Tulip Inn Bahrain Suites and Residences in Manama

I stayed for there days and it was the worst three days I ever stayed in Bahrain.I don’t know we’re to start ?1 - The worst customer service.2 - Room service are not coming at all ! Even after I called the for a dozens of times and I went to talk to the reception with no kind of any respond and bad attitude .3 - the water heater was not working . And the water was cold as ice when I complain I jest get ignored then when finally someone come after two days he didn’t not know how to fix it and i stayed the all trip with the cold water.4 - No Wi-Fi was in the room5 - The breakfasts buffet is only four main dishes and some appetizers its normal doses not deserve the additional fee .And a lot off general issuesOver all I don’t advise anyone to come here specially with his family .

The service was very poor. The bathroom wasn’t clean there were stains in the closet. When asked for first aid box they gave a Broken box with only cotton in it. We booked for a 2 day stay they didn’t clean the room for the second day. Room floor was sticky and had a bad smell. I regret booking here. The coffee table was not stall strong bcoz it was supported by a single stand in the middle. Fell over my sons leg and he broke his finger. This is a 4 star hotel with 1 star standard

Totally horrible customer service management! Once a problem comes out, this hotel will let you deal with it alone! All they want is to take advantage of the customer. Beware people better to look for other hotels.

The air conditioning didnt work in our first apartment and the shower handle was broken in the bathroom.In the second apartment we switched to, the washing machine was inexplicably filled with water so when we opened the door to do a load of laundry, it flooded the room with water and seeped out into the living area too.Hotel personnel helpful but understaffed and slow. Took far too long to get anything done. Will not stay again, would not recommend. There are much better value options in the Manama area.

Rude management!أوقح فندق قليلين ذوق للأسفI have requested to cancel due to a family emergency as my family got COVID-19 and I had to stay with them, I booked to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I canceled it due to a family emergency! Even airlines do consider same kind of situation! I believe that it is my right to receive refund, it’s kind of inhuman not to cooperate, moreover it’s against law! Kindly do mutual favor and refund, I don’t want to waste everyone’s time by getting the help of authorities of the kingdom.

This is worst place over stayed at in the history of online bookings. I was booked by a 3rd party via booking.comWhen I checked in at the room it had literally no amenities apart from one towel. Everything else had to be ordered. There was sewage smell in the room. House keeping enters my room without a mask and starts saying random things to be tipped. When I complained there excuse was due to the hotel being fully sold out. I ordered a blanket and I got a blanket with a hole in it!There was mold in the toilet right above the shower box ceiling. The balcony door did not close properly mind and the frames were full of dust. Furniture was properly scratched and damaged. The sewage smell was coming from kitchen.The staff were very defensive when the complain was raised to them and the manager was on leave. I booked for 6 nights and I decided to book elsewhere in the last night.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been in Bahrain, bad housekeeping, no one is answering the call at the reception at all times.

The level of cleanliness is poor, there is no daily cleaning of the rooms and there is an unpleasant smell in the place and corridors, and also the receptionist treats her badly, dry and unsuitable to be at the reception

Nice hotel specially for families who are looking for quite place

Rooms are not clean, staf is tough and do not care with guests, and housekeeping isnt daily, and you have to ask three or four time to get something or service or maybe you dont get in sameday!!Items are not as photo or facilities list 👎👎👎

Smoking smell, washroom Ceiling is dirty, staff visits the room with shoes and was rude in speaking with loud voice and no amenities were available, even after informing took next following day to deliver, kitchen utelinse wereold along with scratches, charges are too high but services are too bad

Our room was not clean... the sofa has bad smell... and they dont have any options to change it or change the room .No house keeping come to clean or to take the garbage.The location was good but it was bad experience.

I was there for 2 weeks in january. Unfortunately one item of my washing/cleaning got lost. So i called the reception they wanted to know what is missing and checked. They couldn´t find it but got someone to replace the lost item with one of a similar brand. This is really amazing Service! 5/5 Stars.

Poor housekeeping, poor reception services, the lady at reception is not professional at all I have had the worst experience at my life , and the prices is not matching with the poor service unfortunately dont book there.

Not worth the amount which I payedThe worst hotel ever, the don’t have any standards, it is not clean at all ( super dirty). I checked many rooms to change my room all are the same. The bed sheets has hair and pillows are very dirty, as well as the towels are dirty and tested, as well cooking utensils are not suitable for use at all, and the bathrooms are not completely clean and the sofas are dirty and stained. Besides that, there are bed bugs, which caused me allergies. Plus the service is very bad. You must call more than once to ask for water. The worst experience for me I was forced to stay for 10 days because the reservation was non-refundable, I even clean an sterilized the place by my self and despite the explanation of all of the above to the general manager of the hotel, he did not understand the matter and Its got worse.Advice, the place is not suitable for human use dont book it.

Not worth the price at all! Very poor customer service. The reception is always empty there is nobody there to listen to your issues. No daily service! Very poor service for the price they are taking.

I would have given 5 stars but the cleaning is only 80%. The cleaning staff do a lazy job. Rest everything is good. The staff attitude is also good.

The rate is affordable, it comes with complete house facility, it have big living space and bedroom with kitchen and washing for your convienience, Lulu super market is close to buy youer supply if your planning to stay long.

BEWARE! Booked this hotel earlier this year and they took our money in September and I have been trying to get it back now for 3 months. They stopped responding when I asked for proof so had to go through booking.com. We have still not received any money and Booking.com are now trying to chase the money as well.

Spacious room. Nice &cozy. The staff is rude. We asked them many times to bring a crib they ignored us. The masters bathroom is out of the room which is lack of privacy. Not going back again

Nice place spacious rooms but they are still using door keys instead of cards so you have to lock your room every time you leave. The curtains are pointless it didnt block the sun light at all so I wouldnt recommend the place for a business trip. The food was okay but the fresh juice was not.

What I liked: Facility is quite and nearby the malls.What I didnt like: No internet as suppose to and cleaness was not up to expectations. I thought everything will be ready when I arrive, but I kept asking for. When I highlighted the internet issue I expected to be resolved immediately but I left and the issue wasnt resolved. One of the staff yield to my son when he was crying and no action was taken against, but I took the necessary action by myself :). Breakfast was not up to expectations. I requested to make Omlet and waffle but they dont have...

Very close to dana mall and seef area. Available parking. Kitchen electronics and appliances all available. Ask for kids bed or baby bassinet if required.

3-bedroom apartment is very nice apartment clean and comfortable next to Al Waha Mall. The apartment is equipped with all needed to spend long period kitchen tools, washing machine, etc.

The worst hotel ever there was a very bad oder coming from the drainage of the main bedroom toilet. I called them about it thy told me this bad oder is in all the hotel,thy just but something to cover the oder but it didnt help. So to solve this mater i closed the drainage with a plastic bag so it can be removed by them .

The room is fantastic. Breakfast is good. The service labors are very good.
