Really good cajun shrimp wrap. The hurricane smoothie is good. The strawberry edible straw is good. The jalapeño corn was great.

Tropical smoothie is a go to for me almost every day unfortunately this location has the slowest staff that bring your food to you 20 minutes before your smoothies ready.

They are good always i go there to buy or make a doordash they are fast w my orders 😏

The food and smoothies are great, (most of thestaff are very friendly. Sometimes very slow and can’t keep their orders organized.

Customer service was good. Food was fresh and hot, smoothie was good 👍🏽 no complaints.

Have to say. I am very surprised that a supervisor even looked at my beverage and still gave it to me. It was bland nothing but the taste of the sugar water they use. I had to work so couldnt wait an extra 30 minutes to get 2 more made. Truly disappointed.

I travel a lot for work and I love tropical smoothie! Unfortunately, they are not all good as far as customer service, and what they are giving their customers. I just wanted to give a shout out to this location for a job well done!

Do not order with curbside pickup!!!I placed an order before I left Walmart, went there, pulled into curbside pickup, called the phone number on the sign, no answer... waited for like 15 minutes, calling 5 times, NO ANSWER!!!Go inside, my order is sitting on the counter & told them Ive been trying to call them and nobody answered... they told me I must have called the wrong number!!!I went back later to complain to the shift manager, she acted like it was no big deal!No Satisfaction From Her Either!!!!!I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

We waited 30 minutes for our food and when did get it the sweet potatoes were not cooked. I was highly disappointed 😞 .The quality changed. I used to love the food but not anymore at least not on this day.

They were super busy but very calm & pleasant. They did let everyone know they were short handed and were doing their best to get the orders out as fast as they could. Smoothies are not as good as they used to be but not bad.

Although the service was slow, the smoothies were perfect. Fully blended and not missing any ingredients. I would come back here again.

A fully staffed team that moves so slow food is coming out before smoothies and employees can’t pay attention to get names of customers correctly so their food goes sitting for way too long at the counter. Smoothies are icy or watery every time I visit this location. Really gone downhill in the last 5 years.

I will not give them any stars. I waited today for over an hour for a wrap working door dash. That makes no since it took that long. And then people coming in after me got there orders faster. No excuse for this.

Insanely slow, no work ethic in any of the staff. Put in a pickup order and was given an eta of 7:09, it’s already been a half hour past that and I’m standing here listening to the staff laugh and joke but still no food… update it took almost 40 mins past eta for pick up, 1hr after I put the order in.

When I ordered I assumed all TSC made their signature smoothies the same. My assumption was either wrong or the preparer wasnt good at following directions. It didnt taste good at all! I ended up throwing it away and smoothies arent cheap!

Mobile order took over an hour and they didn’t start making the 3 smoothies until we reminded them a second time. Rude when asked for an eta. Good smoothies tho

Waited 30 minutes for 1 smoothie..workers were walking around with friends on their faces and walked like they were wearing lead pants..manager would have been fired if I was the owner..never again from me or many others I know. My drink should have been free at that point.

Food and drink here is sooo good. Not to mention that some of it is pretty healthy as well. Only downside is some times its a longer wait than I can bare, but I just remind myself of how good its going to be and that keeps me preoccupied long enough to actually get my order LOL

While driving home from work (1 hour driveI called and placed a order using a coupon ($8.00 for a Flatbread combination with smoothie). I ordered 4 Flatbread combination and my total was $28.80. I paid over the phone. I am full-time Army and had a very long day/year. When I arrived I noticed my order was not ready. I was then informed that it is only one order per coupon and I was charged an additional $15.00 for my order. The "Manager said it stats one per on the coupon and that is how she always did it" I handed her the coupon 1155 and showed her it was not on the coupon. I refused to pay the additional money and was told I couldnt get a refund of the money already paid. I told her that was u acceptable and with a nasty attitude she processed my credit card for a refund. I was standing in uniform and watched her tell a coworker to throw away my entire order. Unbelievable

I really like Tropical Smoothie. I usually get the Island detox Green. One of the best tasting I think, low calorie and no sugar.

