Absolutely disgusting!!! Don’t ever book to stay here.. smells of cannabis, cobwebs everywhere & rat trap right outfit my room. Continuing to get ignored from the company regarding myRefund so rude and ignorant!!!

The internet is terrible. At least 3 times a week, my ps5 wont connect to the internet. When it does, its a bad connection. Its no where near fast enough. Cant wait to move just so I have better internet

The hotel is very dirty. All the accommodations are unclean. I don’t recommend to stay there. The area seems very dangerous.

Poorly managed apartment building.Good luck to you if you stay here for more than 2 days.Dont do it !!!

Loud music and guest don’t get told to be quite

Absolute nightmare! Very cheap to have a roof over your head tho. Downsides are spider webs in the corners of the room. No cutlery so make sure to bring your own. No towels or tissues were in the room, requested a towel and got it 2 hours later. Pointless! Bring your own! Used and previous old towels and bedsheets before my check in were still in the room hidden in the cupbored, which is absolutly disgusting. Kettle was unclean it had dirt and fungus on it. No chair in the room. There was no bin in the room at all. Owner charged us another £10 extra for an early check in. Showers blocked so water doesnt flow through the drain quickly enough to cause a flood in the room. I want an apology and didn get that either. No refund, compensation or anything. This will be reported to council if nothing is done about this immediatly. I have also took pictures for evidence

Decent place with everything in the rooms. Area not fantastic but once inside the place had everything to make the stay passable

Great budget hotel. Just what I needed and short walk into the city.

Well i stayed there for couple of months . If you are used to noise and music and awful smell of garbage coming from backside of the building then yes this is place for you!

Visited a number of times and found the manager Qasim, really helpful and well informed of the city. Reception and rooms are well maintained. Very affordable rooms. you cant go wrong here.

Not worth the money at all. I have stayed in nicer for cheaper. The kitchen part looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was hard. I asked for another pillow and towels which never arrived. The toilet being so close the bed is awful and the door to the bathroom did not close. Other rooms toilets flushing in the night woke me up. Would not stay again unless desperate.

Unfortunately unpleasant stay didnt end up staying the night and booked else where. Very run down. Sharp edges on tables dirty furniture.

Good Place and StaffVery good place for the price. Staff is very friendly staff. Place is always neat and clean. It’s a cheap price compared to other sites so should be judged accordingly, plenty of eateries near. I will definitely recommend such place to friends.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always a nice and easy check-in. The rooms are cozy, the kitchen is great when your staying a couple of nights. The staff are absolutely brilliant and the manager is always helpful and hospitable.

Could not be better, the rooms were smelling fresh and clean and the staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

Will never go back here. We arrived and waited for 10 minutes on a broken bench, and still no one at the reception desk. The longer we sat there the more things that were broken we noticed. We kept staring at the notice warning that we shouldnt openthe door for unknown people, whilst the door they mentioned was being held open by a large orange cone. Did not get a good vibe at all...

The people in the reception are so rude, not cain at all and supper arrogant, the rooms are ok, still wont book again with them

Its very good, you feel comfortable, you can make hot water/ tea/coffee providing all its need, microwave, bread popup toaster, with plates, spoons, forks & dishwash sink, soap sponge . Many storage cabins & dress cabins.

Very comfortable great room and facilities. They need to do something about them fore doors though people going in and out all night and leaving the doors to slam shut behind them

A clean, impressive for the price place to stay with excellent hospitality. The management and staff are really pleasant and helpful. They cant do enough for you. Although the area is near the town centre... isnt great... It wont be a problem however, as long as you dont go wandering the streets. Not the hotels fault. The hotel itself is worth EVERY penny and I wouldnt hesitate to stop there again or recommend it. Excellent value for money. Thanks for having me guys. ☺️

Overall good stay housekeeping every morning which is refreshing stayed two weeks here very friendly and easy to get along with staff, will be returning...

Cheap and cheerful but nowhere near anything else so take supplies with you if you dont want to drive to find food.

Visited recently , unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at all and asked my husband if we could leave almost straight away.The area seems very rough, the corridors smelt of cigarettes and drugs. The room had an awkward bathroom in the middle, extremely lowbed with dirty sheets, stained carpet and sofa, was a very bad smell coming from the room. Microwave had a bad smell and was dirty.The whole place needs a severe upgrade. I will definetly not be coming back!Cleanliness did not exist and gave me anxiety.

I belive this place is now closed due to illegal activity from the owners.It was cheap, fairly clean, nothing special, yet had a friendly welcome, but served accommodation purposes whilst waiting for new house to be ready. Luckily our bank and solicitors paid the bill as they messed up on our house purchase..

Wd not recommend unless you are a dossier in need of a roof over your head. I stayed 4 nights and got no sleep.... because there were room fulls of people partying until 5 and 6 in the morning... the supposed on call manager knocked on the door to quiet them and then buggered off and did not answer anyone elses calls when noise started again! Wasnt until a big bloke who was staying knocked on the doors and threatened them that the people decided to leave the hotel.... no apologies when companies in the mornings.... was a shrug of shoulders and so what..... deff avoid!!!!

The rooms are like a little self contained flat . It was nothing special but for the money we had no complaints short walk from. Everything and free parking

Paid £30 for a nights stay and was pleasantly surprised. Nice and quiet, clean, and warm. Very friendly staff on reception.

Not a pleasant part of town. Friendly receptionist. Wonderfully functional room. Use of washing machine. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Cleaning had not been completed and the blinds were broken. Unique view of a row of discarded washing machines. Quite an experience but absolutely not unpleasant.

Cheap place to sleep for a night and only a night, but shabby and needs work to bring it up to date, certainly not a good place to share a room given the bathroom layout and construction. You get what you pay for sums this place up.

Budget hotel with nice rooms. Well planned and has adequate supplies for the traveller. It has washing facilities inside the hotel which is a big plus. The city centre is walkable from the hotel which adds to its merit. The rooms are cleaned once in a week and fresh linens are provided if you are staying longer. Definitely recommend

Room was great but the noise from other rooms was like a disco going on till about 2 am on a Monday night hotel reception didnt give 2 ducks

Before I arrived, I got a text message from a real human asking when I will be arriving. You have to call a number at the door to be let into the building. So good security in that sense. Dont expect a flashy reception or hotel lobby. I stayed overnight in June 2016.. For the price I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the room was. You have a nice clean studio complete with your own kitchen, microwave etc.. Large Screen TV. Less than 10 minutes from Bradford uni. Sum total? I had a good nights sleep and oh they also had free parking..
