss in consistency. Wine is overpriced for what it is. Ordered some nibbles for friends birthday party - £172 for few bites of finger food :(And don’t think that spending in the place well over £600 will buy you at least a smile from the staff, not in that place. Throughout the evening we haven’t felt welcome, tolerated at best. That attitude is not something you want to pay your money for....

This is my latest favourite place to spend time with friends. Tucked away on top of the famous Ku bar, this place is very chill during the early hour, with spacious sofas and a value for money drink menu in the middle of Soho. The mood picks up in the late evening, with DJ playing a good party selection. The table service is attentive, friendly, and all round great experience whether youre out for a chit chat and drinks , or getting ready for a night out.

Had a great night at Light Lounge celebrating our stag do on the weekend. The host made us feel welcome and made sure we got priority entry into the Klub. Reserving an area was incredibly easy for London (and no deposit required!). Thanks to Amy, Stefano and the team!

Called in after a show with friends. Great service and reasonable prices although we only drank Prosecco!! Great atmosphere with the DJ providing the tunes!!

This is by far my favorite place to go when I visit London! The atmosphere on the upstairs floor is perfect. The upstairs is sectioned off in the 4 quiet corners so you sit on a couch and talk with your mates while listing to music this isnt too loud. The bar staff have always been attentive to my need, when I have have had to go up there, and the rest of the times the waiting stuff have come around to the tables to take care of everything.

Great venue. Quieter during the week, but plenty of space per table, you dont have to shout over music to be heard, staff are friendly and approachable, heated outdoor smoking area. Got a complimentary round of shots for my birthday too <3

Absolutely the most unprofessional owner ever! Walked through the stage completely wasted while a band was playing, was belligerent and bumping into people all night, didnt promote the show, and was extremely untruthful about his promises to the band. The bartender, Rich, (who was the complete opposite and was the only good part about the venuealmost walked out on him due to his ridiculous behavior. Absolutely wont be going back there, for a live show or otherwise.

I went here during midweek and would most likely go back again when in London. Its not the biggest of places, although a group of 8 or so people could all be seated at one of the U shaped sofas (of which there are about 4). The cocktail menu doesnt have the level of choice that other places offer but I thought the cocktails were well made and reasonably priced, especially during happy hour. Theres a patio to the back that I didnt visit, I assume this has more seating and perhaps allows people to smoke? The waiter was personable, offered good service and had the barman make me a cocktail that wasnt on the menu, but based on my preferred taste.

What a rip off. We were told by door staff that it was 2 for 1 on cocktails so went in to be told it no longer was. Decided to stay and ordered 3 pornstar martinis and a lemonade. £42.00. Thats extortionate even by West end prices. We will not be returning

This place used to be so great, some great promotions and a generally fun place to go - not sure whats happened in the last month but every manager has left one by one and all the best and friendliest staff have all left to be replaced by boring and frankly - rude staff that have totally ruined the place. On top of that, all the promotions and fun new drinks that made the place fun have stopped (probably because the good managers are gone). Its totally ruined, and a number of the regulars have mentioned its on a downward tragectory, thats it for me. I wont be coming back.

Came in here with a voucher for cocktails, would let us use them all. For the ones we had we had the choice of only four! None of which were that inspiring. Didnt feel hospitable at all. Wouldnt come again.. Couldnt order anything using vouchers after 10,so left !! Giving one star is the least I can give..

Staff are really attentive and friendly. I visited around 630-730pm and there are not many people here so has a chill vibe. The decor though... A bit like a strip club. But honestly comfy seats and a good bloody Mary so a win from me.

This is an amazing place. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating and the cocktails are all made with premium ingredients by expert mixologists. The happy hour two for the price of one cocktails are definitely worth it if you are on a budget and the full cocktail menu is a wonder to read.

Lovely cocktails, a normal price for London (£10 per cocktails and the option of happy hour which we were too late for. The kiwi drink was fantastic if you like sweets ones

For a gay bar there are many straight people. The place was originally supposed to be upscale and classy, but it is it very far from that. We popped in for drinks just before midnight and people inside were already completely hammered. The people from the next table threw ice at us hitting my friend in the face. Staff did nothing. Fifteen minutes later a group of straight men had to carry their friend downstairs because he was barely conscious and had wet himself. Apart from the clientele the place is more tacky than classy, the music is loud and high notes are particularly painfully loud. The service is slow. Bar staff are idle most of the time and do sloppy job.

Visited this place on a Friday night at approximately 7:30PM. It wasnt very busy and in fact, myself and plus one were the only people in the bar at one point. One of the members of staff was extremely rude and did not trust me at all, as if I was going to run out of the bar without paying! She kept bringing the bill over and looking at it instead of asking if I wanted to set up a tab. It was extremely uncomfortable.Furthermore, as previously stated, the bar was very quiet, yet they put a group of 4 on the same table as me and a friend. I didnt quite understand why they didnt just put them on another table, especially when there was plenty free. Its as if they want to make you leave as quickly s possible!The cocktails are good but avoid this place if you want to get treated badly!

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Comfy seating for groups, couples or singles. Good 241 cocktail choice. Fairly innocuous decor, but a wide range of venue uses available.

The place is new and feels a bit soulless. Cocktails looked nice but didnt taste that good. We frequently go to other cocktail bars where cocktails are same/more expensive but their quality and atmosphere is normally much better.

Wonderful customer service, great location and amazing cocktails!I booked this place for my leaving drinks and was very positively surprised. It has a really nice, modern ambience, and the music (which is also really good by the wayis at the perfect volume for you to both enjoy it and be able to have a normal conversation with your friends.Would definitely recommend! :-)

I was here for a private party and the staff were great, very knowledgeable (and quickcocktail bar staff. Small venue means that it doesnt take many to build a good atmosphere.

Small, slightly hidden, but very chic-feeling bar. An intimate-feeling space with friendly and attentive waitresses and bartenders who know their business well. A decent-sized menu filled with delicious drink served beautifully. If you like floral, definitely try their violet gin fizz; Violets are Blue.

Great cocktails, in a stylish and modern venue in the heart of the busy West End. Highly recommend trying this place staff very attentive and friendly.

The best word for this? Its two, fizz popping. Simply awesome, found it a week or so ago now been back again, chilled out yet smart and then there are the drinks. My new favourite.
