Stopped for a curbside pickup, smoothie was great 👍🏽

Lots of options for smoothies. I dont consume dairy and was helped adequately to find the best option for a protein rich smoothie.

Busy but well staffed and running like a machine. Would be 5 stars but its a little dirty.

Today I went to order a smoothie like I normally do. I usually add a meal, but today I just felt like a smoothie. I asked to add protein, extra peanut butter, and yogurt, which are all separate charges, which I have no issue with. I asked the person taking my order if I can have the extra shake from my order put into a cup since Im paying for it. She said no. I said Im paying $4 extra dollars to add stuff and by tossing it out Im not getting what I ordered. She told me theres nothing she can do... Very disappointing.

They no longer serve any of their best smoothies :-( their options for smoothies have become severely limited.

This particular location has terrible customer service and its happened several times that Ive come here. They had three different smoothies that they were missing one ingredient for so they couldnt make them (other locations substitute in that case all the time). The manager couldnt think for herself, she flat out didnt care when I asked for something different and when she couldnt figure out how to accomodate pretty much anything for us, I told her we wont ever come back to this location. She didnt even care. She also wouldnt split the large smoothie I got for the kids to split into two smalls or even give us an extra cup without charging lol. The other locations do this all the time with a smile and great service. This location is terrible and they dont care. And I never give a bad review like this. But avoid this location unless you absolutely have to come here! The locations in Rockledge and Viera are so much better.

My smoothie was very chunky with bananas and ice, rendering it smoothie-less. Wife asked for no lettuce on food but got some anyway. I pay for it to be done right. By now you would think they have a formula figured out ie blender timing etc.. Not one to complain but here we are. 🥔

This place used to be really good, but it’s going downhill. The past 4 times they haven’t gotten my chipotle chicken club correctly, which has been the same on the menu for as long as I can even remember. First time, I got sooo much lettuce on it I had to pick half of it out. The second time, I got tomato and bacon on it even though I asked for it without both. The third time, I got pineapples (on a chipotle chicken club!!!). Now this time, hardly any chipotle sauce on the CHIPOTLE club. Really disappointed because tropical smoothie has been one of my favorite places to go for over 10 years now and this is the closest one. Please teach employees to pay closer attention instead of flirting and laughing with fellow employees and correct portioning.

Great service! Im vegetarian and have specific preferences. Had the hummus wrap(this one is warm, not cold thankfully!! It was absolutely delicious!! Adder bonus - Theres a super clean washroom/restroom too

You cant go wrong with a delicious smoothie, I always feel healthier and better after one. Make sure to add multi-vitamins, fat burner, and energizer!

Healthy and yummy at the same time! We ordered from here everyday while visiting for two weeks while on vacation. Awesome wraps!

Friendly staff, quaint place. It has everything to have 5 stars, except…If you replace the chicken for a vegan option, bc you don’t eat meat, they charge you extra. That’s a total reach.They offer you sides, but they don’t tell you that it’ll cost extra.All these hidden charges! What’s the point? Instead of making customers happy, they get this feeling of being taken advantage of.A shame.

I order wraps and sandwiches from here often so I can take them to work for a flavor filled lunch. I have been happy every time.

Love the food & smoothies here! Fresh and tasty! However sometimes a new employee comes in & cuts the wraps at such a hard angle. I have to eat it with a fork. This is what happened today, please train them not to cut this way.Updated review here....Been so disappointed lately with orders being wrong, & how the angle of the wraps being cut? This one was cut poorly & busting out on the ends, how is anyone supposed to eat this going down the road? For $7.99 I would hope for better. Have thrown a few away & just didnt bother. Think were done for a while. Sorry

Theyre not taking walk ins and you have to order off the app. Which doesnt work and I cant get my smoothies how i like it because it doesnt give you the option. This Business will dwindle as most people prefer to walk in and order from an employee not an app. I wish this Business the best because they will need it if they continue to have loyal customers order from an app that doesnt work or let you order how you like your smoothies.. 1 star 🌟 wouldnt recommend now until they change

So on Wed Aug 4th I stopped in as I normally do to get a smoothie on the way to work. When I got to work spoke with my co-worker, and they told me that the Titusville water was contaminated and not to drink the city water. After speaking with them I decided to call and ask if they used city water to make the smoothie. I called a couple times no one was answering the phone. So I walked over and their was a sign saying closed due to the water being contaminated. I knocked on the windows because the workers were inside. One finally came to the door and I asked if the smoothie they made me earlier was made with city water and she said yes it was sorry we just got the notice. I then threw away the smoothie in front of them… was a little disgusted at the thought that I already drank half of it lol. I came back in today, and spoke with the manager, I told him what happened and I just wanted a store credit for the smoothie I threw away. All he kept saying to me that the water was found not to be contaminated. I was trying to speak quietly about it and explain that does not really matter because at the time we didn’t know that. I finally gave up and told him never mind. I normally do business with them 4-5 times a week, but now not only did I not do business with them today…. I doubt I will ever again.

this location is exceptional...great service, carryout orders have always been correct (hope this isnt the kiss of death), this is our go-to quick lunch spot which is surrounded by fast food joints...that says something about the quality of food and the quickness of their service...great staff

What an incredible cafe! I ordered the Beach Bum Smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious! My quesadilla was great! Everything was prepared very quickly!

