Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cabot

I usually don’t leave reviews. I moved to Cabot a year ago. And love the food here for a healthy choice. But the customer service is unbelievable. Such attitudes like I’m inconveniencing them by taking my order. RUDE!!

Placed an online mobile order. Took them 40 minutes for smoothie to be made.I had to ask the manager if it was ever gonna be ready and she didn’t even acknowledge me . She spoke through her headset to the girl making the smoothies.Wouldn’t recommend. Never had a bad experience until today.

Your people need to pay attention on the night shift while taking orders through the drive through...there wasnt a single person in the store and we were asked to repeat our selves several times because she wasnt paying attention.

HOW MANY MORE TIMES ARE YOU GUYS GONNA COOK MY QUESADILLA TO AN INEDIBLE CRISP AFTER SAYING THAT I SPECIFICALLY WANTED IT LIGHTLY TOASTED.

Tropical smoothie always hits the spot, and this location is no different. Clean place, fast service, and good food

Really good, but when we went the whole area around the store smelled like sewage. The employees were rude, but tolerable. Took forever , but it was really good... Just couldnt enjoy it because of the smell (they said it was a problem in the area that would be fixed some time in the near future. We havent been back since because of the employees and smell though. Might try it again if they get better workers. They were all a bunch of young girls playing around barely noticing any one was there, and were rude with eye rolling, and huffing and puffing after every item ordered as if you were inconveniencing them by ordering.

Paradise point smoothie is my go-to here 😁

The girl at the counter taking the orders today was rude. The smoothies are good. I love the casual atmosphere.

I come here quite often and eat this Caribbean jerk wrap and a sunrise Sunset smoothie. The last two times I’ve gotten it it had pineapples. I always say no pineapples even when I get to the window and the read it back I make sure they say it. Got my lunch today and had to pick them all off. Once I took a bite it tasted off so bad I couldn’t even eat my wrap for lunch. Super sad about this…

This establishment has to be the slowest tropical smoothie ever. I eat at tropical smoothie quite often and have used many different ones and this one is always slow. I would suggest adding some more employees if that’s the issue.

This establishment is always so slow. I would suggest at least one more employee help during the day. People wait in the drive through and lobby waaay to long for our overpriced smoothies. It literally just sat behind someone in the drive-thru for 12 minutes before they decided to drive off AND THEY WERE AT THE WINDOW! Do better please.

I just went through and ordered some food and smoothies. First they were out of everything I ordered at first. Which isn’t a big deal I understand the shortages. I asked if they had sweet patatoes and they said yes. I went to the window then they informed me they didn’t have sweet patatoes. They also informed me that they were out of juice for my wife’s smoothie. Ok I got over it. Then I get home and they didn’t put any chipotle sauce on my sandwich. By far the worst experience I have had with them and this isn’t the first time. I will not be coming back.

Great smoothie (had the mocha madnessand it was a great pick me up. Did the drive thru and we sat there for a good length of time.

Friendly staff and quick service. We just got smoothies but they real good. Been here twice and it was great.

Everytime I come here they mess up my food. Its very frustrating considering its a $8 sandwich and a 20min drive. I guess Im just out $8 and gas all because nobody knows how to read.

I use this location most because its close to home. I love the food. Usually there is a wait even when I order online ahead, thats fine. I totally get it. But time after time they forget my side item. I dont complain because I used to work in food. They are always friendly and the place is always clean. ❤

My family (son, daughter in law, 3 grands, and three other adultswent in yesterday before a ballgame. Ive usually been very pleased with this location but yesterday was horrible. They were out of so many things, which I can understand, but they were rude about it. They had two bags of chips left (this was at 5:30 pmand when asked if we could get a cookie as a side since they didnt have enough chips for everyone, they said, "No". Very abrupt answers, very unhelpful and very rude. One of my grandchildren wanted ham and cheese wrap. When ordered, the girl said, "We dont have ham anymore." No offers of anything else. I wouldnt be complaining about them being out of things even though is was disappointing. My main complaint is the rudeness of the employees.

They actually had chicken substitute, which is more I can say for the Little Rock locations most times. The Baja wrap was warm and delicious, and the Triple Berry Oat smoothie was on point. Nice job!

Excellent customer service. The smoothies were delicious and prepared quickly. I had a fairly large order (5and each one was correct. The staff was helpful and the place was clean

Would love to eat here but every employee just looked at me never helped me once. Thats ridiculous to hear people argue about a front counter who takes the order. Obviously not welcome here so not spending my money here.

Don’t do this often but I have to leave a review for the Cabot location.Neither smoothie was made correctly, and tasted nothing like the smoothies I get from other locations. They were both undrinkable. It was also a little annoying that there were 5 employees on shift (all kidsbut only one girl making the smoothies, and everyone else standing around talking and eating in the kitchen. Kind of unsanitary since that’s where the food is made. I won’t be back here for sure. They need to hire a manager with experience or at least train the employees how to properly make the products. Big thanks though to the girl who was at least working.

