Visitor centre, with a car park and toilet, by a geologically significant marine national park.
More a cafe than a visitor centre. Quite a walk to either of the view points as centre and car park is across the road from the coast( accessed via tunnels(.
Special and classic
The 12 (now 7 or 8Apostles experience itself was great, as was the helicopter experience. Unfortunately however, can’t say the same for the visitor centre. Inside toilets closed!? Outside toilets not clean - last cleaned date documented on the wall said it had last been cleaned 2 days before - not good for such a busy tourist venue.Given how busy it is there you would think they would be all over ensuring the pies, pasties and sausage rolls are being warmed and churned out adequately to cater for the numbers but this was not the case, very limited availability of food in general but also because some of it wasn’t warm enough however it was over a busy lunchtime period. Understand they are very busy but again, they would know how busy it is there and should be able to be on top of what is required. No tables and chairs available to sit at while having a quick bite to eat. Lots of people looking for a spot to sit. Understand it isn’t primarily a cafe or restaurant but people still need somewhere adequate to sit for a bit if needed.A bit embarrassed that this is what is being offered to not only local/Australian tourists but overseas visitors to our country at major tourist attractions. Victoria tourism / government - need to pull your socks up.
Sehr dreckiger Toilettenbereich.
Such a breathtaking experience. You wont be disappointed no matter the weather conditions.
Great location for visitors
Magical

Butiful scenic area to visit.
Feels great
Walk to 12 apostles or Gibsons steps
Came here on the way back from Warrnambool just after New Years. I was surprised that even though we didnt arrive so early, there seemed to be adequate spaces available for parking. Its good that there are staff to guide you also. The Visitor Centre has toilets (which was ahhhhh so goodand Timboon ice cream. I wouldnt have noticed that, but we had just come from the Timboon Ice Creamery. Not sure if it was on that day in particular, but be sure to take some fly repellent/ Aeroguard. The flies were on a rampant frenzy and were getting up all in ya faice!
Incredible view, one of the seven wonders. Its a must go.
Really needs some investment- spend on the facilities as well as the viewing platform. The Penguin Parade put this place to shame, Victoria Government should really think about better tourism facilities- so far in Victoria I’ve only come across 2 facilities worth more than 3.5 Star and both are on Philip Island.
Wonderful place
A lot of information, clean rest rooms and of course after a short hike wonderful views.
