Trio eethuis - Indonesian restaurant in Den Haag, Netherlands
Trio eethuis in Den Haag
Description
Privilege
Been here a couple times and it always hits the spot. Would recommend trying the pempek!
MoreA real taste of Indonesia, good menu selection, owner and staff were friendly and efficient. Nice friendly atmosphere. The restaurant had many Indonesian diners, and if they are eating there it must be good!
MoreVery good noodles. This is their strong point
Good indonesian food
Tasty authentic food. Best to make reservation as they tend to be quite full especially around lunch time.
MoreAre you have a plan for visiting Den Haag ?You must come en try menus in this restaurant.Special menu is Mie Ayam Jamur (chicken mushrooms noodles)But they have a lot of delicious menu to try it.Today we orderedMie Ayam jamurTongsengPempekThe best 😎👍
MoreGood but pricey and plating are too little😬
The place offered tasty Indonesian mee dishes which are a must try. We ordered a mee Ayam jamur, nasi padang rendang and pempek. The Ayam mee itself had deep, brothy and salty flavour although the chicken was quite normal. The nasi padang was sumptuous with beef, boiled eggs, jackfruit and cassava leaf. For those who don’t like hot and spicy, the rendang may not be your cup of tea.The pempek was however a let down for the price euro 6.5. The staff explained it was fishskin imitation so it would not be much authentic. The final price is the menu price plus 12%. This surcharge is quite rare in The Netherlands and this was my first experience.
MoreOne of my favourite Indonesian restaurant in The Netherlands, their mie ayam is everyones favourite. I love their bakso and lontong rames
MoreVery tasty food and very friendly staff! We got a tour through the menu when we didn’t know what to order, and that was very nice.
MoreToday we found another Indonsian hidden gems in The Hague. We tried the crispy pempek trio, bakmi ayam, lupis. Super recommended, affordable price. The owner is friendly, very helpful. Well definitely be back, to treat our homesick..
MoreAmazing place to have proper Indonesian food !
Love this small place tucked away down an alley. Full of Indonesians, which is a good sign. Didnt like the sate, but the rest is just like being back in Indo from a family run restaurant and kitchen!
MoreI waited outside for 45 minutes, i have a reservation at 2 PM.. but until 2:30 PM the owner did not let me in.. and only reserve new guest more than 2 people. I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
MoreAbsolutely recommended! The taste really good and authentic. Price reasonable. Love it. Thanks bapak en Ibu owner... You were really nice accepted us before storm Eunice came.
MoreDelicious Indonesian food served in a canteen-like cozy setting hosted and served by super hospitable owners. The bakmi is amazing… closely resembles Bakmi GM but more delicious! Also recommend the pangsit goreng on the side. The pempek is a crowd favorite since it’s super rare to get it overseas. Kapal selam is a must-try!Been here a few times but just tried the Lupis today. Served warm, it is better than what I’ve had back home.Other ice based desserts are also equally good!Highly recommend this restaurant when for an authentic taste of Indonesia!
More+ the foods are really delicious. I ordered mie yamin ayam panggang merah, pangsit goreng and perkedel jawa. All of them tasted like from back home. The chili is really hot as well. My friends ordered Tongseng and Sate Kambing and they both loved it. Definitely will comeback.Negative: I ordered es campur + durian. The taste was so so. The downside was the waiting time, was very long. We arrived at noon, when the restaurant just opened and still, it took forever for the food to be served. Maybe better to order in advance if possible.
MoreVery good Indonesian food highly recommended, not so much for the cold beverages
Great food notably the mie ala GM, the nasi padang... 👍🏼🙏 Laid back atmosphere, cantine like... Will definitely come back.
MoreOne of the famous Indonesian food in The Hague. They have delicious food. Lekker, sedaaaap
Moreamazing food and ambience! I think TRIO is the best Indonesian restaurant in the Netherlands.my recommendations : Ayam Penyet, Mie ayam, siomay, batagor, pempek.
MoreLooking for a no-frills, authentic Indonesian eatery? Look no further. Trio serves the best home/street food from all across the archipelago. The dishes are delicious, comforting and an absolute bargain. Don’t expect a cheesy, colonial decor or dishes transformed to cater to local flavor. This is the real deal and closest to a walk down a Jakarta alley without the effort of travel.
MoreGreat food, but I really love their Pempeks sauce. If they can give more, it will be amazing ! I like their Bakmi Ayam, it was tasty and authentic.
MoreThis is the place to be for authentic Indonesian food. I highly recommend their Siomay, Pempek and Bami Goreng. Too good, I felt like I was back in Jakarta having food.