I had a Chipotle Chicken flatbread sandwich, and it was delicious! I also had a Pomegranate Plunge, the most delicious fruit drink Ive ever had, WOW! 😋 I will most definitely suggest this to all my friends and family...Great Work Ladies...

This was my first time visiting Tropical Smoothie (12/21/2020and I must say that I prefer their smoothies over Smoothie King. I had their Peanut Butter Cup smoothie which has banana, peanut butter and chocolate. My husband had the mocha madness. We also got the triple berry oat just to try. We both loved all of the different smoothies. I will definitely be returning.

Went to pick up my order from the pick up cubicle and was told by a customer the employee at the front counter had the drinks mixed up so she took the top off to sniff it with her nose to remember what flavor it was then placed the drink ready for pickup. That is disgusting and apparently not the first time this is being done. That would also be an exposure to covid and why we all should just eat at home.

Terrible service. Staff ignored me for five minutes, they said they were looking for the order that was called in. Then started waiting on others, even though the order was right next to the register. Waited twenty minutes for another staff member to finally acknowledge me and find the order in front of her. What a terrible business. Glad that smoothie king opened down the road. At least their smoothies arent water.

I waited 25 minutes for my food. They forgot my order. I was standing in the lobby while they were chit chatting in the back. They realized I was there when they finally looked out while cleaning the counters. So frustrated. I waited that long for my buffalo chicken wrap for it to be the size of a snack wrap. Very disappointed. Wish I could post a picture of it. Not worth the $9.

Great food and smoothies- Hands down the MOST slow Tropical smoothie that I go to- The one in Lapeer, I am IN AND OUT with minimal wait. EVEN when I order online, It seems like I STILL wait like crazy.Curbside pickup, I have a hard time getting a hold of them. Most days I get the "Someone forgot to hang up the phone" and thats why it wont go thru. I literally order EVERY DAY. MULTIPLE SMOOTHIES. Youd think that daily orders totaling anywhere from 15-80 bucks, you would get at least ONE day of decent feedback.Once I started ordering thru Doordash, things started going better. Its sad that I have to pay extra for better service.

Literally my favorite place in the world, but this one has the slowest service. Their phone only works half of the time, when making a curbside order, you have to make several calls just to tell them you have arrived. It’s just very bad communication over the phone and online. Other than that, customer service is great, food and smoothies are great.

Always such a long wait, calling ahead never works for me. Cannot finish whole order or get to card payment with out multiple occasions of “phone issues”. Show up to pick up order in a hurry and you end up at the back of the line because they’re not sure what happened. Once or couple times okay I understand, I keep going. Bc I love em. Tired of it always happening though. I’m fed up w the bs. I’m fed up.

Been here a few times. Always friendly service. The smoothies I have ordered have been good. 4 stars only because I have not tried the food.

I really hate to write this review. I love tropical smoothie and never had an issue until now. I understand there are High call volumes and there is a lot going on with Covid-19. It was still unacceptable how my food turned out especially after I called 38 times in order to place an order. Once I received my food, it was soggy and it didn’t include everything that was suppose to be on it. Secondly, I purchased food for my coworker and they messed up her sandwich as well. This is highly unacceptable.

They are decent with a variety of food you dont get anywhere else. Smoothies are a good size. From pert experience only McDonalds offers better quality smoothies but you dont get much for what you pay for there and their choices are limited and machine is often down. Tropical smoothie has a lot of choices. I recommend an off menu smoothie called Island Fever and the Tai Chicken Wrap.

Tropical Smoothie always takes care of me. I can a delicious smoothie without sugar and add protein. It meets my nutrition requirements and tastes like such a treat!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has smoothies, 5+ types of sandwiches and side item choices like chips. The smoothie is 24 oz so you may not need a sandwich, but it makes a delicious combination. I order using the app so I dont wait in line. One of my favorite fast food restaurants.

