U.S. Cellular in Hermiston

Horrible service. The one girl that worked there that helped me had a disgusting attitude. I came in there to get a phone not your attitude. Highly dont recommend going

my phone works fine but their customer service sucks. and they don’t answer the phone 😐

As soon as I entered I was greeted immediately with a smile, Kelly did an outstanding job and explained every option I had. Left with a brand new phone and will surely return.

Customer service is Horrible!!!! You call and no one ever answers the phone. I wouldn’t recommend...

Try to push their phones and service increasing prices, dont even think of keeping your previous smartphone!

The store is quite clean, the staff well dressed pleasant and really tried to b helpful. IN fact it was a succesul visit for the main reason I had returned for some help. The phone was indeed fixed some of the other staff members also came over to see if thay could help. It seem to me that most recognized the problem and the fix, getting to the point that your input would have the desired effect was a different story. Luckily for me it turned out with a happy ending!I only noticed only two items that wouldve taken my visit and knocked it out of the park. Some Im sure will think this petty. My self I prefer to have the associates have name tags. The next one is again is my thing I fell each one should have a working knowledge of the standing operating procedure (S.O.P.And the ability to explain how it works to customer.

This us cellular has really bad service. I have recently visited this located twice and was not greeted either times. I went in with phone issues and was just told they couldn’t help me. I was told to just download iTunes, but then what? No other instructions were given to me and I felt like I was interrupting the gentleman. Very bad customer service.

Ive been coming to this U.S Cellular for years and have to say theyre the best in town! Prices are what they say and they even printed out a quote for me as to what my next bill would be. The guy helping me explained everything and that if i had any issues to come back and see him. Most of my friends and family are with U.S Cellular and weve been happy with the overall experience.

Terrible place they messed up over price lying people sorry but true.

Over priced an not what they said it was going to be at the end of the month.
