Actually pretty good. I kind of dont think they used actually truffle oil on the Parmesan truffle chips today, but they have in the past and if you dont know they arent bad. The quinoa rasta power/chilli bowl was a lot of food

I got Rasta pasta and it was very good! I was with a group of four and we were taste testing each other’s dishes and there wasn’t one I didn’t like! Flavors are very distinct and with generous toppings. Knocked off one star because I think the atmosphere needs some work.

Pretty good! Originally I left a poor review for rude staff and unlisted business hours-- which the business hours still arent listed-- but today, we came in well before close and the food was great and service was friendly. The prices werent too bad either. :)

Had the lemon pasta and it definitely had lemon. It was about the only flavor I could taste. Too much sauce and not enough of the other stuff. It also honestly didn’t taste as fresh as people said it would. Almost like made ahead and reheated. The ambiance is nice, service good and I’m sure other dishes probably taste better.

Twisted Noodle is so yummy! I really like the specials and my son likes the chili. We come here all the time and it is always so delicious.

Food was SO SALTY…ambience is fine. …food was average. I am a foodie. I love all types of cuisine. But this was simply not good enough to explore again.

Food could have had a lot more character and pizzaz with more dressing or sauce. The chicken bowl was mostly quinoa and lacking in vegetables. The cranberry chicken wrap was average. A lot of money just for "okay".

Healthy food on the go. Lots of options no matter what diet plan youre following. Prices are reasonable. I really love this place.

I loved the food but the lady rejected my request for a kids meal because Im not ten but I only get kids meal because I get to full and cant finish my meal I am very hot headed about the fact they did not give me my kids meal I did not get close to finishing before I got full they should change there morals and be like all the other restaurants.

If you look up FRESH in the dictionary, youll find Twisted Noodle. The Rasta Pasta was MIND BLOWING, great combination of flavors. My daughter got the kids quesadilla, and lets just say the cheese was not in short supply. You know youre getting quality when you have a cheese strand of this caliber! We will definitely be back.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, which sounded loaded with vegetables based on the description. What came was a dish heavy with quinoa and rice, chicken that was flavourless, and very few if any vegetables. Disappointing.

I was underwhelmed with the food.While I appreciate that they are a healthier alternative, the food was a bit bland. The ingredients seemed fine.Maybe I just like more flavor in my food than other people.

So, after eating here for about two weeks straight, Im finally ready to review. Its absolutely amazing, the variation in dishes is really nice, the raspberry lemonade is to die for and overall I would have to say that the rasta pasta is the best, get the rasta with some artichoke hearts and I promise youll have a pretty nice lunch!

My go to lunch spot! Highly recommend the pesto noodles (if you like tofu adding some in for the win). The keto dessert is another favorite and highly recommend.

Hidden gem, great place for any meal of the day. Lots of different options from burgers to pasta to deserts. I love the pasta variations. My personal favorite: Rasta Pasta! Twisted Noodle Cafe is my go-to for the pre-race dinner before IRONMAN St. George. Service is always friendly. Wait time is never longer than 10-15 minutes, even when the line is out the door.

One of my friends got The Twisted Noodle and it was fine but me and another friend got The Lemon and the only flavor was tart lemon.I also ordered mine without chicken and there was small pieces of chicken throughout.

I was super excited to see a place that advertised vegan options but disappointed when we arrived. The menu says in large letters that most items could be made vegan but the staff didn’t know what could be vegan or what couldn’t. Most of the sauces are not vegan so i essentially had a salad with tofu. Better than nothing but don’t get your hopes up if you are looking for a vegan option other than a salad. You’d do better to just go to Chipotle around the corner.

This joint is legit. The food prep is amazing. Saves time and is healthy and delicious too. Favorite is the lemon pasta and the power bowls. Flavor is perfect! Service has been great too. Seems to always have a line but that says the place is good too.

Ordered the Ahi Tuna salad. Greens were nice and fresh but they served bottled Italian Dressing to go with it. Did not pair well with the salad. Also had the Citrus Ginger Iced Tea and it was tasteless.

Great menu, super fresh and tasty!! Wonderful food options and a great central location. Very happy to have found it during our visit.

