I went to the Peoria location to get a Turkey Bacon Ranch. They gave me a Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was too hot to go back. I called them, to let them know their mistake. They were not apologetic at all and claimed they didnt see my order. Wont be going back.

We went back to our favorite smoothie place. A few weeks ago we had a bad experience here but thankfully the company emailed me and also sent me latter with a gift card. I can tell they care about there customers. I had my favorite smoothie the lean machine and it was delicious. I appreciate that they took the time to make good. I’m also very appreciative the company took my complaint seriously especially since it’s my favorite place to go after workout and before work and church 😊

Its the managers! No matter which one I go to- and I go to every single one in town! This is the only tropical smoothie that makes the Chia banana boost the correct way and it tastes so good! ONLY the North tropical smoothie PINE AND PEORIA!! This is the only one I will go to! I drive 18 miles TO THIS ONE- JUST DO GET MY SMOOTHIE DONE RIGHT-& whenever I live 1.5 Mile away from another tropical smoothie.! Why? Once again, it is the managers! They do right! They make sure the smoothies are made right- THEY TEACH CORRECTLY- AND THEIR EMPLOYEES LISTEN! They make sure everything is THERE AND NOTHING IS MISSING- IT IS THE CONSISTENCY! Thats the only thing I can think of and why theyre smoothies always taste right and never lack anything! Theyre never missing any ingredients like every single other tropical smoothie that Ive gone to. Of all the things to write about- I felt that this one deserved it- Ive been meaning to tell them how much I simply appreciate them! Thats it! After purchasing a $7 smoothie on a scorching hot summer day its always the BIGGEST hassle attempting to get a cup of water from this place.They always seem SO inconvenienced and say itll cost $0.27 which Im fine with but then you have to deal with their terrible attitude and extreme delay when requesting it.It takes them 3xs longer to get the water than it does to make a smoothie and the last time I asked for one it tasted rancid. Not sure where they got the water from or why it took them so long to get it but I threw it out. Yuck! Ill go sit and wait through another drive through just for a cup of ice water I guess.

manager was yelling at employees right infront of me. very unprofessional and immature from their part. my smoothie had a hair in it and was extremely watery. all the sitting areas were very dirty and sticky. extremely disappointed.

the customer service is terrible i asked for a sunset smoothie and they didnt give me a lid and they only gave me a medium when i payed for a large. And when i asked to speak to the manager the manager was very hostile towards me and i dont ever want to go back. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU

Went in to order and had to go back in two more times to get the correct order. It was dirty because I only saw it being run by young kids and the owners were no where to be seen. Wouldnt go back if i was paid :/

Mold in my smoothie AND food? Should have known this establishment would be terrible, from the moment I stepped into the store I heard the management ABUSIVELY YELLING at the employees. Completely ruined the atmosphere while I was trying to enjoy my moldy lunch.

The peanut butter smoothies are the best. That peanut butter flatbread with banana really rocks. Solid place for a semi-healthy meal ish.

I love tropical smoothie. The price is excellent for the size of the smoothie and Ive only had one bad experience after scores of visits. The chia banana boost with peanut butter is my go to, but they have a smoothie for everyone. Plenty of add ins and supplements to keep your health up.

Should have known by the reviews this location would be terrible, ordered a quesadilla and a smoothie on my lunch break, got back to work and the quesadilla wasn’t cut, and they didn’t include the sauce (which is why I went I love the saucethey told me to bring back the quesadilla tomorrow and they’ll give me a new one and the sauce, what am I supposed to eat today? I only have so long for my lunch break. Terrible terrible location, very disappointed. They did not try to make it right.

Went there and got a Pomegranate plunge with no strawberries ended up having strawberries in it Anyway. I took it back to have them correct it, they act like I was trying to steal something instead of just saying they were sorry for making my drink wrong. what if I was deadly allergic to the strawberries. Their customer service suck!

Got the Chipotle chicken club as a bowl. Had about the bottom quarter of the bowl filled with lettuce and a few measly toppings. Definitely not worth 7 bucks.

Tropical smoothie has really good smoothies . I recommend the kiwi quencher , paradise point , and when their doing it the dragon fruit smoothies. My only bad thing is staff attitudes .

I love tropical smoothie but thanks to the girl Jasmine and her attitude, i wont be back to this location. I ordered a detox smoothie and it is supposed to be naturally sweetened. This was super sweet. Ive had it before and knew something was off. Jasmine felt like she was too good to remake it. She rolled her eyes and her coworker had to tell me that it wasnt directed towards me. Doesnt matter. I come from the Eastside to give business here but wont anymore. Whats the point.