Husband and I stopped here while we were over at Game Stop. Wait time was a bit long for amount of people in store to the number of workers. Smoothies were bad though. I had problems with my straw but finally got it to work. Both our smoothies almost every sip we were catching up small chunks of ice. It made drinking the smoothie a miserable experience. We ended up with enough that we soon tossed out both smoothies with both still pretty full.

I litterally go every day for lunch for a smoothie and it is always perfect and delicious.I never have issues with staff, I love getting the chicken pesto Flatbread! Ive never had to wait super long for my order, and if I order with the app its always ready by the time I get there. My order is always correct and delicious and made how I want it. I LOVE this place 😁👍

I wish I could give them 5 stars as I love the food and smoothies, however, the service is terrible. Even when there is an adult manager present, it takes an incredible amount of time to get anything. They hire all teenagers who mess around, talk too much and have their friends come in and hangout. Its very frustrating.

First time here. I had a wrap and it was really good. My Blueberry Bliss smoothie was great as well! Ive already been back three times this week 😆. Lovin this place!

*** Update, this location is still trash. The young ladies who work there are unprofessional, rude and lack common sense. Food items should be made in the order as they were purchased. However, 20 mins later I get my order. Everyone who ordered after me had left and there I still remain waiting. (2 smoothies, no food).I politely asked how this could be possible. But was given an attitude and the girls went back on their cellphones. We are all in this pandemic together, I understand patience and compassion but the attitude was unnecessary.This location doesnt offer 1/2 price smoothies before 10am...like all the other locations.

From the cleanliness of the store to the quick customers service, great smoothies and fresh quality food, this is one of the best places to eat in the area! My daughter and I have no complaints and highly recommend eating here!

Great smoothies, and great food. I always get the baja chicken wrap with an avocolada smoothie, Id highly recommend this combo. The staff is also very friendly and the service is quick!

I was obsessed with the kiwi smoothie I got. It was delicious and the food there is healthy and delicious. I would very much recommend and see myself going back.

Very good smoothiesI always get the bacon ranch chicken flatbread with the sunrise sunset and i am not into a lot of fast food anymore but will go to tropical smoothie anyday

We use their online ordering. Always ready when we get there. They have smoothies figured out... Favorite smoothie place. Their sandwiches are excellent as well.

Bad experience and bad customer service on top of it. My husband picked up Tropical Smoothie on his way home earlier this week, I ordered a vegan thai chicken wrap and he got a smoothie with pea protein (both he protein and the vegan chicken cost extra)... got home and realized that they gave us a chicken, bacon, and ranch flatbread (I dont eat meatand noticed that the smoothie cup had "no protein" written on it instead of "pea protein." He called and they told him that they realized they gave us the wrong order and had remade our order if we wanted to come back to pick it up, which we didnt, so they took his name down. However, when he went in today they said they didnt have any record of it and werent willing to fix it without "confirming" it with someone who worked that day. Told him he could come back tomorrow to see if they figured it out.

I just picked up 2 smoothies, a Bahama Mama and a Sunshine. The girls who made them drew cute pictures on the cups as well as wrote which was which! Absolutely adorable!! They were so sweet!

My experience with Tropical Smoothie it was excellent I had the pomegranate Plunge and my wife had to Kiwi quencher and the young lady that helped us was awesome her name is Holly I really like the atmosphere everyone there is really nice and very helpful I will be back

Would be great if protein smoothie would have amount of protein listed.

I am usually satisfied with tropical smoothie but this morning I found this very very odd bulky thing in my drink, nothing that isn’t supposed to be in there. I almost ate it. It was pretty nasty. It’s kinda hard to describe it but it looked like a chunk of meat that got frozen. I feel pretty grossed out.

Tropical Smoothie is my familys go-to for a quick, delicious meal and smoothie. I usually order the Baja chicken wrap with extra pickled onions and my husband loves the Chicken caprese sandwich.

I order my favorite chai banana blast smoothie and its not even drinkable. Every sip makes me gag. Im not sure what they put in this smoothie but there isnt peanut butter or banana taste to it. By the time I turned around the store was past their closing hours. Waste of money and time.

