This place is amazing. Building your own pasta dish the way you like it was awesome. Staff is great as well. 10/10 experience.

First time here and the chef was kind enough to explain how the restaurant worked. She was kind, attentive, the food came out quickly, the tea/lemonade drinks were all really good! The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is for the variety of ingredients and because the menu was a little confusing. I would go again if someone else wanted to but I wouldnt go out of my way.

It was amazing the manger sequoia was definitely great! She moved so fast! Food was great!

EDIT 7/22/22Well, I’m officially done with this place. I went to pick up a grub hub order the other tonight. No greeting when I walked in, not even when I walked up to the counter. The lady then tossed the bag on the counter. Very minimal interaction. They also messed up my order. They added chicken to it when I did not order any meat on it. Now I was able to pick it out, but imagine if they were to put that in someone’s food who was allergic. Or if they put a meat in there that they don’t eat due to religion. Very sad to at I will never go back here. I work in midtown so perhaps that location is better, but I’m doubtful.EDIT 4/9/22Sadly, this place has taken a nosedive. This used to be my favorite small restaurant in town. I was always welcomed with an enthusiastic, happy “welcome!!” By the sweet Hispanic lady who was the manager I think. An older black gentleman made great conversation while sautéing the pasta and would even flip it like a stir fry restaurant would! They are sadly gone, and I have heard there are new owners. I went in today with a friend and got poor service. The guy at the front of the line just stared at you. No “what can I get for you?” Or “whenever you’re ready” type of saying, just a blank stare with AirPods in. The lady at the sauté station only had one glove on and had a nasty look on her face like she was mad. What happened to the great service? I understand food service jobs suck, but at least try to be nice. Fake it even. Sadly I probably will not be back. Maybe I’ll try the other 2 locations if I’m around there, but they aren’t close to me at all. So sad.---Original review:My favorite place in Kennesaw! I try and go here once a week. Great food! I come here twice a week probably. Erika and Ashlyn are always nice and provide quality customer service.My review from 3 years ago was 5 stars…but they had a change in ownership or something a while ago and this place is going downhill.I’ve been coming here once every other week for over 4 years. The bread was cold and hard, they burnt my pasta, and the customer service was awful. The older gentleman has always been awesome, he’s the only person there that actually cares about the food and the customer. He was here before the management change, so that makes sense.

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. The staff was horrible and the food was disgusting!!! The staff did not wear gloves and were very dismissive. One of them was talking on the phone the whole time we were there. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!

i would give this place a ZERO if i could. these kids look miserable working here and just stare at you until you say something LOL. so rude and unprofessional. secondly. in the photo attached my pasta is literally DROWNING in grease. i’ve never seen pasta like this…. NASTY. i literally had to dump the oil out to even get to my pasta. will never be back. get some ppl who actually want to work. not these miserable children with no work ethic.

We used to love going here until the new ownership took over. First, no one says a thing to you when you walk in. I get a blank stare like the kid is annoyed he has to work. He said nothing to me and just looked at me waiting for me to tell him what I wanted. Second, this was the second time I’ve gone and they were out of zoodles. I never want pasta when I go so it’s annoying they haven’t had zoodles the last couple times I’ve gone. Third, even the “manager” that was working seem to have the same attitude problem of the kid. You could tell neither of them wanted to be there. We won’t be going back unless management/ownership changes again. It’s sad such a good place can be ran into the ground so quickly.

Edited: Thanks to the older gentlemen that works here, Ive changed our rating from 1 star 3 stars. He corrected our meal.Only a couple of noodle options, this isnt why I rated this low. The 3 huge scoops of sauce and the person at the sauté station wouldnt stop adding it in. He also completely disregard us when we ask for the sesame sauce in one of our pasta dishes. Only 2 bites were taken from this picture of sauce, the very sweet ginger sauce should be used sparingly. Our meals were inedible. Staff was very dismissive. Maybe if they didnt have headphones on they would be able to be a little more attentive to customers ordering. My partner got the wrong order because of the lack of listening and care we felt.

I would give zero stars but I can’t. I ordered 2 pastas and they gave me only one it was cold and wrong so I came up there with my brother and reordered so we just decided to eat in and it’s so many NATS flying in our face while trying to eat also mold on drink area I’m highly disgusted and disappointed with this place usually I had this young lady and boy cook my food and had many funny conversations with us while it was being made and it was delicious !