I get my smoothies from this location daily and im served with great customer service. Today there was a different worker that Ive never seen before tall Hispanic female hair was in a bun. She had a very Noticeable attitude 🙄. Basically just threw my flat bread sandwich together. Then when she brought it out to me she just threw it on the counter and walked away. Very rude and unpleasant smh

My wife cannot start her day without her Bahama Mama! Always professional and always CLEAN!!! My only wish is they would sell the 12oz in all flavors but I understand. This company does better than they could by leaps and bounds 👍

Ive been to tropical smoothie cafe quite a bit and every time it is the same. The staff is quick and helpful, very polite and professional. The prices are a bit steep but for the quality I do think it is worth it. Their smoothies and cookies are absolutely to die for!! I swear, Id never had a smoothie before tropical smoothie and they blow my mind with how good they taste! I think the best flatbread would be the chipotle chicken club, one of my all-time favorite meals from there. I definitely recommend anyone to try this place, especially the smoothies. I dont think it is possible to regret going to tropical smoothie cafe so at least you have that to look forward to.

I usually never leave bad reviews unless it’s horrible but today I am fed up. I bet the same 2Smoothies every time. Been coming here for a while. It’s NEVER consistent. I continue to return because this is the only smoothie place I know close by. My smoothie either taste like ice with no flavor or some type of veggie like onions. Highly disappointed. I will say when It’s made right, it is good.

I Love Tropical Smoothie! My son always wants to eat there. But like anything you want to eat thats healthy or almost healthy is going to cost you. I pray there business increase and they be around a looooong time.

I ordered a detox island with no banana. I asked the girl when she handed me my drink does it have banana in it and she said no but it sure did. I’m thankful I’m not allergic to banana because that would’ve been a bigger issue. I will stick to Tulsa Hills Location. If you want to deal with kids playing and lying about what they put in your drink this is the spot!!!

This is the ONLY location you need to visit!!!! I NEVER have any issues at this location, all the workers are great! My smoothies are always perfect my wraps, salads, and flat bread are too!

My flatbread had 1 piece of meat on it & 1 huge chunk of cheese, the smoothie was good though.

I love tropical smoothies cafe. I go to both of them, the one on North Peoria and Tulsa Town. They both are very professional excellent customer Service. The smoothies and food is delicious! I recommend them highly theyre the best😃

Came here for a wrap and a smoothie. The person working charged my card $114.48 instead of $11.48 and the only reason I caught this mistake was because of my banking app, the clerk didnt admit their mistake until I asked about it. When I asked when it would be returned to my card she laughed and said I dont know. Very irritating experience because Ive worked in fast food and overcharging someone by $100 is not a common mistake. Not coming back to this location.

If you drop the splenda and the turbinado sugar you get a pretty good smoothie. The salads are always fresh. Didnt enjoy breakfast. This is close to home so I have become a regular. The detox smoothie is large and tastes pretty good for only 180 calories.

I havent been to a tropical smoothie in a long time, today was a great experience. The employees were awesome and the food was perfect along with the smoothie! I look forward to returning.

I ordered a smoothie and was overcharged on my account $10.40. I contacted the location and I have been given the run around for over a week about being refunded. Oh, I forgot to mention that I have my receipt. as proof. Every time I call Im told to call back at a different time due to the manager not being there. I will NEVER patronize this business again.

Terrible location! I ordered the chicken quesadilla, they came bland, nothing to dip, no cream or anything as advertise. I hate to waste my money like that!I could see my Smoothie ready in the window, and everybody talking and making jokes, but nobody was paying attention. And last, if I didnt mention my side, they would not include it. Im not coming back to this location ever!!

Laid back place. Smoothies are good. This was an average visit, so average rating. Nothing to rave or complain about. May visit again and update.Went back for a second and third time. We still havent tried the food but the smoothies are consistent and good. We will visit again. Updated to 4 star because of quick service and great smoothies!

I love their smoothies! It can be a bit pricey but the quality is good and you get what you pay for. If youre on a budget then Tuesday is the best day to go because you can get a smoothie, sandwich, and side for $7 which is a steal. I highly recommend trying the island green its super yummy.

The employees at this location don’t have a clue. The two times I have ordered sandwiches, they were both wrong. Half of the employees can’t count change. Heck, half the time two or three different employees all try to take your money. Always ask for a receipt when you pay because if you don’t someone else will try to take your money too and then it turns into a huge issue.

Of late, their wraps are having more cheese less vegetable. Their hummus veggie wrap barely has any hummus visible. A bit dissappointed on the let down of quality.Update on Nov 2017. The fast service is consistent. The quality of wrap changes sometimes. Mostly good.

We frequently get smoothies at the north Peoria store. The food and smoothies are great but there is a woman that works there that is extremely unpleasant. If you dont like working with the public, then dont. She never says thank you, hi-bye, or kiss my a**. I dont know her name but I was just there and it is Saturday, the 11th of November at 12:30pm. We are thinking of never going back but probably will because it is convenient. She needs to go though.....

First time visited this tropical smoothie. I definitely would go back, my island green smoothie with no sugar was great! As well as my turkey bacon ranch was really really good definitely recommend this place! Everything from the service to food was Awesome!