MoreI love Trio! This is one of the best Indonesian restaurant in The Hague. Although I must admit the food serving was a bit slow, there are many other reasons that makes this restaurant worth to visit.I tried their pempek (fish cake), gado-gado (mixed vegetable with peanut sauce), soto, and kue lupis (sticky rice snacks covered with shredded coconut and palm sugaronce and theyre all highly pleasant to taste! In addition to that, the owner and the staffs are really friendly that makes me feel at home. Having a meal in Trio is a good medication to treat homesickness if you are Indonesian and of course a great experience to indulge yourselves if you want to taste a real Indonesian flavour.
MoreThe best Siomay Ikan in Netherland so lekker ... Yummy
Friendly owner. The best one was the Es Campur. Batagor was okay and so was Mie Ayam. Would be better if they have a good sambal as a condiment.
MoreA nice and cozy little Indonesian restaurant with delicious noodles and desserts which will definitely make you smile after a day of shopping. The owner and staff is very polite and friendly. One of my favorite places in the Hague during my visits.
MoreReally good and authentic!! Off the beaten path but a gem when found indeed!!!
One of the best Indonesian restaurant in NL. Friendly owner & staff.
Super ! This one gonna be one of my favorite .. will come back for sure and very recommended
MoreThis is an little authentic indonesian diner where you can eat delicious noodles and other delicacies. Dont forget to try the empek and the trio noodles. And while youre at it, get the soda gembira drink. The service is good, the price even better, the noodles the best. Have a taste of a little bit of Indonesia while strolling around in The Hague.
MoreReally good food for amazing prices. The Soto ayam, charsew, and risoles were very good. Add in the ice campur at the end -- what a feast! Highly recommend. Family business with great service.
MoreReally very good food with authentic flavors and friendly service
The service is a bit on the slow side, the restaurant is pretty small so it’s better to have a reservation(especially on weekends), food is fantastic and excellent value for money.
MoreExcellent. Just picked this local place and it was fantastic!
Hidden gem in The Hague. Their menu does not contain the usual items as often seen at other Indo restautants in Holland. Ever heard of otak-otak?Went here for lunch with my mum. I ordered the soto ayam as part of my Global Soto Ayam Test. It was authentic, fresh and tasted great! (Rating 8/10)For mains I had the cha siu noodles. Noodles were tasty (not sure if really hand-made though as they advertisebut the cha siu was a bit cold.Mum only had the tahu bakso with glass noodles but she enjoyed her meal as well. The bill was reasonable and we left the place satisfied!
MoreVery tasty Indonesian food for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place! Due the limited seats available, I recommend to make a reservation prior your visit.
MoreSmall restaurant place. The owner and staffs can speak Indonesian and are very friendly. Price is reasonable. I had a small Yamin Ayam Jamur which cost 9 euro and tasty!
MoreThis is a hidden treasure. Very friendly service, tasty food and affordable. Simple and small setup, so its wise to make a reservation.
MoreVery disapointing, I ordered a Nasi Rames. I could choose 1 from 3 different types of meat, I could choose 1 type of vegetable and choose 1 type of tempe/tofu. A boiled egg was included.Normally you will get 3 types of meat, 3 types of vegetables, the egg and 2 types of tempe/tofu.Besides the low number of dishes, the taste was not as expected (edible but not super tasty).I had a homemade icetea as drink, this was also tasteless. While the week before I ate for just €2,50 more a real complete good tasting nasi rames.Beside all this I had to wait almost an hour before I got my food.
MoreMy parents told me this was their favorite spot to get noodles closest to Bakmi GM (Indonesiain the Netherlands. Lesson: always listen to your parents. Their noodles are homemade and the soup has a good taste/bite. The pempek was delicious, the cendol was good (a little more nanka wouldt hurt). This place felt like coming home and more than worth the trip coming from Amsterdam.
MoreJust like Im back in Indonesia. Food tastes amazing!
Nice bakmi.. soup really taste similar with the original... Lenggang taste not the same... Overall good experience and they also have good service...
Moredespite the milk tea being basically tasteless, their pempek is the closest thing i’ve tasted of home so far in the netherlands. the sauce is real spicy indo sauce and their homemade noodle is tasty as well. much love for this place! definitely will come back to try siomay and bami!
MoreBest Indonesian noodles Ive tasted yet in Den Haag (or even the whole Netherlands)! When a friend told me the taste is very similar to Bakmi GM, I was skeptical at first but it really is.. Batagor is great too.. Will come back to try other things on their menu, but so far we are definitely impressed.
MoreThis mini restaurant at small street between nice stores. So after shopping or need more energy to eat, it will be nice. You should try Mie Ayam, its so yummy then drink Soda Gembira
MoreHands down best Indonesian Restaurant in Den Haag. Authentic Indonesian dishes. Being in the restaurant makes me feel like im in one of those kopitiam in Jakarta. Nice and friendly staff. Freshly prepared dishes. Highly recommended! Authentic spicy sambal too!
