Their service was much quicker this time we visited

The website says they close at 10 yet here at 8 o clock their lights are off and they look closed. We went through the drivethru and it was very difficult to read the sign because of their lack of lights. If they say they are open they need to show it. This is a big inconvenience.

They closed 40+ minutes before it was supposed to or did the hours change and they didn’t update the website😐😐

Excellent food and friendly service. Plus my hubby got a free cookie and special birthday wish with our lunch!!

Clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The smoothie was green and healthy, yet delicious. Fresh ingredients take time to put together, premixed ingredients are usually full of sugar. The flatbread was killer, with real grill marks giving it an authentic street food flavor. I ordered it with extra lettuce for the crunch.

Smoothies are good. Very refreshing. Only go to this one if you have 45 minutes to spare.

Good smoothies that hit the spot. Like the Avacolada quite a bit. Everytime I go to order their watermelon smoothie, they are out.

I love Tropical Smoothie. But this particular establishment has been dreadful everytime. Forgotten salsa, no napkins, burned quesadillas, smoothies made incorrectly, employees that are unwilling to remake smoothies that werent made correctly.Today was a special experience. The smoothie that I ordered was terrible. The girl that made it was new and she most definitely made it wrong. Ive had it dozens of times. This smoothie was not edible. Then the staff was hostile toward me because I complained and then they made me pay full price for another smoothie! No apologes made, no discounts given, no satisfaction guarentee, they did not even acknowledge that it was their mistake... Will not return to this particular tropical smoothie. The service was fast... but food was awful. Management needs to work on the food and attitudes of the employees there.

Quick and tastes really good! The workers are always nice and their smoothies are the bomb! I’m just really glad they are open later than some places because I get off work late! Definitely recommend the Kiwi Quencher when it’s out!! And their sandwiches are really good too!

Delicious but slow

Have been here around three times already just for a smoothie. 3 cars in the drive through, barely no one inside the establishment and still had to wait about 8 minutes to ask for my order and other 10 minutes for my smoothie. If I’d see a huge line I’d understand that, but with barely no one there it makes no sense that it keeps happening.

First thing I ate after Wisdom teeth removal was the Island Green smoothie. Delicious and I will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

Second time in 10 days (while in drive thruwhen employee said "Im having trouble hearing you," something she also said to the customer ahead of me. Perhaps adjusting/replacing the speaker/microphone should be looked into. On a positive note, Bahama Mama smoothie was excellent.

The hummus wrap is alright, its mostly filled with lettuce so youre paying $8 for lettuce. Definitely too over priced but, the AVOCOLADO Smoothie is delicious!!!

Literally the most disgusting and rude employees, tryed asking how there day was but no they wanna ignore us and not even help us

I’ve never been to a tropical smoothie cafe that has taken 40 minutes to get through the drive through with only two cars in front of me. I honestly would have left but was unfortunately stuck waiting for a smoothie. Something needs to seriously get figured out quickly, because if one person has an order that is so massive it’s holding up the line for 40 MINUTES have the intelligence to have them move and wait for their order so everyone else hasn’t wasted their day for a single order. Come on guys, not that hard to figure out

Very disappointed I ordered the Cajun shrimp wrap didnt get but one shrimp very interesting and I asked for no tomatoes and I got tomatoes I dont know why people take orders when they dont even listen very disappointing but its just the way it is these days pretty sad I will not be returning

Love their smoothies not the best but cant complain about it for the value. I can complain about their breakfast burritos. Egg product gluey tortilla.

Waited in line for 10 min they were very busy so it was okay. But I didn’t get my smoothie for 45 minutes and when I went up to ask about it they were very rude. Acted like it was my fault they forgot my order.

We stopped at this location on our way from San Diego to Moab. After being on the road for 2 days eating nothing but gas station junk food we needed to eat something healthy. It was unbelievably good and refreshing. I got an avocado smoothie and a humus wrap. I wish they have these in San Diego!

Smoothies are great. Drive through great. And seriously 😒 y’all have to understand styrofoam cup is plastic, your lid is plastic, and your straw is paper and dissolves like a wet napkin. Makes zero sense. Just make everything you don’t eat out of 🌽 corn. Zero plastic, zero paper. While the smoothies taste good, the experience of drinking the smoothie is a 1/5 stars.

Nice place with a convenient location. Appreciated the EMS/fire discount. Sandwich could have used some more meat to it. Otherwise happy with the experience.

This place has really gone down hill. Majority of the time if we order a cookie its frozen and our smoothie orders are not correct. Tonight I ordered a beach bum with no banana and dark chocolate. Instead I got double strawberry and no chocolate. I always ask for regular strawberry, never double and I have a 50/50 chance of them getting it right. Its just sad.

I was so happy that Tropical Smoothie Cafe was open on Sunday. I was driving thru to SLC and needed something quick and healthy. I had the green goddess chicken flatbread wrap and a detox smoothie. They were both so amazingly delicious and I was so glad I drove past the burger joints and over to TSC! I dont eat a lot of sandwiches/wraps, but I didnt have an ounce of regret with their tasty green goddess! Thank you for quality fast food that gave me energy instead of a belly ache that the other options undoubtedly would have!

My wife loves the place so I get drug in there on occasion. The food is always great. My only issue is paying $12+ dollars for a meal and still being hungry. I could eat two easily. Probably good for Americas overweight problem but I always feel lacking after.