I placed an online order last week. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes. They handed me half my order and told me I was all set. They forgot the protein in my smoothie and hadn’t even started preparing my food. This week I called ahead instead. They hand me my smoothie and tell me to have a good day. They got the protein but still hadn’t started the food just like last week. I only get a 30 minute lunch and I used to be able to get Tropical Smoothie by ordering ahead with no issues. I loved it because I work 11 minutes away. My grilled cheese last week was burnt but they gave it to me anyways. The breakfast wrap I got today was frozen. Luckily I called and got a refund on my wrap today, but they didn’t make me feel very good about it. I used to work in food service, so I hate to leave a poor review, but it is what it is.

The Kiwi quencher is awesome. It is my favorite smoothie next to the Detox Island Green. I sometimes get the buffalo chicken wrap or bowl. Both are good. The prices are not bad. With the meals you get a smoothie, a sandwich/wrap/flatbread and a side. Most of the staff are friendly. Some of them need an attitude readjustment.

One of the worst tropical smoothies Ive ever been to. I understand theyre busy, but we didnt get a hello or well be right with you until we waited for 4 minutes. Then the lady behind us got her order before we did. I only ordered a kids mango. They all should work on their customer service skills. Im never going back here again.

Tropical Smoothie is one of those staple establishments that I find myself craving every now and again. The smoothies are phenomenal, as youd expect, but the food is also an excellent, often healthy, option. I recommend their wraps, with the buffalo chicken and chicken caesar being my favorites.

Everything was fine until today. I placed my order online through the app. I chose chips as my side. The girl who bagged my order placed plain chips in my bag . I politely asked her if I could get sea salt and vinegar chips instead of the plain. As she walked away I kind of felt an attitude from her as she walked to go get my chips. Just to make sure there wasnt a way to specify the kind of chips I wanted through the Tropical Smoothie app I asked one of her co-workers. Her co-worker confirmed that there is not a way to specify. Her co-worker asked me what kind of chips did I want and I told her that someone was getting them for me. As soon as I finished my statement, the girl who went to go get them just chucks them on top of my bag that was sitting on the counter and walks away. I wont be back as long as she still works there. I WAS a loyal customer.

Always very quick and delicious. The food is incredibly tasty and the smoothies are very yummy. With so many different flavors, there is something for everyone. Its very clean and they also play really good music here, perfect for sitting with a friend for lunch.

Miller Rd Flint Michigan their smoothies are decent but the food...awful. And it’s probably all tropical smoothies because I ate at the one in Davison and their salad was nasty. Old and moldy tasting. The sandwich flatbread I got in Flint the chicken was chewy and fake tasting. This is not what I would consider high quality food as they advertise. Their food has really gone down in quality over the years. I don’t eat there hardly ever but after this I won’t again. Every time I have wasted money it’s been nasty food. Nuked fake chicken.

Ordered two smoothies and was asked for here or to go. So I asked what the difference was. The cashier acted like I was stupid!!! Lost yer tip sweetheart. My money!!! Ppl keep forgetting that little bit of info! I refuse to accept crappy service. Not needed anywhere.

Wonderful place!! Smoothies are absolutely delicious and staff is very kind. Every experience ive had has been pleasant and lovely. I also love the tropical music that plays. Tropical Smoothie is wonderful.

Quick and tasty smoothies. The food is so-so in my opinion. The polite staff with a welcoming smile was appreciated. I love to come here for a dessert smoothie after dining at any of the close by restaurants. I have never seen the inside messy or dirty.

Place is kept too cold and music is really loud. When asked to adjust the volume, instead of turning it down we were told we were the 1st to complain like it would make a difference to us :Smoothies have been had to be remade on more then 3 occasions. The other 2 I just dealt with it because I couldnt wait for it. I like this franchise but I avoid this location. I know this is a busy location but the staff needs more training (especially on the smoothiesand the operation needs to be more efficient.

Service was fast, but front desk worker would not make "strawberry lemonade" because it was not on the menu. I frequently get this smoothie at their clio location. So I find it hard to believe that another franchise location couldnt make it.. Three stars for the mango smoothie I got instead and fast service.