My husband and I ate here once because online it said that they had gluten free options. My husband gets extremely sick when he eats gluten, like super sick.We ordered noodle bowls and they guaranteed us that the orders would be made with gluten free noodles or in other words, rice noodles.We get the order and my husband is eating his order and he points out that it doesnt look gluten free. Then he took a bite and said the noodles dont taste like rice noodles either.He kept eating because we checked and we were marked gluten free so we just thought that they make good house noodles or something.After he eating a little bit he began to start feeling sick to his stomach.So lesson learned. Either the order was not gluten free which is the fault of the cook or the amount of cross contamination was so huge that he became sick. Im sure it was the cooks fault though.

We usually get lunch here at least once while we’re in town. Always a great experience. The staff is friendly, and get your order out quickly. They have some delicious and healthy options. Kind of hidden away, but very much worthwhile!

Restaurant was very clean, and the employees were very nice and helpful (we asked some questions about the menu). I got the Buffalo Tofu Wrap, and my wife got the Twisted Noodle Pasta. There wasn’t that much tofu in my wrap, and I truly did not taste any buffalo sauce until literally the last bite (maybe it all seeped to the bottom? Even on the last bite it wasn’t too flavorful). The pasta was not too bad, nothing too special honestly

We stopped in earlier today for some lunch. It was nice and clean, smelled really good too, so I was excited to try it. When we ordered a grilled cheese the staff replied with "umm you dont look 12" and then clinched her teeth and looked around and stated, sorry theyre just really strict about it. I ordered a mushroom and bacon burger, it didnt have more than 3 pieces of mushrooms so I was really disappointed and they messed up on both of the other orders. It was way overpriced for the type of experience that it was.

Good food, speedy service! We came at lunch and enjoyed the outdoor seating.The ahi tuna salad was great and we enjoyed the chicken chili but would have loved a few more veggies incorporated in the chili (maybe peppers and tomatoes).

Great experience! We were on vacation from New England to see some national parks in the area and we stopped for dinner here one night. It was right before I proposed at Snow Canyon during a beautiful sunset. Great food and friendly staff. I got the twisted burger with a veggie patty and my fiance got the creamy pesto. We also got one of their specialty lemonades. All of it was delicious. It was the perfect start to a night we will never forget!

Literally horrible!I am a strict vegetarian and specifically ordered a tofu dish and found TWO different types of meat in my food…..seriously? Also, I asked for hand sanitizer when I was there and they didn’t even have any…..gross. Customer service was also not that great. Nobody came by to ask how the food was or anything like that and my fiancé and I were literally the only customers in the entire place….

The food here is amazing! They also offer vegan, vegetarian, and Gluten-free options on request. It is a bit pricey because of the fresh ingredients they use, and the options they offer, but its totally worth it!

Staff was friendly. Food came out pretty fast. Liked the outdoor seating options. Had a teriyaki bowl. Chicken was so dry Im still picking it out of my teeth. Rice was definitely reheated in the microwave. Extremely hot in some parts. The bowl was huge. Felt bad cause it was so terrible I threw it away after a few bites. Probably wont try again. Wouldnt really recommend it.

The food isnt bad (still not outstandinghere but I would say it is certainly overpriced. $12 for a bowl of pasta with no protein wasnt impressive. Also it was somewhat frustrating to me that this restaurant advertises itself as serving "healthy food" but I would argue this is false advertising. Most of the food on this menu is comfort food without a health concious eater in mind. Mac n cheese with bacon, creamy pesto pasta , burgers, salads with deep fried tortilla chips etc.. not health food.

Excellent healthy food with great flavor. They all also serve wine and beer. I had a glass of red wine and it was very good. The prices are excellent. I ordered the Rasta Pasta and it had fantastic flavors!

When I tried twisted noodle the first time they messed up my order and offered no remedy, I barely ate half because it wasnt good and not what I ordered. Today, I decided to give it another try especially with the pictures of the food they post it really looks delicious. I ordered the southwest chicken wrap with chili. The wrap was plain and smaller than in their pictures, overall it was okay. I was looking forward to the chili but couldnt get past 2 bites because of how salty it is. They must be following a recipe but man it isnt even edible. My question; does anyone taste test the food before serving it and do the owners participate in the making of their food? The business does great with pictures and advertising but the quality of food hasnt been there for me. I may give it one more try in a few months, if it leaves me disappointed one more time i will not be coming back.

Great place to get a healthy lunch or dinner, especially if youre busy! Quick service and tasty creations are the stars at Twisted Noodle!Whether youre seeing a show at Electric Theatre across the street or enjoying a day out around the shops and galleries downtown, you cant beat this restaurant for inexpensive but healthy fare prepared fresh. My personal favorite is the ahi tuna wrap, but their salads are all fantastic, too!

