Tufandag Mountain Resort in Oguz

Very beautiful place to visit, lots of outdoor activities available, unfortunately didnt get to do much as was there only four a few hours so did the cable car, couldnt do the ATV rides as they shut the stall by 5

A hill station resort at Gabala, Azarbaijan,..its a good choice for stay with good amenities..the cable car station for tourists is very close to the resort and can be well enjoyed..its at the top of a small hill with beautiful landscapes and natural beauty...

The hotel is very clean , and quite , its deseve 5 star but i rate it 4 because the lake was empty, they said because of cleaning duty.

This resort is great as it lies right in the meadow and is the point of embarkation of the Gabala chair lift and other activities. I didnt stay at this hotel but went there for the chair lift and it was great.

Good experience to see such a height and enjoy with friends. Temperature was ok but due to sun shine it was warmer. Nice views and scenery specially mountain swing and glass floor. It is better if more restaurants are available for quick bite or coffee etc

The views were beautiful. Definitely worth the visit however the activities were seriously overpriced.

Visited the place in summer. There are cable car rides and a go cart facility and some nice views from the Qafqaz resort terraces which is the only hotel in the vicinity.

Cool breeze , thats a great day with my friends we enjoyed a lot on chairlift and view was just like scenery i watched i childhood My eyes were glittery so beautiful it was.

Breathtaking place especially when you pick the cable car. A one hour tour will take you around the mountain View via cable car. Its really recommended.

Very nice n peaceful place.

I don’t recommend this hotel in the summer for more than two days visit for activities. You can easily do everything in one day. But the rooms are amazing very comfy bed high ceilings and pretty view. Restaurant great in dinner breakfast has limited food choices all in all satisfied. But don’t recommend staying more than 2 days you’ll be bored since you’re up in the mountain and u can’t go anywhere

Shocking service!! room much smaller than advertised, hotel staff agreed their mistake then charged me extra for replacement room. Restaurant staff take 10 mins to come to table after repeated requests. AVOID THIS HOTEL, OVERPRICED, NOWHERE NEAR 5*

Amazing place you have to go there and do full path in rope holder, there is nice view and restaurant at the too

Much better if you come in winter ❄️ to see the snow at 1920 meters height over sea level

Enjoyed cable car ride!

A great view from the top after a cable car ride, but nothing spectacular. So if you are short of time you can give it a miss. Im sure it would be beautiful in the winter though

An amazing ski resort, though in this season there was no snow but it is a beautiful place with thick forest. The cable car was very enjoyable. At the end catapult swing was a great experience

Tufandag is a one day activity, I would not recommend foreigners to visit this place as it will be a waste of day, its an approximately 3 hours drive from Baku and it dosent have anything to offer other then a cable car or dirt bike ride.

Superb weather and great master piece of nature and nice arrangements made for cabel car

Great location with spacious rooms and friendly staff.The breakfast and restaurant options were good.The spa center was super and the only disadvantage is no swimming pool :(

Had an incredible experience at this resort. Took a cable car to travel on the top of the mountain to experience a foggy weather.

Awesome weather, lovely landscaping... Great place to spend time. It requires a whole day to explore this place. But by 6PM it close.

A nice place with great views and a very new and well managed cable ride system, on the top there is a giant swing which takes u over the edge of cliff and security measures and equipment was amazing i went off season so it was not snowing but overall weather was great......

Amazing place , visited in spring and there was no snow but the scenery is so green and beautiful, took the cable car 🚠 to top on mountain and it was so nice experience, there is a restaurant and rest area on top and very cold 🥶

Little snow left in the mountains at this time of year. Tranquiling and beautiful view made skiing more memorable and enjoyable. Service and atmosphere at Gabala Steak and Wine House was great.

Its very nice. I have been there for a day, and planning to go back next week. The whole set of things - the clothes, skiis or snowboards for one person costs 46 azn, and the ski ticket is 20 azn for a day, pretty reasonable.The center has 3 main sections. The first one is the smallest and is for starters. There is a moving pathway u can yse to get a little up hill and slide down.The second one is the most fastest hill, I would say. It is perfectly straight right from the top to the end. U can sit on a cable car and climb to the top of it. There is also a paralel hill and is desiged to do small jumps with skiis.The third one, however, is the longest and has some slow sections. Contains lots of sharp turns that u should carefully take. It directly connets to the second hill i mentioned right at the top.Overall, its been all fun and Im planning to go back soon before the snow is melts.

Tufandag is a great place both in winter and in Summer. Lush green landscape during summer and completely covered in snow during winter. Cable car gives a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. Biggest problem is there is no restaurant or ticket facilities in summer at the top. Not sure if they close early🤔

Beautiful place in summer. Winter I wonder how awesome it will be. When sunraise fall on one of the mountain it shines like gold. It was amazing. String rope tour was too amazing. At extreme height. Saw some mountaineers Staying in beautiful houses. In spring the ice melts where I can see the deep lake running toward. Presidents house is next to theseMountains.

Really great experience taking the Cable car uptop it goes to around 4 stations at different heights and a great place to take a lott of pictures. First stop has a cafe, second stop has lott of small shops for tea/coffee/waffles etc. The third stop has nothing its just a transfer zone. And the last stop also has a cafe and the views are amazing.

The place is really amazing, everyone should go there if you visit Baku . About 2 hours from baku by taxi .try it . O suggest you to sty for 2 to 3 days for relaxing there .

A hidden attraction in Tufandag. The two rope_line rides are not really worth it, but comfortable cars and ride. Our highlight was hearing wild coyotes. The views were truly humbling.
