Tubby's RV Park & Car Wash - Caravan Park in Dawson Creek, Canada
Camp was clean, says 25$ was 37 becuz all the services are on. Wifi is nonexistent unless you are up at the office and showers are additional. 1$ for 3 minutes.
Friendly and helpful. $25 for no services. Simple design but clean and quiet. Nicest, newest public showers Ive ever seen (in years in the road). 3 min for $1- lots of hot water. Open 24 hours. The shower curtain fits, the floor didnt get soaked, it was heavenly!
Preseason stop give me power for the night and a good place to stop
Great car wash lots of pressure
Do my laundry there quiet place clean and friendly people
Stayed in town for a hunting trip and Tubbys was an awesome place to wash the trucks off and grab a shower. Ill be telling all my friends about this place. A+.
Poor lighting and expensive
Car wash is good.
Great car and truck wash
The only downside to this car wash, is the less than stellar pot holes you hit coming right out of the bay. Your car gets instantly dirty!! Never any issues with equipment or anything else, thats what keeps me coming back.
Not good showers and wifi very poor
Shower is great the water is always HOT!! The laundromat is awesome the dryers are the BEST! Clean & Friendly Service. The car wash is also the best value in town!
Hours are not posted by we were told by a couple staying in the RV they lock up the bay doors and close the office at 7pm daily.
Had a great time. I didn’t catch the name of the young lady at the front desk but she made checking in a breeze and was delightful. The bathroom/showers were nice and clean. Plenty of space to pull our trailer through so that was nice. Would recommend and stay again.
Very friendly people working here, awesome laundry mart, awesome showers for only 1$ 3 minutes shower ,i definitely will be back 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice car wash bays and the lady in the office was friendly to me
Car and truck wash gets the job done
A bit of a let down.
Rv wash was nice after the drive from the Yukon and British Columbia. There was no price for the rv wash. Found out later on our bank statement that it was $45. We spent an hour washing. It was a heated garage and I think it was well worth the price.Make sure you have loonies (1 dollar coinsfor the showers because thats all itll accept. Showers are 1 dollar for 3 minutes. The bathroom was clean. The laundry is expensive for $4.00 to use washer and an extra $4.00 for dryer. Only accepts 25 cents and 1 dollar coins. I took 2 trips to the change machine located in the rv wash building to get change. After a long drive, I think the lady at the front could of informed us on that when we checked in. Other than that, it was bitter cold with a wind chill. We were happy to get the senior discount but I would only go back here for the rv wash.
Bays are always clean and ready.
Just a place to park
We needed a quick clean and easy place to get to.
Excellent for big RV rigs. High pressure/volume wand, brush, etc.
Clean, friendly, close to everything.. love that they have a laundry mat on site, just remember to bring your own soap and softener, new machines that work amazing.
Needs a little TLC other wise fine.
A place to park, pretty expensive, but it has Wifi
Could use 2 big truck bays to wash.
Nice people, quiet (next to golf course & a cross from cemetary). Full hookups & bonus - RV & car wash. Narrow sites on gravel lot, but level.
14 and 12 feet clearance. Takes credit card. Cost me 18 dollars.
I would not recommend. What a mud pit. If there is any chance of rain don’t stay here. There are so many mud puddles and there was no attempt of trying fix or fill them. So maintenance would be good. Also the fancy codes they give so you can access the bathrooms was WRONG almost messed my pants...
Great location!
Nice self service carwash. A bit on the spendy side IMO and some of the controls didnt work. But overall good and I was able to get my rig washed.
Used the Pu truck / tralior car wash it did what I needed
Great place to park
Full hook ups wifi
Very helpful staff.
Only cash, card machines never work.
Car wash is terrible and for the second time the vacuum didnt work. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!
Clean organized has laundry an showers nice park close to town has good water
Smelled like sewer and lots were very close together.....looked like sardine can
Good value
Not impressed that people speeding in the park are not delt with ... no play area for children . Bathrooms and laundry clean . Management is very nice.
Only reason i gave one star is because no stars is not an option.Absolute rip off, no hot water, rinse takes 10 minutes to clear soap from the lines. That and the bays, hoses and even the wands are filthy!!! Wasted $20 and my truck looks like a streaky, bug covered piece of tubbys car wash! Then when i asked to get a refund of the remaining $20 balance from my card they claim they cant do anything, so discouraged i left my card on the counter for the next poor customer. I would strongly recommend not wasting your time and money!!! Go across town to legacy, atleast they have bay attendants, clean bays and awesome customer service. So pissed.
Friendly service
Flooding
The lady on duty did not have a clue about how I needed a wide turn pull thru. The combo locks on the rest room doors almost caused me to soil my pants. The showers only take loonies for three minutes for which the first minute and a half is so cold you cant get under the water. One of the mens room toilets were plugged and you can guess what it looked like. I shaved with only the cold water from the mens room sink which was fllthy. What else can I say.....cheap for Canada is the only positive.
Awesome ppl great service and well maintained shop/bays/store.