Well it was my first time ever going,and I had that peanut butter one with soy as my protein. Phenomenal in my opinion. Thanks Tropical Smoothie of Cabot

I was drinking a smoothie and sucked up a plastic shard, probably cracked off one of their blending pictures. Food was good though.

If you order from this business using a delivery service, make sure your order is right before the driver leaves. If its not they could care less when you call them. They flat out said theres nothing they will do about it and that I have to contact the delivery service. Way to take care of the people that make it possible for you to stay open.

Their smoothies are top of the line but I wanted to get something to eat as well, so I asked what they recommended. I chose the chipolte chicken club and it was delicious. Not to mention they have ACTUAL fruit as a side option. This can be, in my experience, a banana or apple, which both are good. Also the smoothie I got was the peanut butter cup.

I dont usually eat any fast-food unless it is Chick-Fil-A, or Tacobell because those chains offer nutritious, lower calorie options that fit my lifestyle but I discovered that there is a Tropical Smoothie Cafe near where I live.When we arrived, we were kindly greeted by one of the staff members , and we were given plenty of time to decide what we wanted to eat. We did not feel rushed at all, and we felt comfortable.I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club on flatbread to try out along with some standard Lays Potato chips. The food was hot, and nicely wrapped in the bag upon receiving it.My flatbread was very fresh, everything was neat and tidy. The bacon was delicious, and the chicken was definitely fresh The lettuce and tomato were very fresh as if they had a garden in their location. The bread itself had a nice, plush, soft texture that sent my taste buds on a flavor rush. I also really enjoyed the spicy chipotle mayo that was on my flatbread too. It was more on the mild side, but also had that spicy kick that everyone seems to love. I will definitely be back to try out something else.

Yesterday me and several others went to the Cabot, AR location for lunch. I ordered the sweet potatoes side dish and a peanut butter smoothie. They asked what protein I wanted and I said none just a gluten-free peanut butter smoothie. Our orders were brought to us and my sweet potatoes were shriveled up and half blackened from overcooking. I ate a couple of them and they were terrible. My smoothie tasted like chalk because it had whey powder in it. I took both items back to the counter and spoke to a young lady about it. She went away and I returned to my seat expecting to hear from someone. When we were ready to go I asked for a gift card and was told that I was given what I ordered and that was that. I said the potatoes were old and was told, “we only cooked them yesterday, they’re fine” I said, “you call that fresh?” And at that time the young girl told me in a loud voice that “You don’t know what you are talking about”. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I asked for a manager and was told that there wasn’t one and two of the employees stood at the counter trying to argue that I didn’t deserve anything. I said that I was just asking for a manager and wouldn’t argue with them but that I would certainly be leaving a review online. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in my 48 years. I don’t recommend this location and will never be back. A $10 gift card would have been an appropriate response but I was belittled and verbally accosted by two very young and unsupervised argumentative teenagers.

For the most part our food is made right just your typical young workers that probably arent listening 100% but overall good place to get a smoothie they do offer military discount

Every TSC Ive been to in the Central Arkansas area has been well run, has great and cheerful employees and the food and smoothies are awesome, of course!

Wow.. get the flavor you really want because these are spectacular!! I loved the creamy taste & I loved the ole icyness of both smoothies if I knew how to make these I would be dangerous! Great customer service drive thru & disabled ready people are way nice here ! ❄️💦 will return here

My husband & I went through the drive-thru. Being from NOLA, I was interested in the Mardi Gras shrimp wrap which had a bit of a kick to it but was really good & the kale & apple slaw for my choice of sides. I forgot what my husband ordered for his entree, but whatever it was, he liked it. Surprisingly, he followed my lead & got the kale & apple slaw which is unusual for him to order something like that for his side, but he was so glad that he didnt go with his normal choice for a side because it was freshly made & really delicious. He also got a smoothie which was very good, too. We will definitely get food from there again.

My daughter went to this location with her friends and got horrible service. The employee came out with the food, asked who the order was for. When they stated it was the person at the end of the bar he decided the best way way to demonstrate customer service was to throw slide the basket to him. Don’t know what happened to good customer service but if the owner reads this, consider training or termination of this member. Not worth your profits. Better still promote the polite young lady that was working on Friday night instead 😉

Best smoothies Ive ever had! Staff is friendly and helpful. Drive thru is usually busy but dont worry, you wont be waiting long.

