The room is dirty, old sheets on bedvery expensive price

The rooms are clean the ,air conditioning system works properly and the price is affordable

Its the worst hotel I have ever seen. Dirty rooms with no maintenance the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The staffs are not available for any service. The shower doesnt have hot water and shower head, the hand wash doesnt work.I will never recommended this hotel for anyone to stay in this hotel. Its the most worst experience I had to endure during my stay at dire dawa

Old hotel, the bed sheet and cover is unclean and very dirty poor service and high price save your self from headache and stay away from this hotel

Enfaîte! le problème ce que le jour où je parti visité je trouve que la piscine étais si salé et les services sont retard donc je trouve pas que le restaurant triangle hôtel est appréciables.

Very poor the worst hotel i have never been no hot water at all, no Water hot or colled face washing sink called i requested maintenance never showed up bed cover is dirty and the worst customer service

Not as you expect it like clean rooms and old housing too pool is great but needs some improvements

The rooms were very dirty and the bed sheet so bad unclean so many dead bugs all around. very disappointed. The cost is expensive. its worthless places and neglected.

My most embarrassing massage experience they dont have a lady masseuse so they arrange a man for me ...............................

Nice pool among the whole hotel

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset

The hotel is big and relatively clean. However the food was not great and the service was poor. I wouldnt recommend this hotel except for necessity. They also need to do some maintenance to their room s.

it was okay the best thing was the gym which was standard and it has a swimming pool which is also a plus and great wi-fi. the downside is the rooms are small but for 600 ETB which is about 11 dollars you cant complain the swimming pool was a little dirty. the biggest problem was the shower THERE IS NO HOT WATER. I give this hotel 2.5 stars it was average.

Rooms are pathetic, no WiFi in the new building, no complementary drinking water, restaurants has cats to eat with you. No airport pick up and drop. Better to stay in Hotel Samrat price start from $36 where as the price at Triangle is $25

This hotel has a pool, a massage parlour , a game centre, WiFi, a cinema and a gym. But its a really boring hotel

Me and my asthmatic son stayed in this hotel in room 503, this room is worst than a prison cell, I didnt expect this type of hotel rooms are rented for human in this day and age.No window, no air conditioning (only a portable fan), tiny fixed window in the toilet you cant even open it, we couldnt use the toilet in the room because no ventilation, we were forced to use ground floor toilet.Who ever gave this hotel 4 star never seen this rooms.Second and third day they moved us to 4th floor, which is the best hotel room we ever stayed (air conditioner, balcony, large window you can open, brand new furniture, smoke alarm, first aid kit and more).So my conclusion for this hotel is all 5th floor rooms shouldnt be used 1st to 4th floor rooms are very good
