Very convenient location in the heart of New Kingston. Reasonably priced with basic amenities - a/c, hot/cold water, refrigerator, microwave, iron/table top board, cable TV, drawers. Comfortable beds. Complimentary hot beverage. Safe parking. Free WiFi. Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice for business travel or overnight/few nights stay. Breakfast and lunch available but no published menu. Mini mini mini mart. Outdoor spaces not developed for dining or drinks. Expect some hiccups expected from an older re-purposed property. Good choice for the cost.

Does Anelle owns Tropical Court Inn? Based on a telephone conversation with her she sounded as if she is the owner and she can talk in whatever manner she feels like to a customer. I made a reservation and then called back to say I wanted to modify it and her response was "ok so what you want to do" . I told her that I want to do a name change. I proceeded to give her the new details (which she obviously wasnt writing downthen she says "miss is the receipt you want in the company name? Tell them when they come to give us the name they want the receipt in". I asked her if she is not able to make the change now and she responded "mi cant do it now cos a nuff things me a do".Management, please get competent people to deal with your customers and ones who are able to speak properly and in a professional manner. You may not be a 5 star lodging however you are able to find your niche market based on the of level customer service given and your level of customer engagement. Remember, word of mouth is one of the best marketing tool. Train your staff well and hire persons who are the right fit.
