Wow - food is amazing!!! So glad we found this place. After being in Belize for 2 weeks, this is the best food we’ve had. Johnny our waiter - - all of 9 years old- was courteous and very knowledgeable. Our teenagers loved the food also and are usually extremely picky! 😀

Really great vibe at this establishment. Everyone has a pleasant attitude and the food is delicious. We had a bit of a wait though, (a little past an hourbut I was told that its not the norm. In my photo are bits from the Tabla 2 platter which has food to share between 2 adults. Highly recommend Treys Barn and Grill if youre out that side

Honestly one of my favorite restaurants in all of Belize. Travelled over 100 miles just to have a nice anniversary dinner. The staff is beyond friendly and the atmosphere is charmingly rustic. But the food, the food needs a 10/5 star rating. The food is extremely delicious and satisfying. The filet mignon is cooked to your desired temperature and is satiating to the taste. I need to recommend visiting here to everyone who’s looking for good meat and a good time.

My absolute favorite place to dine! Great for days with the family or to take that special someone. The ribs are hands down guaranteed the best anywhere in the country; everything on the menu is top notch; the service is excellent; atmosphere exceptional. Cant rave enough about this place!

So, I just discovered Trey’s today (Oct. 18, 2020), my buddy from Belize City told me that he was coming down from the city and they were gonna have lunch at Trey’s. I had no idea what and where exactly Trey’s was. To my delight, it was about a 15 minute drive from Belmopan heading towards Cayo. From when we pulled into the property I was like “this is nice!” We parked the car, and apparently one had to make reservations which my buddy and friends had previously made. The place was pretty busy with most tables being occupied. We were sat outside on a one piece wood table (REALLY NICEand because it was outside, even better due to pandemic. Our waiter tended to us and we ordered our drinks and food. We had a couple drinks, walked around the property and after which is where the food started coming.... I ordered a light house and salty dog as an aperitif, appetizers started with short ribs, sausage and artichoke dip (ALL DELISH). After a couple more light houses and salty dogs, the main course arrived, I had ordered the flank steak, cooked medium, because I was new to Trey’s I ordered it to to be cooked “medium” next time it’ll be medium rare for sure!! The steak was super tender and seasoned PERFECTLY! The sides that I ordered with my steak were the plantain boat and mushrooms! Overall, in one visit, Trey’s has become a must come destination whenever in Belize for me. Can’t wait to return, Trey and company, keep up the fantastic work and food. I’ll be coming back for more!!!

Always enjoy bringing the family here. Kids have a place to play. Food is always consistent and my protein is always cooked the way I ask. Everything fresh and just an all around good experience.

Treys Barn & Grill is a family restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Theyre wine & tapas specials on Friday nights are great! They used to only be open on weekends, but they are open for lunch 12-4pm from Wednesday to Friday :)

Interesting place. Just off the main highway and suddenly you are having lunch I a most hospitable rural restaurant. great hosts and even better food. Try their beef.

Best Steaks after Chef Rob in Hopkins, fresh BBQ grilled meat, home made hamburgers, fresh salads, nice playgrounds for kids, truly a must go spot for the weekends in Cayo area.

Went to a wedding reception here and it was WONDERFUL. Trey and Family and staff embodied the good nature and tropic living of Belize. The food was wonderful, the place itself was beautiful, and the assorted tropical drinks were fantastic. I can’t say enough nice things about Trey’s.

We had the entire place to ourselves for our staff dinner. A meal like at home.
