This was a definite gem that we stumbled upon while in town for the night! Food was delicious, service was great, and prices were competitive. Also amber, our server, was an absolute doll. The company should compensate her for how much food she sold us on; I had so much leftover. Def try the cajun egg roll appetizers and chicken tenders with all sorts of sauces on the side!

Food was great, bartender Caitlyn took great care of us and made a fabulous recommendation for the chicken tenders, I went with the Asian zing sauce, the tenders were awesome. I couldnt quite figure out what they were made of and they tasted so good. Local beers on tap were awesome.

The food is always delicious and the service is friendly and timely. I always get the fresh strawberry lemonade and it is amazing!

In the words of my 16yr old. " this is my new favorite restaurant" she had the chicken fingers and now I will not be allowed to go by a Tullys without stopping for the chicken finger!

Great service, great food, great overall experience for our first time being there. I just would not recommend getting anything from the bar I was so excited to have a mixed drink for all three of the ones I ordered to not be that great. Appetizers, meal and dessert were phenomenal though.

Tullys is unique and known for their tenders. The tenders are amazing.The most recent visit, not so much. I understand the industry is struggling with food supply, but the tenders used to be much larger and much more filling. Prices went up. Portions went down. Service was good. Not sure why the table next to us got popcorn and out party of six did not.I wasnt dissatisfied with my recent visit. It just wasnt what it used to be, but then again, nothing is.

Air conditioning was to cool and drafty to enjoy meal. Spoke to waitress and it was immediately addressed. After a short time she checked to make sure if we were comfortable, and we were.

Shytarra at the Watertown NY location was literally the best waitress weve ever had, out of everywhere weve gone. She was so sweet to our daughter and took the time to talk with her and make her giggle, was quick with her service and making sure we were doing okay.

My biggest complaint was how salty everything was. Waitress took 20 minutes to give drinks. Yes I understand the shortage of staff! Waitress brought out popcorn and it was the saltiest I’ve ever tasted. When I asked her about fresh popcorn because it was too salty her response “well no one else has complained about it”. I ordered chicken tenders and steak with fries and coleslaw. The chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever tasted! The steak was salty and the coleslaw had no flavor. I ordered gravy with the fries and that tasted like Heinz out of the jar and salty too! If you want to eat there definitely get the chicken tenders and honey mustard dipping sauce. It was our first time there and probably the last.

Atmosphere was good. Food was alright. Burger was order medium and arrived well done. Service was quick. Update 4 years later: Food took forever to get at a slow part of the day. One of 3 came out cold. Server was real nice about getting a replacement at no charge. Dessert took forever to get also. Was asked if I wanted another beer, never did see it.

Sat at the bar for lunch. Not many people were in at the time but the service was still very slow. The restaurant is clean and the steak salad lunch I got was definitely worth it.

Waited 20 minutes for our MIA waitress Hannah to come take our order, AFTER she’d already brought us the drinks. She checked on all the other tables multiple times before coming to even get an order or ASK if we’d like to order appetizers. We’ve been coming here for years and this is the worst service yet. Terrible.

Fabulous family dinner! Service was a little slow but friendly, and the food was very well done. The chicken tenders were crisp and chicken was still moist .

Great place. We were a group of 14 people and they place us in a room. Short handed with staff, Suzanne was our waitress and she did a great job in serving us .Thank you Tullys for putting us together.

Very clean friendly/family oriented environment. Staff was very attentive and curious. Our waitress was Sarah and she was phenomenal. I myself am a waitress and she definitely does a wonderful job. She was very prompt with our service. Sarah was friendly and compassionate in conversation and also her service to our table of 8. Thank you for a very great first time experience at this establishment. Food was amazing. I myself had the Buffalo Mac and cheese and it was some of the best I have ever eaten. Would recommend to friends and family

When they say "Home of the Best Chicken Tenders on Earth" they are not kidding! The grandchildren LOVED them (even the leftovers they had the next day.Husband had the Jambalaya Pasta (has chicken, shrimp & sausage in it), he said it was excellent. Even the 9 & 5 yrs old grandsons helped grandpa eat the leftovers. We dont live locally, but will definitely make an effort to get back to Tullys, especially because we didnt try any if the desserts!

Popular restaurant with a glassy side-room great for natural light. There are arcade games like fussball for the kids of ADHD adults with cash to burn. American fare served delicious as it should be. Clean bathroom and friendly waitress. Ample parking in the paved lot out front. In November 2021 Larry Sharpe stopped here during his campaign for New York Governor.

Great place to watch sports and have a few beers and a wide range of food choices, something for everyone.We often get the chicken tenders and one of their assortment of different burgers, all delicious with fast and friendly service.Plenty of TVs showing different games, yet mostly tuned to local games when they’re on, so just the right mix and with plenty of room for everyone.

