Tsarskii Dvor - Cafe in Osh, Kyrgyzstan
Fabulous place for chicken kebabs and beer. And right next door to a hot night club.
Very large establishment, surrounded by the nearby park. Cozy seating areas, both indoors and outdoors. Large menu that has all the national and some international specialties. Beers on tap, with some liquors being unavailable, as demand for them is understandably pretty low. Food is overall quite standard, but good.
Nice food but very poor service.
We were here twice, the food and beer was good and service as well. You can have here almost everything from pizza to local food with nice modern atmosphere. However, you have to be lucky on staff, sometimes it can take super long to get something.
Very relaxing place, good atmosphere, and the food was just amazing!!!!
Pretty nice vibe. Love how the wooden structure was built next to some big trees. The soup was cool but not super impressive. The grill food (“sasha”was quite good.
Good cold beer, nice meaty menu but also lots of salads, big place with different areas of seating, friendly staff.
Nice place but food takes a long time. we were 2 times. and it took. 1 houer , each time . It is fresh but it does not have a variation on the menu, very small, potatoes , salad ..meat...not much more
Generous portions. Good shashlik. Fresh and good quality.
🔥
Well i have mixed feelings. First of all this is ono of two good restaurants in town. Second one is Navat. If you think about food both of them are comparable with little advantage for Navat. If you think where to drink and eat ... Tzarski Dwor 8s the best place. To avoid any troubles ike why I am waking for my drink two hours ask for a service that speak English... and UNDERSTAND English;). Apart from that it is a good location... we spent there few evenings and generally we are happy.
Delicious food especially the steak
Excellent sashlik, one of the best in Osh. Definitely a must visit in Osh. And nice ambience....
Calm place with less crowd and good food 🍴🍕🍔
Really nice place also the food is good
I felt unwelcome and they would not attend to us even though the place was empty and not busy. After ringing the bell twice someone eventually came with menus dropped them off and then left before we could order our drinks. Eventually when someone came we ordered drinks. When they brought the drinks they informed us that we need to spend a minimum of 1000 com per person to sit in the restaraunt. What exactly are we paying for for such level of poor service. Most meals cost 300 com plus a drink that would only be about 400-500 com. Am I supposed keep eating until I fall over. I can only assume they did not want us there and in the end got what they wanted as the waitress and manager smiled and waved as we walked out.
Although slightly higher in price (pay 2x to 3xit was very tasty, comfy, good service and overall good experience.Waiter was mindful where to place dishes (took extra c a re which is big ups.Chicken shashlik we had was juicy and flavorful.Salad was tasty and fresh. Soup we ordered was of standard. Bread was regular (hard to find good lepeshka in restaurants, or just not looking hard enough)Paid about 950 for the meal (also includes 12% service charge), but the experience was fine. As a tourists this isnt an issue. As a local if only come here on special occasions (actually everyone who was here was local - most decked out in suits)Good quality meal amongst the options available.
Soup tasted like water with vegetables no taste. Instead of minced kebab got different kind of kebab. Greek salad was all right. For this price range its very bad.
Awesome food and ambiance
Good food and service, nice atmosphere, and a place for a draft beer!
Lovely and fun place for the summer, dining in the treehouse. We ordered too much food though, 2 kebabs is sufficient for 1 pax. The duck, mutton kebab and chicken wings were great. Beef was overcooked and hard and chicken was rather oily.
Poor service and average food. We ordered our food and drinks (after waiting ages for someone to serve us). The drinks were brought out but were wrong so we had to send them back. The food started to come out but then stopped and we had to wait over an hour for the mains to then have only half of the order served as they had forgotten the rest. At this point we couldnt be bothered to wait for the other main meal. The salad was good but the chicken was over cooked and dry. To make it worse they got the bill wrong. It could have been because it was a Friday and so was busy but I wouldnt recommend this place
My girlfriend and I had dinner here and everything looked promising when we entered. We ordered our food and waited approximately 30 minutes and then they brought the food I had ordered. I ordered a ribeye, but it definitely wasn’t a ribeye and the meat was tough. Then we waited another 15 minutes until they brought my girlfriend’s order. It was chicken breast with a side of fries. The chicken was almost unedible because it was so dry. And neither the chicken nor the fries were salted properly (as in they had almost no saltand there was no salt on the table to add.On top of that, the prices of the food are at least double the rest of the restaurants in Osh, so we had expected more.We definitely can’t recommend this restaurant.
Pleasant sitting, beaver food, a little slower service.
The first night the food was great, Georgian wine and adequate service. Second night (fridaywas apparently more busy than the staff could manage. Several items on the menu appeared to be unavailable, so we had our food in turns andwaited a lot. Too bad. They can do better.
It is the place to enjoy Osh with good beer and shashlyk
Very nice and quirky place, especially if you can sit outside. Go for the grilled meat, forget the pizza and sushi. Prices are on the very high end. Better prices and more local beers (instead of international pilsnerswould make this place a 5 stars.
Love the summer terraces, which are always full of people. Prices are above average in Osh, the food is good. Meant lovers will be happy with the quality of shahslik, kebab and other meat dishes.
Good foodsBeautiful terrace they haveVery kind staffs are there !!Excellent !!
One of the better restaurants in the city. Especially the barbecue dishes are highly recommended. For a cozy dinner with your family or a nice party with friends, this is the place to be in Osh!
Good but expensive. Dont get the espresso.
Great food. Only place that I have found chicken breast shashlik, as well as potato and vegetable shashliks and others. Very taste. Nice atmosphere.
Good food...but bad almost no parking place
Very good place
Nice place to hang around after sun set. I enjoyed foods & drinks. Most of staff speak english. Nice & cozy.
If you want to try the real Shashlik, go there for lunch or VERY EARLY for dinner, we went there twice for dinner and they ran out of it!Otherwise it is a good restaurant, nice food and kind staff.
Best shashlik in town
It was very good and famous restaurant about 5-8 years ago. Nowadays its famous only. They cook tough meat. The lavatory is horrible and smells disgusting. Dissatisfied!
Service is - excellent!!! Atmosphere is great! I recommend everyone to visit this place.
Great food.
One the very few decent restaurants in town. Customers can either choose to sit at the lovely outdoor terrace or the indoor dinning hall decorating in vintage European pub style. Service is excellent and efficient. A big meat based menu with a few options of salads. Standard beer selections don’t expect any surprise.
I really dont like it. I had to wait waiters for at least 20 m . It isnt worth
One of the oldest and famous local restaurants positioning as a Russian cousine place. Authentic interior and vintage style design with delicious food.
Less then average food, wrong order taken for both drinks and food. Found a fried fly in the chicken
Lovely place with good food. Good service.
Lovely place with a great atmosphere and great food.
Good food, lots of meat
Nice atmosphere, delicious food and good service. Reflects on the price though. MUST TRY - shashlyk!
If youre lucky enough to be here when they randomly have the pork shashlik (свининаconsider yourself to be the luckiest meat eater on earth.
Tasty food. English language menu. Friendly staff