This restaurant gets a all around 5 star rating from me. The workers are very friendly and cater to their customers. The Manager is very down the earth and friendly like her workers. The food is good also, Guys, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this restaurant if you havent already done so.

Would love to try this food but the 2 times I have ordered food from here. Waited 1 hour for delivery then had them cancel both times. Horrible experience, would love to update this review but chances are I will never get the chance to try the food.

Just ordered from DoorDash. They must have ran out of chicken and sauce before close. Both items ordered were wrong and looked like they thought throwing tofu in the dish would make up for not having chicken. They didnt even check allergies before adding non requested ingredients.

We enjoyed this location as it had delicious pasta as it’s prepared right in front of you as you decide what you want on it! The service was pretty good and they were all pretty helpful! The only drawback was the soda machine wasn’t working properly but that didn’t take away from the good experience we had here!

This place used to be really good but has gone downhill since a recent change in ownership. I have been eating there once a week for about five years. The past two out of three times the pasta I had was way, way undercooked. I always order the gluten free pasta and I think it takes longer to cook than regular pasta, and maybe they aren’t aware of that? This used to be my favorite restaurant, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Unfortunately have to change my review. The sweet latina lady that used to manage is gone. Employees are dull, and the trashcan outside has noodles and cups and sauce all over the parking lot on the side of the building. No more for me.

I would be more comfortable eating here if the lady with long nails wore gloves and if the old man wasn’t rude to me. I was only picking up food. He was SOOOOO RUDE! All I was doing was picking up an order for my sister. She made a mistake on the order and I was grabbing an extra pasta. He implied that I wanted it for free and that I needed to pay. I told him that my sister had just called and paid. He got very snippy and upset. And then proceeded to throw things in the back out of anger. SCARY!! He even talked down to her when she called to make sure it was right. He then lied to her and said that I was screaming and yelling. Like Dude, it’s literally Christmas Eve. I’m not screaming over food that I’m not eating or didn’t buy. Even the employees were apologetic for what was happening.The young man with the glasses, the young lady with purple braids, and the young lady with the long nails were very polite and sweet. I got the corrected order and even paid and tipped. But I will NEVER come here again. 1st time and last time!!!

Oh yes!! Im a pasta lover, so the is right down my alley! The Fredo Twisted with shrimp and chicken is my go to. But create your own bowl and I guarantee you wont be disappointed! Friendly staff if that matters to you.

Went to this place as a back up plan when the restaurant we originally were going to was closed. This will now be the go to instead! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, food was fresh and delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised how nice the 3 gentlemen behind the counter were. It’s rare these days to find that kind of service.

Have to say Im pretty unhappy with Twisted Kitchen tonight. I came in to get a meal and the manager for some reason because she was about to leave the store put the ingredients on my bowl without wearing gloves. Her fingers literally touching what I was supposed to eat. Everyone else was wearing gloves which makes it weird that the manager would do something like that. When I asked that she wears gloves, she told me "Oh dont worry, Im not the one who is gonna cook it on the saucepan", like that makes it right to do and say that to customer. She didnt even attempt an apology, or at least try to rectify her mistake. Then I saw her sorting the bowls with her bare hands, picking the inside of the bowl with her fingers after I literally told her to wear gloves. Something the cooked pasta was going to be transferred to for other customers. It doesnt need to be said especially at this time that this is disgusting and unsanitary.I also told the cook that can she change my bowl and she pretended not to hear me until I asked again calmly. She them went to get another bowl and slammed it on the table which I thought was pretty rude to do.Ive been to Twisted Kitchen several times and previously had a good experience, but this is just unbelievable and as said disgusting to witness.

I know theyve got a new system, but I think they must have changed management too. Everyone was so nice! I appreciate the love everybody showed us today. The pasta was good too! Hot and fresh with a bread stick. Cant beat that!

