Tuscany Pizza in Coventry

From the moment the lad at the counter answered my call n spoke like a welcoming language I knew it was goin to b good pizza. Ordered a small pizza meat feast which was suggested. Received my pizza collection and boy oh boy was this pizza one the best pizzas. Top food will defo b my go to pizza place for sure. Tasty quality n good service

Damaged order, no replacement or refund, no solution to the problem.

Garlic bread over cooked nearly burned, Fanta cans are not Fanta has a lucozade kind of colour, just cheap Fanta from abroad.Pizza had no taste.. being a regular customer this may be my last order here, I will order from a proper pizza shop nxt time.I didnt want to call and complain and give the owner some harsh facts about the quality of food as this would upset him and I dont want to upset him personally.

Terrible service staff swearing at us when our food took 2 hours… food came and was soggy and cold… Do Not order from here !!!

Overpriced and serving sub standard ingredient pizzas, £16 for 2x 8” pizzas, one being margarita & other being a free choice of 4 toppings, asked both to be deep pan and received thin crust, these pizzas are WAY overpriced.

AFTER 2 hours of waiting they didn’t send anything and was happy to cancel the order. Kept saying 10 mins for 2 hours straight. If you can’t run a business properly then DONT . Amazing how I only live down the road and due to leg injury I couldn’t walk to the shop only 2 min away. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

I’ve ordered from here quite a few times and I always look forward to my food arriving by far the bestest takeaway the food is tasty and high quality! Food always comes early no faults at all

the food can be nice, but even though the owner I believe is Iranian or something like that he is okay, but sometimes a little showy and arrogant. he okay to talk to but sometimes tries to show hes some wealthy entrepreneur.I been many times to order but few times maybe hes needs a break or some weetibix and or just relax take break then come back once rested.Once i decide to go quickly there as it wasnt planned. No dinner was prepared for me after finishing work, so I decide to go tuscany.Tuscany was going refurbishment at the time and and there was english guy builder type doing up one side of the take away near they have the slush tutti machine.As I didnt want to drive up nearest ATM was traffic so I take loose change as thats all I had and was in rush so assumed knew I had to order something less than what i regularly order.I then make an order and ask what I could get, he wanted money quickly and show a good rapport to the builder. God knows why has the builder is a contractor and you pay him so no need show up you are good.I said let me count change i said unsure i got much for regular meal i order there.In the end he said hell take but as I counted all of it in the end I said I got the whole money for a chicken burger meal - and extra portion fries (as missus wanted only fries), as soon as i told him and gave him change, he looked at it quickly and didnt even count it properly, as said proudly you missing a few there but I will accept it anyway and quickly put in his till. He was clearly showing off to the builder as some big time entrepreneur. There was no time correct him as hed already put in till, but I found it offensive, one that he didnt need to say what he did, (i was also regular and he has habit of talking like a good friend, then the next like if you are completely new customer and he saw you first timebut also got it wrong as I gave him correct change. There are some things that to other may seem petty, but some have a personal pride in them that can put people and customer off.Food is now becoming less how you say, well before it was good but not as before. Ive read other customer reviews for tuscany and agree with some of them.Some business start off good with value for customer then they go stale - just like the food.Dropped standards - but room for improvement. Maybe guy is getting too old and need his family take up reigns.

Never tried this place before,But glad we did.Food came 20 mins early,piping hot and so many chips that we couldnt eat them all😂

They used to have one of the best pizzas in Coventry until few months ago.now even a supermarket bread in the oven with some toppings tastes better than their pizza. I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza recently,and when I collected,the base was so bad,it tasted like it’s been soaked in water and then just sent over,it was very soggy,then I called them and they sent me the replacement pizza,which was even worse,it was so thin that it felt like a slap in the face. Even the quality of toppings have gone really bad. unfortunately I had to put both the pizzas in the bin.u have lost a customer here...

Order a pizza for delivery said a hour but did not arrive 20 minutes late also a female member of staff said will call me back to see where the driver was no contact

I have been a regular customer for nearly 10yrs, pizzas were perfect! But lately the pizzas have been dry (chickenwith very little toppings! Not the same, quality as before!