We were going through St George and needed a healthy break from on-the-road food. It was a little confusing getting to it, as its located inside the little mall. Definitely worth seeking out, I had the ahi salad and my husband had the lemon chicken bowl. So good.

First time visiting. Service was quick and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the food as was the person with me. It was fresh, mine was hot, and his was appropriately cooked ahi tuna. I tried the lavender tea, it was a great flavor. I also ordered the peanut butter mousse...it was a little thicker then I was expecting (more like cake icing). The flavor of the mousse was good regardless of the consistency.

Wow, the southwest ceaser salad and the roasted potato salad are absolute must haves. you will not be disappointed... so good!

Super easy to sub tofu in any of the wraps, the Fit wrap made for a hearty healthy lunch, yum. Most of the outdoor seating is shaded, mix of picnic tables and standard table and chairs. The entrance faces the garage adjacent to Main Street Plaza, not super obvious when mapping directions.

We had the Chicken Alfredo, Green Chili Bacon and Mac, and the Green Chili Bacon Power Bowel. The power bowel was amazing and I definitely want to get it again and try some of their other power bowels. The quinoa was full of delicious sauce and it the green chili added just a little bit of punch. The Mac was pretty good too, but I probably wont order it again, and the Alfredo was too bland for my taste. I had to add quite a bit of salt and pepper to both the Mac and Alfredo to make them taste good.I ordered online and selected ASAP as the pickup time and I got an email right away saying when they expected my food to be ready, but I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes after that estimated time once I got to the restaurant. It made me wonder if they wait until online pickups show up to make their food. They also gave me the wrong item and I didnt check it until i got home so I had to go back and get it fixed, but they were very nice about it and even kept there doors open for a few minutes after closing time so that I could make it back.Both of the people who I saw working there had masks on, but neither used their masks to cover their faces most of the time I was waiting in the store.

Really enjoyed our lunch. Ingredients very fresh, server was friendly, and we observed one staffer cleaning every table as soon as someone left. Quiet location with lots of outdoor seating And the PB mousse was particularly fabulous!

Good service, the food was very good but the noodles looked the best. It was quick and delicious!! Kinda of secluded and maybe hard to find, but is in a great spot!

Really good! Even the kids loved the twisted noodle and teriaki noodle bowls. No need to add chicken to twisted noodle unless you really do want it.

Our hungry group enjoyed it! We had a mix of food items and they were all good.

My review is based off of 3 menu items. My husband and I had lunch here and I very much enjoyed my dish (teriyaki power bowl). He ordered the southwest power bowl. He added sour cream and siracha to his but he still seemed to approve regardless. We also had the bread sticks. Service was great too.I thought it was fantastic!

The food here is incredibly flavorful. It might feel a little over priced but for the amount you get and the quality of the ingredients, it’s worth it. I came here because of a starving student card deal I had and have been back several times since. Really super delicious food if you want something healthy. And if the portion sizes are too big for you, save half and eat it the next day!! Everything I’ve gotten has warmed up great.One though: if they had half sizes for cheaper I think I’d be more inclined to come here more often. Their quinoa bowls are so good and I always want them for lunch. But sometimes I’m not able to go home and stick it in the fridge.

Love the food and the freshness of the ingredients!!! Portions are awesome and filling. I come every time I’m in town.

I work across the street and have since they opened and this was the first time Ive eaten there. It definitely will not be my last and I am an idiot for not eating there before now! I got the grilled vegetable salad with double chicken and cucumber ranch dressing to go. Fresh ingredients and a very friendly and welcoming staff. Oh yeah and the food tastes amazing!!! You must go.

This was a fun find! The food was excellent, and the keto fat bombs were amazing. I love that my son and I could both be accommodated with our different dietary options!!

This is place is amazing! Especially as someone with Celiacs, not only do they have TONS of gluten free options but the food was absolutely delicious! I was so excited and relieved to see so many dishes I could have!Almost the whole menu can be made gluten free and/or vegan!They have gluten free pasta, bread/buns and wraps.I got the signature dish, The Twisted Noodle with gluten free pasta (in pictureand holy cow. I’m just so happy I have left overs!I even tried the gluten free mango cheesecake and it was delish! Their lemonades are also great!And the girl working there asked if it was our first time and explained a lot to us and made us very comfortable and excited to be there!Definitely going to become a regular here!

Love the Gluten Free options. Super Friendly Staff. Food was ready to go fast, and tasted great. You should definitely try the Chicken Alfredo with Wheat Penne.