Worst tropical smoothie ever. I waited behind someone in line for 30 minutes. I finally pull up they read off the guy behind me’s order I tell them all I had was a smoothie so I wait 7 more minutes for someone else to hand me... the guy behind me’s order... I then wait 15 minutes for ONE SMOOTHIE.I’m glad I used the drive thru to order my one smoothie thinking It would be faster. This was my FIRST AND LAST time ever going here.

I sent my boyfriend to get me detox smoothies , he came back and realized we didn’t get any straws . I got furious ... how do they forget straws ? It’s a smoothie place (I’m also dealing with infertility so that plays a lot into my emotions at the moment)We went back and the girl at the window (who said she was shift lead handled me very well . And thank you for keeping on a smile . I’m truly sorry my emotions came out over some straws , you were very professional and you seem like an amazing shift lead !

Absolutely AMAZING!!😍 The best service I have EVER had at a Tropical Smoothie. When I ordered I wasnt sure about the Kale Apple Slaw, so they let me try a sample of it. Btw its delicious 😍 Ill be getting that the next time I go. The staff was so friendly, and sweet. Yall are doing great !!

Probably the best TSC I have been to. Today I ordered 2 smoothies. Both were pretty thin, too much water probably and the color was not quite right. The young girl, Henlee I think, said no problem, started making them, and they were perfect, she apologized for the first one, even though somebody else made them, and then apologized for having to wait.First time I ever had a problem with this location, and it was immediate corrected without question

Good smoothies but not sure if tropical smoothie call their smoothie healthy but anytime u put a load of sugar in its no longer healthy so wenever I do go I ask for light sugar.. they com out better.

Slowest staff ever every time every experience has been a crazy long wait and the staff though friendly are in no sense of urgency and don’t care if line wraps around building in drive thru. The staff act like they are in a stupor. I swear every time I go there it’s my last time but my grandkids love the smoothies.

I love tropical smoothie. This one has not been doing well and we eat there a lot. The quality of food has not been good. Fatty chicken in the sandwiches, brown lettuce in wraps and the service hasn’t been friendly in a long time. I think we are done with this TS for awhile.

Food is always fantastic! Changed my order up today and got a Mocha Madness with regular coffee & the HUMMUS VEGGIE WRAP:*Hummus, smashed avocado, pepper jack cheese, a romaine, kale & spinach blend, rice, black beans, pickled red onions, tomatoes & lite ranch.*Very filling!!

I had ordered a smoothie in the drive thru and then I realized that my wallet was not in my diaper bag. I left my house quickly that morning due to a family emergency and did not check for my wallet. Once I realized I had no cash, I walked in to cancel the order. Everyone was so nice and understanding and they gave me the smoothie and told me to have a nice day. It was a very rough day and their act of kindness made the day a little easier.

I’ve not had just one bad experience but at least 4 !The girls here are so rude & snobby !The “manager” Ashlynn/Ashley’s is by far the worst . I’m not sure she even knows how to give good customer service. I’m done with this location! I’m done feeling uncomfortable just ordering my food . Plus I’ve had to send back so many smoothies back.The Jacksonville location is way better ! Worth the drive to avoid horrible customer service!!!!

I love tropical smoothie. They are quick and always have what I want. The employees are very pleasant and always helpful. They make suggestions when I am unsure. The banana chia cacao was amazing! So good that I even had 2 today at different locations!! Yummy! The veggie wrap is good also. Very tasty.

I love that they have a drive-thru and military discount! Their smoothies and food are very good! There is not a cover over the place where you order in the drive-thru. So be aware in case its raining.

Weve been sitting in the for 20 mins, there was one other man infront of us that only got two smoothies handed to them. They alway have constant problems with their drive through going one. Dont come here unless you have the time to wait an unreasonably long time. They do not serve sweet tea like the ones in Little Rock, and the do not have salt and vinegar chips like the ones in Little Rock. Dont except it to be as good as the one in Little Rock ether.

I have been employed by TSC Cabot before and I want to clear a few things up. 1The drive thru line is more of a convenience line for our customers. We try to make things as fast as we can, as quality as we can. The drive thru is not intended for you to grab your food and go in one minute. Keep in mind TSC is not fast food, we make our products fresh. I question the man stating he sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. We have never, ever had anyone wait that long and I have been with TSC Cabot since the store opened in April. 2If something doesnt taste right, please tell us! Were happy to make it again until youre satisfied. Its basically our policy. 3Were not perfect but we try our best to provide food and drink that are a healthier alternative.With that being said: our store is very nice, we keep it clean, and our staff is pretty friendly. The drive thru can be a hassle at times, but we try our best to keep things moving despite the lady in front of you ordering $50 worth of food and a couple of smoothies. If we can detect that you are not satisfied, which we usually can, then the store does its best to make it right by you.

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to! When I go there you are waiting in line forever. I have waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes before and still ended up giving me the wrong order. This restaurant runs out of food alot or wont have what they need to make your food.
