What a hidden gem! (Or maybe not so hidden as it’s been around for quite some years lol)It’s relatively more expensive than most Italian restaurants in Taipei - but for good reasons. The ingredients are great, the seasoning and cooking are on point, the quality of food is also consistent across different dishes.Ordered two starters, two pasta, and two main courses. Nothing let us down.Perhaps one thing I would point out is the service. The waiters and waitresses were professional during the dinner. However, when we arrived ten minutes earlier at the restaurant, we were told we couldn’t go in because the dinner time had not started. So we were left outside, standing and waiting.Here I’m not going to take a star away for that, but the experience definitely could have been better, especially given the pricing and brand positioning of the restaurant.Anyway, would still recommend. But maybe don’t arrive too on time. Better be a bit late than early. Lol

Came here for a birthday celebration date, they did not disappoint us. Very nice hospitality and got a great ambience.Pasta dishes was exceptional and beyond our expectations, however with the price that came with it we expected to be larger portions. Phenomenal lobster sauce.We both order a dessert but since we were here to celebrate birthday, they also served the chocolate surprise, which brought a nice performance. Tasted as good as it looked! However the charge was apply to our bill.

Best Italian restaurant in town!

One of the most prestigious Italian restaurants in Taipei. Authentic cuisine with superb taste, great service while the dining area is a bit old fashioned and could be renovated to get better experiences. Its probably also one of the most expensive Italian dining places Ive tried in TPE but the quality is worth its price.

For sure it’s one of the best Italian restaurants in Taipei. Amazingly remains good after 30 years . However, would be even better if the loo can be renovated a bit . Clean but old.

Everything here is delicious. Service is absolutely excellent. I’m very surprise how come they haven’t getting their Michelin star. The truffle pasta and lobster pasta are my favorites.

Consistently delivering Impeccable Italian cuisine with attentive services for so many years. Dont be fooled by the classic and slightly dated interior. The food is so refined, from presentation to the taste, from appetizer to desserts. Not pretentious and no unnecessary drama. I recommend their spicy spaghetti with shrimps, beef carpaccio, and steak.

Delicious but a bit on the pricy side!

A study in contrasts: incredibly slow kitchen (budget almost 3 hours for a mere 5 course - including dessert/no amuse Boucheset menu), incredibly high prices for wine and food (even relative to the high quality of the cookingand a prepayment policy where the restaurant only takes cash leads to a not fully satisfactory experience. Friendly service and good if heavily flavored Italian menu with an emphasis on seafood.

Best steaks in town for sure, the rib eye was crispy outside and soft inside, no chewy tendon was found. Pasta was also delicious.

I was visited this restaurant years ago but today I am totally blowed out beyond my previous images/experiences. The Italian needle is far exceed my expectation and so does the croissant. Main dish i choose fish with white wine marinated, well... it definitely meets my expextation. (Next time I should try beef Desert wont fail you and coffee leavs nothing to be criticized. No issue at all for 5-star rating..!! And wonder why recently Taiwan Michelin recommendated list missed this restaurant.. !?!?

Pretty bomb food hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in Taipei

One of the best Italian restaurants in Taipei! Excellent service and food! You can enjoy true Italian taste in this restaurant; perfect hand made spaghetti with truffle sauce and well-cooked filet steak! That filet was almost as perfect as the steak I had in some restaurants specializes in steak (e.g. Dannysvery satisfied from entree to dessert!

We all ordered four course and two bottles of wine. High quality food and great selections of wines. Attentive service. Hope this restaurant would be considered as one star Michelin someday in the future

Oh well. Food is good. Portions are large so you’ll definitely feel full walking out the restaurant. Yet the ambience / environment is a bit old-fashioned. There are some areas of service that could be improved as well: (1the dishes were not all served at once, thus the person whose dish arrived first had to wait for dishes to arrive for the rest of the party, (2the bread crumbs were not cleaned off the table during the meal (this is probably not absolutely necessary, but for the price they are charging you expect this type of service details).

A favorite for our family, my dad loves this place and brings me every time I visit him in Taipei. Their unique interpretations of Italian dishes create an amazing symphony of flavor & taste; I’ve never had anything here that I haven’t loved. I highly recommend this place as it is quite special & in a foodie capital like Taiwan, it is one of a kind! Definitely get a reservation and it’s a perfect place for a date to impress.