Just had Twisted Kitchen for the first time. Very delicious! Fresh ingredients and made to order. My wife was able to order Gluten-Free pasta also. Very clean restaurant and super friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Special shout-out to Erika and Sammy for staying 20 minutes after close to make sure we got our food. We placed a doordash order about 2 hours before they closed and doordash never assigned me a dasher. I realized that about 10 minutes before they closed and they said they would stay later and wait for us to get there so we could get our food.I highly appreciate it and anyone who chooses to dine at Twisted Kitchen, know you’re in good hands. By far one of my favorite restaurants I have ever eaten at.

Our first time here. Ordering was a bit confusing but once we got past that all was good. The wraps were tasty and very fresh. The pasta was excellent. Only thing that was poor was the Caesar salad. The dressing was AWFUL! Other than avoiding that we would go back if in the area again.

We come here almost once a week, and the food never disappoints. It’s always fresh, even after the drive home to eat!! The people there work so hard, and their hearts are always so full of joy! They welcome you every time, remember your orders if you’re regular, and smile behind their masks! Super clean, super fresh, super friendly!! Give them all your love, people!!!

Not only is the food good but the customer service is beyond awesome!! When I came into twistedKitchen around 4:40pm today they were short staffed and only had one person working. I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserve all the props!! She handled all 10 orders within a timely and professional matter! I’ll be back more so because of her than the food itself! If and when management see this... please let her know she is appreciated and kind!!

The pasta was great and the customer service was amazing!! I had the zoodles (zucchini noodleswith shrimp. I recommend trying the sugar cookies as well 😊

I come to this location at least 2 times a week. The taste of the food is always consistently good and fresh. Also the amazing customer service and care of Mrs Erica is amazing she goes the extra mile to make sure your food taste great. Nice atmosphere.

Best place to create your pasta without braking your bank or your diet. Erika is very friendly which keeps me coming back several times a week. Its a must try its delicious, affordable and most of all convinent.

The saying goes " The best places are off the beaten path and a hole in the wall". Well this place is by far a hole in the wall with its modern chic decor but is off the beaten path of I75 Barrette Parkway in Marietta, GA. I was very impressed with the whole experience while dining here. When you first walk in you are greeted with a long row of fresh meats, veggies, sauces, pasta choices, and flavorings. The most thing i was inpressed with is they put everything you have picked into a skillet and cook it right there infront of you so know it is fresh like home. Not many businesses I have been to around the country even think of this concept. I am a gluten intolerant customer and they are top notch from making sure no cross contamination happens and knowledgeable what I can and can not have on the menu. Its rare to find a Italian restaurant that has gluten free pasta let alone one that doesnt break the budget. The staff are all friendly and make it have a home like feeling with family.Twisted Kitchen you have impressed me so you get a 10/10 stars and deserve the recognition.As for anyone reading this review give them a try I only have almost 2 million views on here and growing more everyday.peace out and be safe

Wanted to eat something healthy and not full of oil while away from home, and tried Twisted Kitchen out. Food was made Infront of me fresh - and it was great. Full of flavour, and nice people working behind the counter. Definitely will be coming back here. And the restaurant was clean, I mean like spotless!

Prices are a little high for the amount. Like the freshness and different options for gluten free low carb. Fresh, Fast, and Hot!

We enjoy eating here, it’s our daughter’s favorite! Lots of specialty dishes to choose from and also make your own. Staff is friendly and happy. The food is cooked in front of you so it’s fresh and hot. The breadsticks are pretty good too! We will definitely be back!

Lots of variety in pasta. If you don’t see something you like under their featured pastas, you could “build your own” which is a nice option to have. Good portion size. Was able to take the rest home & save for lunch sometime this week

I gotta say this is one of the best counter service restaurants Ive eaten at yet! There are a variety of choices, and of the three dishes we tried they were all great and of huge proportions! Erika and Sammy were very friendly, helpful, and fast for the kinda food they prepare. I got a combo with a drink and cookie (which was huge and tasted great), and the sweet tea was even great, which is a major plus to my crowd.

Affordable pasta and sandwich shop. You pick your pasta and toppings. They mix and cook everything in front of you. They also have pre-selected pasta dishes. The pasta comes with a small bread stick. I got the cheeseburger pasta which was delicious. Its a casual, fast place good for a quick bite.

It was very delicious. This place is a great place for a picky eater. They even have low carb and gluten free options.
