Outstanding , I received professional friendly services. The food was a tasty healthy wrap and a berry smoothie 😋 I was made to feel like a Tropical Smoothie VIP!

Tried this place over the weekend and the smoothies we got were AMAZING!! Definitely will be going back !! Cant wait to try the food next time !!!

Good food, reasonable prices.

Very clean and well kept. Love the Island Green. Try adding veg protein. Came out perfect, and not too sweet. To the owner: crew was a mixed. Lady working today 6/21 at 11am and wearing a pink shirt had a great attitude, helpful, and the ideal customer-service personality.

My 2 sons and I stopped in to order food and smoothies to go. My younger son and I sat at a table while my older son went to the rest room. I would occasionally glance up to see the only male employee behind the counter looking at us and grinning as though he was making fun of us. I rarely take notice of people, but this was difficult to miss. I would look at him to see him staring and grinning,and he would turn away. This happened several times. Then a female employee then started talking about people with “country accents”, which describes me since I was the one who placed the order and have a country accent. This occurred around 4 or 5 in the afternoon on Saturday April 30th. A girl named Taylor took my order and she was not involved (as far as I could tell), but I definitely could tell I was being made fun of. What really stood out to me was how blatantly the male employee just smirked,and the other employee didn’t mind talking about peoples accents. I’m sure if confronted they would deny every bit of this, but it did happen. As much as our culture has shifted to a culture of not looking down on others and being kind, it was disappointing to see people behave in this manner.

My daughter favorite spot to get a smoothie after school, lately though the mixture isnt quite as tasty.

Made to order places shouldnt have a drive thru. Especially when they are short staffed they decide to close the lobby instead of the drive thru

I called to see if they were open because their hours online said 8am but they were not open when we went up to the building at 8:45am. I called and the phone rung for awhile and then they hung up. I saw people in the building.

Waited in line for 30+ minutes to get nasty smoothies. 2 out of the three tasted watered down but the 3rd one had soap in it… not to mention the cashier asked me “how much is this so I don’t have to count” it was only $25. I used to love this place:(

My daughter and I were in the mood for a smoothie and stopped by for one and a quick lunch. We had 2 delicious smoothies and 2 great sandwiches. I will go back again and recommend this to anyone looking for a quick delicious meal.

The drive through is slow as heck, the smoothies are just okay. I got a mocktail smoothie and the flavor straw was all broken to heck but people were friendly and it was okay all over.

Great food and friendly staff. I come here on a regular basis and the food is always good. I gave 3 starts is instead of 4 because it’s pretty slow just about every time I’m here.

Very good. Edible straw was fun. Prices are too high for frequent visits.

I’ve always loved tropical smoothie and thought that it would be a great place to work at over the summer so I went there about 5 days ago to see if they were hiring and they told me they were not. A few days later a friend told me they were hiring because they were very short staffed and she knew I was trying to find a good place to work. I was very disappointed to hear this as I can’t help to wonder if the reason they turned me away was because I was an African American as all the other employees working at that time were not. Reading all the recent reviews about the place being short staff also made me question why they were so quick to tell me they were not hiring at the moment.

The food and smoothies are amazing but they are soooooo slooow. They always had a line of cars around the bulding and it moves in snail pace. Ive waited for one freaking smoothie for 40 minutes lol. Worth it or not, I can go to smoothie king and have my smoothie in less than 5 minutes. This is a regular occurrence there. Id definitely recommend the food and smoothies but if you dont feel like waiting forever in the line, then go somewhere else.

Quick service and delicious smoothies!!

We love tropical smoothie. We try new stuff occasionally but mostly we stick to our favorites. I am not a fan of bananas and it can be hard to find things on the menu that dont use bananas. My favorite is the kiwi quencher.Second is the sunshine but that was removed from the menu. Last is the sunrise sunset but it doesnt always taste the same. I like it with more of a strong orange flavor and sometimes its very bland. Ive only ever asked for a remake 2 times and we go here several times a week. Both times they were courteous and kind about it.The manager on duty has always been friendly as well. If I had to pick a detractor it would be that the wait time can be very long but that is because they are so popular. The location can make for an interesting drive thru line with people coming from multiple directions. It would benefit with a remodeled drive thru queue for sure!

First time here and I️ felt Lost with the menu ... but!!! The man at the drive thru was helpful, patient, and led me in the right direction. Great attitudes and yummy drink!! :)

They had a line of cars at the drive thru and wouldnt help any of us. It is ridiculous. And after reading the comments I can see their drive through employee is famous for not wanting to help people.

Always had a pretty good experience here. Very fast and well made smoothies. One time they did have smoothies pre made which meant they were not as fresh but that was only once. Overall very happy though.

Ive been twice now. Got a wrap once. It was the jerk chicken. Many flavors that compliment each other splendidly.I tried the Thai chicken bowl as well. Superb. The perfect blend of rabbit food and grilled chicken with a deliciously tangy Thai dressing.

Great food and great smoothies. A little pricey, but you are paying for freshness and quality. Highly recommended.

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie is my favorite!! I’ve even tried to master this at home and have come close but still can’t get it to taste as good . Hands down Best smoothies around !!