Beautiful fresh food presented artfully, professional and attentive staff, with a cozy and tasteful ambience. Although more like French food in its presentation than Italian food imho, every morsel is selected with care down to the tiny edible flowers. It is not a cheap meal by any means and a good place for a special occasion.

For me, the top 5 restaurants I’ve ever tried in my life without a doubt. After spend 6 years live in London, my idea on this restaurant becomes more stronger and stable. I have tried several Michelin restaurants around the world, from one star to three stars, for me Tutto Bello absolutely have the overall quality of two stars or even three stars, however compared with some three stars restaurants, it is not that conservative. They are excellent on adding new elements to some iconic and classical dishes, finest ingredients, spectacular cooking techniques and the love to customers is the Trinity is of a restaurant, lucky Tutto Bello has these three key points. Perfect food, perfect services and perfect wine experience make Tutto Bello a perfect restaurant.

Awesome taste with great service.

This is a very beautiful restaurant, no doubt. But this pasta is ruining my expectation.....the noodle tastes like Ramen...and the price is shocked me too...😞. Anyway, always good to try new restaurant.

The price is not cheap by any means. But it was sooooo delicious! One of the best meals I have had in Taipei in the past 4 years and reminds me of the yummy food from Napa, California. We had the 3800 set meal and every dish was above average to excellent from start to finish~ that in itself is a triumph because usually the meat entree gets a bit boring, but the side dishes paired with the beef made the dish interesting. Also, the chef makes the most amazing sauces to complement every dish. I cant wait to go back.

Honestly most of the dishes we ordered were above average. However, the price is too high.

Took my mother to this place for her birthday. Overpriced thats all can say about the pricing. Cap meat should not be that expensive. The Food is mediocre I had better Italian dish than this. I could pay the same price but the food is a lot better than this. The atmosphere and service is great though. It is an Italian restaurant with a French size portion and French time dining. Say goodnight to your party after the starters..........

We requested our order to be vegetarian, and the presentation and taste and quality were exceptional!

I heard this place has been around for 30 years.Im guessing it was much better before.There wasnt anything special on the menu and everything our group tried ... id had better elsewhere.I didnt hate the rib-eye but even i can prepare much better at home.Dont bother with the onion soup. I think it was onions with some thick broth.Wine was good...but its wine.I think my dry cleaning bill for the evening cost more.

Food was excellent prepared and served. But it were small portions and everyting was overpriced. The bill looked like we had drank a couple of bottles of good wine; in fact we drank No wine at all. Be carefull going to this restaurant in view of their prices

Terrible food and way overpriced. Read great reviews about the place, but the taste of the food is uncannily horrible. No depth of flavor, really overly salty, and the seafood wasnt fresh. I dont understand how this place can still be opened and popular, it has nice ambiance, but at this price point with this poor quality of food is just unacceptable.

Nice poached peach; CRAB tomato soup is great. Michelin 1-star price but not michelin quality.

Best Italian restaurant in town. Superb food With smooth and slow vibe.Lobster linguine is by far the best, with delicate taste and texture.

Tutto Bello maybe not only the best restaurant in Taipei but I personally think very competitive as world level. I visit the restaurant ones or twice a month and never feel tired for the past 20 years. Great wine selection and magnificent gourmet in different seasons. The boss the great Mr Samson Mui, not only a great friend but a top chef and is a live library of lovely wine. When visit Taipei, do not forget to pay TB a visit. It fulfill your trip and will remember for very long.

Great service and authentic Italian food. The lobster bisque was really creamy and good, pasta is a must try. I would recommend this place for those who wanna try Italian cuisine although its really expensive.

My friend order set dinner and I go with a la carte.Salad decor is unbeatable, souce with main course is very delicate, however, spaghetti is way beyond what I expected. I emphasis that I need is " al dente", but came out is " well done". I was so disappointed that who claim they are the no.1 in Taipei is not so real. Italian restaurant cant even cook the pasta the right way , well, personal opinion. Very pricy compare with other very good Italian restaurants in the city.

I think this is the best Italian restaurant in Taipei. It is a sophisticated environment that provides great services and well cook foods. It is worth the time and money you spend there.

The best Italian restaurant in Taipei city. I have visited this restaurant for more than 10 years. They offer really fine north Italian food.

very nice and intimate atmosphere plus outstanding service. the food was delicious esp. the dessert. the quail and milanese pork were good and the amount was just right. however, flavorwise i expected a bigger variety for the two main dishes esp. since the prices are highend. still a cozy and classic place. i would go again.
