Tropiclandia - Water park in Vasa, Finland
25 Euro per person no kid discount
Ole but nice. Sadly The weather wasnt warm enough to outside slides.
Super
We visit it in the weekend. Otherwise it is ok but i must say that for adults there is not much to do. Just 3 jaccuzis.
Smal, expensive, boring.
The very beautiful!
Bad food and not that good slides
Tired water park! Desperately in need of renovation. Restaurants with very limited menu, worse than you local grill. Wasn’t particularly clean either. A bit of a disappointment all in all.
Aging water park but still fun. Indoor area is lacking regular pool but there are several attractions to spend time with. Two saunas in backstage.
it was very nice place
Everything is great! But the ceiling is depressive.
Great place with kids.
The water was very cold and the rides were quite expensive. Id suggest maybe finding a water park with cheaper rides or a finding a heated pool in the area.
There werent many rides, it is expensive for the number of rides. I would say skip it if you are tourist and have seen good water parks.
Check the website for discount tickets, which saved us 25% off each entry. Place is clearly signposted and has a large car park. Men and women have seperate changing rooms, and theres enough signs in English to guide the lingually challenged. You use your locker key number to pay for any food, etc ordered in the pool area. Wave machine starts every hour and there was enough to do inside and outside to keep the family entertained for a few hours. The place really could do with a major face lift though, with some parts looking dated and tired.
Old, dilapidated, broken, grumpy and overpriced place. It is a shame that there are such "spa" in Finland and especially shame the fact that we Finns buy such services...
Nice place you can enjoy with your children in the swimming pool games plus water waves 😉
A bit outdated. Kids liked it a lot.
Its geting a bit old otherwise its nice
Perfect on a rainy day!
My kids love it. We go there 1-2 times every visit. It’s aged a bit but still a lot of fun! It’s a shame that Wasalandia closed.
Warm pool and relaxing place to swim in the middle of Finnish winter.
The water of swimming poor is very warm.We all like here.
DONT EVER EAT HERE i suggest you not to eat here. Evrything else is fine
Good place to spend a few hours with the kids. The food is very so-so and not cheap, perhaps better to go in to town afterwards.
Been visiting this spot for as long as I can remember. Always nice. Thanks.
Great fun for the children, however it is in urgent need for restauration.
Nice but a bit outdated
Its probably Finlands finest waterpark,a great time to spend with friends and siblings.
A fun water park with a handful of different kinds of slides. There are lots of sunbathing chairs outside a couple pools. Wave machine runs every hour inside. There is a steam sauna in addition to regular Finnish saunas.
Good potential but badly worn adventure swimming bath. In the small childrens area, ceiling buckets with lead weights tip water down on the kids regularly. Water flows over the lead weights before entering the pool below. Kids are swallowing the lead rich water? 🤔
A bit old and very expensive but if the weather is good its good for the kids
Its okay for families but for an adult without kids its not so nice. Sauna was okay, but not a Wellness feeling.
Abit dated now but good for the kids still
A little worn out place and not so many water slides outside. But water is warm
Nice place with nice staff over all, and an ok pool area nearby with access directly from the hotel building. Unfortunately bad service in restaurant at dinner. 30 minutes of waiting for food and no smiles. BUT breakfast was absolutely great!
Good for the kids but not very good for those that been there before. But there is a place in side where you can buy food and stuff. And in the other part of the building is a massage place.
Nice variety of different water slides and pools suitable for adults as well as for children. The outdoor pools are nice if the weather allows it, if it rains you can always swim and play indoors.Better food and slightly reduced entry fee = five stars.
Fun waterpark, best on sunny days.
Indoors ok, outside looked good but couldnt use because of weather
Nice swimming paradise, the food is not good though and absolutely not kid friendly food.
Warm pool and relaxing place to swim in the middle of Finnish winter.
Use to be quite nice place... feels a bit abandoned now... visable rust here and there... toilets bit smelly.... not worth the buck... better go to swimming hall!!
Fun water park for all ages including massive water slides outside. Spent 3.5 hours in the water with a six year old who loved it. Really friendly staff with jumper cable car starting kit on site for when camper van failed to start.
It was great joy in past but now it is closed down for over a year Google update this please
Average tropical pool/bath house with reasonable prices and great Finnish saunas. If youre planning on visiting it, id suggest you to do it in summer.
Interesting place but looks old everything
This is a great little tropical bath house, water is warm and there is a lot for kids to do. Indoor beach with a bar for the parents and some great swim classes if you want to teach your kids.
Probably better in Summer. We were here in November. Breakfast was very nice. Room ok. Restaurant closed early so we had to go to city center for food. Taxi about €15.
Really hot rooms, wont even cool for the night and really expensive beer, 7,3€ / 0,4l.