Been eating at tropical smoothie for awhile. Just had by far the worst wrap ever, cold and gross. Was expected with the staff looking like they hate their job/ everyone hates their first job. 5 star smoothie though, so just won’t eat unless I see adults in the kitchen.

Cassidy was amazing with helping me order shakes for my family! My son has food allergies, so we have to be VERY careful about what he eats! And I just started keto and wasn’t sure what I could have.She was very knowledgeable of the products in the smoothies and extremely patient with the somewhat lengthy process of ordering. And completed all of this with a smile on her face and a friendly disposition! Which is A LOT more than I can say about most places! Thank you Cassidy for making our experience at Tropical smoothie exceptionally enjoyable!

My smoothie was not made well at all, there was way too much ice in it, it tasted very watery and was very chunky, a kiwi quencher is supposed to taste delicious not watery. But on the other hand service was fast and my friends smoothies were good, was just very disappointed in my smoothie

Amazing smoothies, friendly staff! The chicken quesadillas can definitely be made better, cheese wasn’t melted well at all and the chicken was a bit hard. Other than that, good and quick service!

I work in this shopping center, and without Tropical Smoothie, I would be a hangry Martial Arts instructor.I really enjoy the convenience of order online through the Tropical Smoothie app. My personal favorite is the Chia Banana Smoothie with peanut butter. The apple-kale slaw is also delicious (if you dont like kale, trust me, it doesnt taste like kale).I think the sandwiches are yummy, and theres plenty of things that my picky kids will eat (they like the quesadillas with chicken and kids strawberry smoothie).Its convenient and tasty. Hope you enjoy!

They need to learn how to make smoothies again because they certainly aren’t smooth. I ordered a smoothie not an icey. I have never had a proablem till the last few times I have went. Please fix this! It makes your smoothies horrible and I used to come multiple times a week not anymore.

My wife and I walked in at 4:13pm on Friday November 15, 2018. Three employees were standing on the back. One of them looks like she was doing prep for future orders. We waited about 15 minutes but we were never greeted at all. Finally we decided to walk away because of the poor customer service. No wonder the place only had two customers. I will not recommend it!

FOLLOWING-UP:Well I went back to Tropical Smoothie yesterday to show them what I found in my drink the day before.The manager said he was sorry that has never happened before, one of the people that worked there told me it happened to another customer after me. That just makes you say Hmmm maybe they will tell you anything!Well they offered me a meal to make up for it, but I jus oppted for another smoothie.As much as I love Tropical Smoothie I will watching my drink to the very end! Be careful !I really like Tropical Smoothie, but when I was there yesterday I got a Sunshine smoothie and when I got to the bottom of the cup I found a piece of flexible rubber. Im going back today to show them. Lets see how they handle it!Ill let you know the outcome!

Excellent food, so-so service. I went there around noon on a Saturday. The place was busy, but not terribly so. I ordered a smoothie and a Cuban sandwich. It took about 10 minutes to get the smoothie, but over 25 minutes for the sandwich. Both the smoothie and sandwich were very good, it just should not have taken that long for a Cuban sandwich.

The Caribbean Jerk wrap and Sunrise Sunset smoothies are second to none 😋 The employees are awesome 😊

Love it here! Their food is always fresh and the smoothies are always made to perfection. Highly recommend this place for a yummy lunch or even dinner!☺**UPDATE**They have completely changed their menu. Its NOTHING like it use to be. The name may be sort of the same, but not the taste...at all. Really disappointed with this change. I even had them refund my order because it was that horrible. Definitely dont plan on eating here ever again. Only smoothies.

The staff is incompetent and lacks customer service. They only made one of the 2 smoothies we ordered. After sitting there for a while, the cashier asked if we were still waiting... We said yes, but they proceeded to make 5 other peoples smoothies before the one they missed for us.. The employees laughed about it and didnt even offer any type of apology.

Ordered lunch from topical smoothie titusville on 6/15/17 around 12.15. Ordered 6 smoothies couple wraps about $50 worth. Long story short as i was carrying 5 smoothies out to my vehicle in the carry tray provided by their staff 1 smoothie tipped and ended up spilling 4 of them in the parking lot..the cups are to tall and heavy for cardboard carrier..I went back in and employee reconized me and asked what happen i told him, and as i was in restroom cleaning smoothie off my shirt the employee without my knowledge went to ask manager/owner what could be done, manager/owner stated id have to pay in full for 4 more smoothies another $20.95. The employee was very apologetic and professional the manager/owner not so much.....the employee was far more customer friendly than owner/manger. That was my first and last time ill go to that establishment...$5 bucks for .80 cent smoothie ill go to fruit market from now on make my own...not that good anyway and food average at best....good luck with free flip flop day hope it bankrupts the place....👎👎👎