Excellent value for the money. The smoothies are all fruit and quite large. Berry Boost and Blueberry Bliss are very tasty and full of antioxidants.

Great and healthy way to beat the heat with their wonderful selection of smoothies and food. For the price you definitely get the quality. I always like to go once a week to treat myself after a good workout.

Usually very good and fast. Last visit was pretty bad, side kale/apple slaw was off, buffalo chicken (beyond meatwas drenched in sauce yet the fake meat was horrible. I know its fake meat but it usually tastes much better. Smoothies are always good though! I guess i should just stick to those.

Good food! Kinda high prices, but for a healthy option it’s not bad! Looking for smoothies and healthy foods, and have a few extra dollars in your pocket.. it would be a good choice!

Im so excited about this place. They have fresh heslthy fast food and awesome smoothies. We tried a wrap and a superfood smoothie yesterday and both were exceptional. I probably eat chik fil a salad once a week and am so burnt out. I was extatic to see that this place has chicken/salad bowls and is so close to my house! We will definiteky become regular customers.

I was once a regular weekly customer to this place when it first opened. I mean 50 times the first year it opened. Since then Ive watched the prices go up. Theyve changed their menu so its never the same when you go there to order. They dont honor coupons theyve handed out. All this brings me to my latest visit. The music was so loud it didnt matter that the staff didnt communicate with each other that my order was ready. I sat at a table waiting for someone to indicate my food was ready for about ten minutes. Four staff and I was the sole customer inside. Changing my review to two stars now. This place infuriates me now remembering what it used be not even 3 years ago.

So delicious and save yourself the calories and take out those 2 oz of turbinado sugar, thats 213 unnecessary calories! Make two drinks out of one to share the love or save for later and request 2 12 oz cups instead of 1 24 oz cup!

Great smoothies! Best in town. Go for Happy Hour or you will pay a lot. The only downside is they have sugar in them. It’s not listed on the menu so you have to know to ask them to leave it out.

When I went through their drive thru they had an ad hanging up that said, "Download our app now and save $5.” Well I did, and I tried to use it, but was told no, and that it was for my next visit.——On a more recent visit, I was able to speak with the store owner about the ad, and he said it was a mistake with the corporate offices and advertisement was not accurate. He apologized for the confusion, and checked up on us during our visit. I appreciated his time and concern.Food and smoothies were very delicious this time around :)

My wife and I love their smoothies so much it hurts my wallet just to think about! But seriously, its fast, healthy, and nicer people than average make it a easy choice for quick healthy drinks.

Ive never had food here but their smoothies are good. Once witnessed the woman working on the drive thru headset walk into the restroom , use the restroom, and exit the restroom all while still on the headset.

The ingredients at Tropical Smoothie are always fresh. The food and the smoothies are great. The staff is generally helpfully and nice. If you’re looking for a healthy option, I would not hesitate to come here.

Been coming here over a year. One of the hidden gems in the area. Even though they have more than one location, this place feels like it’s the only one. Very clean, modern design feel and great atmosphere. Menu is always being changed with great food items at a great price and shakes that are unique and delicious. I would even bring a date here because I like it so much.

Love their Avocolada, Island Green, and Blueberry Bliss smoothies! Their wraps are great too. Great service and friendly people. However, their coupon that says "Half price smoothie with any entree purchase." is very misleading, as you only get $1.00 off the smoothie. The staff cant explain the reason for this. The coupon should say "$1.00 off smoothie with any food purchase." Thus, my three-star rating.

Extremely rude workers. I asked if he could please fix my drink because one it was like water and the other taste like ice. He was soooo rude and short. They normally have great smoothies. All the drinks he redid today taste like a pile of sugar. NASTYE 🤢Also lazy. He wouldnt accept our cash because he didnt want to walk to the back and put more money in the register

I love Tropical Smoothie because they have great flat bread sandwiches, and their smoothies are the best! I feel like I can be healthy with their no sugar added option, or a low calorie sweetener substitute. Theyre friendly and fun. I go with my friends all the time. Everything tastes great, its a nice cool temp inside, and the employees are helpful and warm. They also accept Flames Cash, a big plus. :)

This tiny little gem in the heart of Lynchburg was a fantastic place to eat. The atmosphere was homey and the server seemed genuinely happy to be there. However, she did become flustered as a rush of about 10-15 people came through the door. Sadly they were a bit understaffed to handle the drive through orders and the dining room. With a few more servers and people working on the food line, thugs may have gone smoother. (:

This place is a new favorite for lunch, they make very good sandwiches and of course there smoothies are fresh and wonderful. Price is really good for what you get and i dont feel like i got fast food when i eat here but they are pretty fast when you order. Well worth it super friendly staff, totally worth stopping in.

Great service. Smoothie didnt taste good the first time so they offered to remake it and it was so much better. The food is AMAZING. And its all healthy.

At last!!! A healthy place to eat that is very delicious. Tropical Smoothie has amazing smoothies, I recommend the sunrise sunset or the island green. The great thing about Tropical Smoothie is that their food compliments their smoothies very well. I recommend their All-American breakfast wrap which is DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend you give it a try.