The smoothies it was good bit the service not so good I buy 8 smoothies and they didnt give me a cup holder if I buy one or two it was ok but the Lady didnt tell me sorry or nothing but I still like the smoothies 😊👌

The smoothies are fantastic at this place, but service absolutely needs to improve. Just by asking for cup holder because I got 8 smoothies in total Wich is common sense a cup holder, the lady gave me her attitude and rudeness. but again absolutely recommend the place smoothies are delicious 😋.

Yesterday was a long day and I was starving. So, I head to my favorite place to eat, Tropical Smoothie on Airport Road. When I pull up to the drive thru they tell me that they are only accepting cash and if that’s ok to continue ordering. I tell them it’s fine and order my smoothie (which they get wrong about 70% of the time so I always check it before I drive awaythen I proceed to order a wrap. She tells me they close in 30 minutes and so the food menu is not available. 30 minutes early seems a bit soon to be shutting down items, especially when you don’t offer much in the first place. I told her I would go elsewhere because I was hungry. I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru to get out as there were people behind me. I saw that the dining room already had chairs up on tables as well. I got the distinct impression that the employees were shutting things down early so they could go home right at 10. I was so frustrated.

Went there for some smoothies and they were great. A little pricey. They only have one size and thats 24 oz. But theyre really good

The smoothies are good, but they are slow. I thought Id save time by ordered online the last time. I was 5 minutes late for my pickup time and still waited 15 minutes.

What a joke I know this place is normally busy but there was only one car in the drive-through so I decided to pull in and order a smoothie. I ordered the smoothie at 5:37 PM and waited in line behind one vehicle and did not get my smoothie until 557. I understand things can take a while but there were literally four cars in the parking lot and two cars in the drive-through and it took you 20 minutes to make me a stupid smoothie what a joke I will not return to this location

You pay for what you get. Even though your wallet might take a hit when it comes to ordering a complete meal, your stomach will thank you. The food is delicious and smoothies are perfect for a hot day. Service has always been fast and friendly. Remember to try and avoid the lunch rush because youll be waiting for hot minute.

This location is always super busy, but they seem to handle things in a timely manner and all the employees are very polite. I always enjoy my food and smoothies from here. They are more than willing to substitute and ingredients you like or remove ingredients you dont like. They never make me feel like a pain because I have many dietary restrictions which is a relief.

The food is always really good and the people are always very polite! The smoothies of course are the best around! The price isn’t too bad either. $20 for two wraps and a smoothie to share ❤️

Staff is friendly and restraunt is clean! I always get the Detox Island green and my hubby loves the Peanut Paradise!

One of the best smoothies I have had in a while. Breakfast was not too bad either. However, I do not go her for the food but the strawberry banana smoothie was excellent.

My wife had oral surgery recently so we were looking for something easy on the mouth. So we tried Tropical Smoothie and it fit the bill.I was delighted to find they have a nice menu of other food, which is different from other fast-food restaurants. So I am really happy to add this establishment to my go-to list.

I enjoy this particular branch because of their always friendly, quick service. They make the high quality smoothies we are paying for. I have had only good experiences with this storefront as opposed to the one more south in town. If you want Tropical Smoothie, it is worth the time to go here!

Food and smoothies are delicious! However, its really pricey here and wait time is on the longer side. On my one of my visits they wouldnt take my $50 bill when my order was $43. The young lady at the window said its corporate policy to not take these bills and suggested I go across the road to Maverick to break it like everyone else.. If you go to this location you know how difficult it is to get to Maverick when obeying all of the signs. I went to Maverick and broke the 50 and when I got back after a few minutes the line was out extremely long. I pulled into a parking space and knocked on their door to get my families food since lobby was closed due to Covid. She handed me my food and smoothies after waiting another several minutes. Obviously, by the time we got home the food was soggy and cold and smoothies were melting.We havent eaten there since.

Great smoothies and great food.If youre planning on visiting during your lunch break, youd better have a lunch break longer than 30 minutes, ESPECIALLY if youre planning on using the drive-thru.Tropical Smoothie is a popular place, and for good reason- but beware the lunch rush as the speed of customer service declines to a rate that will leave you questioning whether or not your $6 smoothie was worth waiting 35 minutes for.

Great location and interior. Convenient for a lunch drive thru too. Great options for a variety of smoothies. Salads are a little small for $8 and mine had a few small pieces of chicken with a lot of lettuce.

The line is FOREVER long!! I waited 30 minutes during lunch a week ago. The food, however, is amazing. Their Tropical sandwich is so worth the wait. Its a little expensive, too, but its such healthy food. And the smoothies - its taking me quite a while to find the right one for me - some are too flavorful, some are too dull. But the sunshine smoothie is winning so far. I love that they have seasonal smoothies, too! And a kids menu - much more affordable.

Me & my son love our lunch dates here never disappointed. Kind of curious though why it takes 3x as long for the smoothie vs food we were done with our food an still waiting for it 🤔 I think there is room for improvement here but the staff was very curtious and friendly.

Had a delicious breakfast here. The southwest wrap was awesome and the mocha smoothie great as always. Love this place and the prices are right.

We had a delicious, healthy lunch here. The prices seemed great for this type of food, and everything tasted fantastic. My toddler loved having a kid sized smoothie with his meal. Were not from the area so Im sad we wont have the opportunity to eat here more often.As to the complaint that using a mug only saves fifty cents...how much do you think styrofoam cups with a lid cost? $4.50 for a large, delicious smoothie seems like a deal compared to what some of the national chains cost, but thats a matter of opinion.