2 Stars for me, food was beyond a level I didnt expect being Ive been before. My meal (Tullys Tender Dinnerwas good. The Burger that my friend ordered was dried out, burnt, and overall bland. The Chicken Alfredo Dinner and broccoli was good, pasta semi uncooked, chicken was rubbery and felt like it was prepared prior to my arrival.Now on a service level, I can honestly say that in the 2 minutes youre interacting with a drive thru establishment wouldve had better service. Our waitress had to be excused, (she was greather relief however was very pushy, adamant that we have dessert, took nearly an hour for 3 meals to arrive at our table. And we had gone during the slowest of days at the slowest hours. After we received our meals, it wasnt more than 5 minutes later that our waiter appeared and asked if we wanted to-go containers and if we were done. Not only did we feel like we were rushed, but the insistent every 5 minutes asking if we were done got annoying rapidly. Brought boxes anyways to our table without us requesting them. We ended up leaving without finishing any of the meals due to feeling like we were rushed and that we had to leave. (Keep in mind all of this happened at roughly 3-4:00pm on a Thursdaycontemplating on whether or not its worth returning too. But this is an honest review of an experience like most all over since the covid pandemic began.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Tully’s in Watertown for providing A great catering service experience for my son‘s fourth birthday party. They provided fresh good food with all the utensils and serving utensils I needed. Also they provided enough plates and enough sauces. It was great and not so overly priced. If I ever decide to cater again ,Tully’s will be my first thought. Also it doesn’t help that I eat at Tullys all the time. Lol thank you so much !

Arrived early enough to miss the evening crowd on a Saturday night; plenty of seating was available. The waitress was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. A large variety of beers on tap. The meals were served hot. The rarest they were willing to serve beef was a very disappointing "medium." Yuck!! Still not a bad experience.

Absolutely worth every penny!!!! 2 of us had the buffalo tenders and 2 had seafood platter. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The food is ok.. the prices are good.. the portions are large.... the service was good. The only thing is every time I eat here.. I feel sick after ... even if its a soup or salad .. my tummy is always off.. but the fam likes to eat here.. so I go.. the pic is what my husband ordered.. (a hamburger between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. He liked it.. I had a ruben .. it was huge but I was underwhelmed.. 🤷‍♀️

Hopping bar and eatery. Huge bar and restaurant. There were at a minimum 55 television throughout the bar and restaurant, even had a small game room. I had the Buffalo chicken tender meal, it came with French fries and coleslaw. I dont think I could classify the Buffalo as as even mild. But the fresh chicken tender was fantastic as was the breading, it just could have had stronger Buffalo.. French fries were average and the coleslaw was good. The barmaid could have really used some help. She kept up but she was serving 16 patrons at the bar and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant on her own. My hats off to her!

Food was yummy and staff was nice but there were babies screaming everywhere and food took an hour to come they have free WiFi though.

The hostess never even said her name to us. No clue who she was. Our waitresses name I found on our receipt. I didnt even touch my food other than 2 bites and my husband trying it. He didnt even finish all of his meal. Fries were cold and soggy. Decided against desert since it was already a $40 meal that disappointed. We wont be back. But thats the good thing about a franchise. You wont miss 2 customers. Its my 2nd time trying Tullys and got the same experience both times. Photo is at the end of the meal when we waited for the receipt. No to go boxes. No refills. Etc.

Was recommended to this place and had to come from the wide variety menu, they serve you complimentary warm tasty popcorn at your table and I had ordered their Famous Chicken Tenders that come with yummy fries and honey mustard which were delicious!And my Wife got this platter of chicken tenders and fries with melted cheese all on top super good also!When we were finished I had to try the Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake which is FANTASTIC!As I’m a huge fan of pumpkin anything! I highly recommend this place.Finally our Waitress Kimme was wonderful and friendly!

We were really happy with our meal. We got in late. Service was friendly and very quick. Tons of TVs to watch pretty much any sport that happens to be going on at the time. The bar has a ton of TVs on the outside and inside layer of the bar. Food prices were really reasonable. We would come back again in a second.

Their chicken is amazing!!! My favorite place to get chicken in Watertown!! The atmosphere is family friendly. They have TVs everywhere which is cool.(Sports BarTheir drinks are very affordable. Nice size portions! Service is usually good... This one occasion the bartender wouldnt speak to me, but only my boyfriend. She would ask him if I wanted anything else, and would not acknowledge me. A little offputting.

They truly have some of the best chicken tenders here, and their honey mustard is a perfect pairing for them. They also serve unlimited popcorn at every table as soon as you sit down, which is brilliant and delicious! They also have a huge bar and a good selection of drinks. Probably the most TVs Ive ever seen in one restaurant.

Not even close to the same quality as the central new York locations, but from a town that still classifies Arbys and Bob Evans as "good" Im not surprised. Asked for ranch to be substituted for the 2 tender dinners I ordered, and spoiler alert....I didnt get my ranch. What I did get was a giant glob of mayonnaise though. Hell I wouldnt have even cared if I got bleu cheese.....But mayonnaise......mayonnaise? Someone in the kitchen had to go out of their way to load up a to go container with mayonnaise, then quality control had to check it....see that it was mayonnaise, then the two people had to give each other a high five and congratulate themselves for giving me the "ranch" I asked for. Id sooner drive an hour to DeWitt and pick up food from that location before coming back here. Now not only has watertown ruined my childhood, but its also ruined one of my favorite places to eat, thanks for the "good times" Tullys.