Well was 35 mins late and lil cold my pizza didnt have bbq sauce wasnt the greatest pizza always order from here and disappointed tbh

I will say if youre looking for the best pizza in Coventry this is a gentleman to go to Im now only gentleman about 22 years now he takes pride in his food and he does one of the best pizzas going

My partner suggested we give them a whirl, so we went for the 16" tuscany special pizza and it definitely lived up to its name!! Lush pizza, loved the garlic sauce and well cooked too. The jalopeno peppers on the side were good too!! Will definitely order again - Nice one guys!

Every Sunday we ordered pizzas from here they made heavenly pizzas here totally love it

Would definitely recommend this place, never ordered from here before but tonight decided Ill order a calzone chips and onion rings along with a gourmet burger, cannot fault a single thing even the presentation was perfect, first time Id ever had a calzone and it looks exactly like the pictures I seen on Google after a calzone search, keep it up deffo will be coming here again

I went here weekly and the food is never too greasy, never too cold or too hot. Short waiting time, and really friendly workers, once a lady employee even gave me and my sibling a free ice-cream each. AMAZING

The pizza is good , fresh made and well cooked, however when i spoked with the girl on the phone it said me a price and after that the delivery driver told me that was delivery charges but nobody notify me about this. I always order from here and nobody charged me for the distance so what is happening?

Small to medium sized pizza s are good but large to extra large are under cooked. Hygiene conditions excellent but delivery service is poor. Very Pricy as compared to other pizza bakers in the area

Price wise not good A small to medium pizza very nice but larger sized under cooked. Delivery option not good. More better pizza options available in the area like GO GO Pizza

Nice members of staff, only takes about 10 minutes to prep your food which is quick compared to some others. Decent prices and the pizza always is spot on. Great place.

Pizzas are great and have some good deals making it fairly cheap, also make awesome thick shakes.Have had some late deliveries though including having to pay deposit before they would deliver which is very strange I thought

Awful experience ordered food on just eat got my confirmation to say they had my order and it would show up after 20 mins past the due time i phoned to get an update as to where my food was to be told they dont have my order and are closing now...... people on the phone sounded less than concerned with what had happened and more ccerned with going home

Never had a bad experience with these guys, pizza always consistently good and the dips (think theyre made freshare great. Havent been to Dominos or any other pizza chain since trying Tuscany. Staff are all friendly apart from one guy who seems eternally bored and unwilling to engage in any chitchat.

The person on the phone is the rudest human being Ive ever came across in my life. I never got my order, hot or cold after nearly 2 hours of wait . Dont go to these thugs

Pizza was good but order arrived 20 minutes late even though I placed the order at 3pm, I was fasting so thought ordering early for a later time would mean the food will be on time but disappointed.Mo

Ordered two pizzas both thin based. Got them home one pizza burnt to a crisp the other one deep Pan. Stick to dominos

Food tasted great and always does but the small pizza was ridiculously small, I ordered the small pizza and I was disappointed to find out how small it was this should be on the childrens menu not the normal one, the small pizzas used to be so much bigger and now theyre way too small and didnt even fill me up.

Shocking/Disgusting/Pathetic: to mention 3 words. The restaurant cancelled my order then didnt even bother to notify me......If you want a poor excuse for a takeaway use Tuscany, otherwise there are plenty of other TakeAways in coventry who are much better than this... Will not be wasting time or money with them again.

I ordered a pizza and it turned up looking like it had been kicked here. No co operation from the person on the phone. I kindly asked for a driver to return and take my order away. I have been a regular for a long time. Wont be using this place again! The delivery driver was compassionate but the call handlers need to fix up!

Very bad service tonight ordered pizza in the shop waited 30 mins for them to mix up the order with another customer expected me take a pizza that had sat on top of the oven for 10 mins told them Im not taking a cold pizza as I live the other side of coventry they refunded me did not apologise or offer to make another pizza so left empty handed very bad customer service.All ways had good service on previous visits and food all way very goodTo your reply in no way was I offered a replacement pizza as I would a taken it as Ive never had any problems and regards to me writing a review so other people can see how well your customer service is.
