Good food and authentic taste

The owners behaviour was very good when he took our order. The food was also good. But the problem lies in Miss Management. We ordered Tandoori Roti, Kulcha, Paneer and chicken items.It took around 50mins to get the order delivered, after we found that our orders were being served to others. When we started questioning about the same the waiters were unaware about our orders even after asking multiple times about our order status.We ordered at around 2:50pm and received the order at 3:40pm. The craziest part is neither it was a festival day nor it was crowded with customers. And the saddest part was the Owner while receiving the payment was not even keeping an eye contact. It was funny and we kept on thinking that is it the same person whom we found to be very jolly in the beginning.So my request for whoever goes here, please order veg thaali which I found to be famous here. Also, give the order to the waiters.

Overall Tripti restaurant experience good.but my todays experience very very bad.(Bijaya Dashami -2022Triptis mutton one of the best in Asansol.but ajker mutton ta ekebare baje.kono mutton er taste ney ....even mutton taw Bashi.I m shocked 😲 today .....may be bad taste due to festival season.plz improve.....🙏🙏..... yesterdays Ilish was fantastic.....

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Asansol where you can find tasty hone made bengali food served in "kasha" vessels. Ethnic bengali food status maintained. Their in dine in or delivery both are extremely satisfying. Quantity and quality both are well maintained in a superb manner. All Bengalis must go for it without a second thought. They wont give u a chance to complain about anything. The first resturant in Asansol I am in love with. I have already recommended it to all my friends and family. I would love to visit again.Must try: spl tripti veg thali, chicken lolypop, chatney is worth mentioning.

I had there bengali thali which is the best in Asansol,today tried their chinese dishes,which is upto the mark,and one can try it out too.

The behaviour is so bad of theirs .they dont know how to behave with the customers.

I really didnt want to give any start to this hotel but that is the reason that I can comment on this. This is the worst ever hotel I have seen in Asansol. The behaviour of hotel owner is really very rude and arrogant. So I suggest you to all my friends that never go to that Hotel to face that arrogant hotel owner

Umm ambience wise its better taste wise not upto the mark . Presentation was good but taste needs to be improved. Also the aloo Sabji given with Luchi needs to be replaced with probably Sabji with real hot gravy rather than the prepared gravy served.

Hello friends 😃 now i m talking about a famous Bengali culture restaurant yes it is tripti.this restaurant amezing for family partys.in the matter of quality of food this restaurant is famous with some special items like vuter rajar thali, butter chicken, masala kulcha.food price is cheap to compare the grand,sudhamrit.zomato and home delivery facility are available there.i personally recommend this restaurant for a family dinner go and enjoy.

Warm atmosphere, yumm bengali food, well behaved and proffessional staff and ofcorse the unmatched quality and hygiene they maintain.Owner of the restaurant was so polite and friendly very inspirational as well! Altogether must try, one wont regret!

Today I went for lunch to the restaurant , the food was marvelous. The staff and the owner of the place had a good behavior and treated everyone very nicely.

Went Tripti restaurant and arranged friends aiburobhat. We ordered *bhuter raja* thali and pabda thali and chicken thali. I must say they arranged it really well. Authentic bengali food delicacy in bengalis authentic utensils *kashar bashon*. All the thalis steal the show. Taste of the food was awesome and behavior of the staffs are so humble. We are touched by their welcoming gesture.So If you want to eat some bengali thaali in Asansol please visit Tripti. I m sure you guys gonna love it ♥

The only restaurant i guess that sells authentic bengoli dishes in asansol with the actual traditional taste .Another thing is that the food is fresh and really hygenic and not heavy on the stomach .And the most impressive thing that sets this place apart from the others is that the manager and the waiters are so courteous to its customers and they are always behind providing the best , hope they carry this kind of service forever .Thankyou for the tasty meal !

Bengali cuisine is good. One can visit with family. Though the ambiance is moderate.

One of the best bengali food in Asansol. Hygienic and clean. The owner and staffs are very friendly and polite. You must try Postor bora and their fish fry. Few dishes needs to be improved a bit in terms of taste. But still worth a five star if you are comparing this with other hotels in Asansol

Tried Fish Fry today from the Tripti Lite Takeaway counter. Taste was authentic. It was made up of real Vetki fish. Crispy from outside juicy inside. Green chutney and salad was also given along with it. It was not oily. Trust me the chutney just enhanced the flavors to another level. It was really tasty 😋 Highly recommended.

A fabulous experience. Authentic Bengali dishes, exceptional taste. I havent experienced such warm hospitality in many fine dining restaurants. Their Chinese dishes are excellent too. Yes, might look a bit pricey in a place like Asansol but again you cannot put a price on the service they are providing. The name of the restaurant is justified. Each and every item tasted great. You wont get thali items for dinner, so whenever you visit. Keep that in mind.Pocket pinch -> 250-300 per head.

Awasom food, very delicious, owner is very active but today I found price of foods hiked recently which is quite in higher side. Chilli chicken 240/-, veg noodles 140/- according to me is quite higher than other restaurants.
