Bad room service

awful services and employees are ignorant..i was asking for coke bottle which the employee refused to deliver, after i asked for several times the employee took the bottle and charged me rs90 for the bottle

Too costly food... The quality is also not up to the mark...

Foods are overpriced. The quality of the food is also not that good. There is a huge delay in service as well. The ambience is good. The swiming pool is closed during my visit (may be due to the corona). The rooms are also large.

It was a very bad experience visiting this place, the person who attended us, he was so rude. I will never recommend this place to any of my friend and I will never go to this place again. The food tasted worse here

Nice accommodations, pool wasn’t function when I was staying there for three days. Food was good. Service was nice. Good place to choose to stay in Tura.

Features are not as per expectations. Receptionist are not comfortable.

place good, overall accomodation was good, but behaviour of stuffs were rediculously very bad and food price was extreamly high, day 1 breakfast and day 2 breakfast was not same, otherwise gesture towards guest was very good. But main problem is stuffs behaviour and food price. Another thing same room same bathroom non A.C 2500/- with A.C 4500/-

Very beautiful place

Quiet place far from the hustle bustle...nice location if you want peace and quiet. Needs a lot of improvement though in terms of services and infrastructure. Lighting needs improvement as well as cleanliness of the outside surroundings and more direction signages right from the main road. It took time for us to find the place. Staff are very nice and polite.

Its a very nice place but I dont like the way dey are not maintaining the water its Abit dirty and the food there is costly also but taste its not up to the mark I visited there with a group of my friends and we all felt the same.

A beautiful retreat literally in the middle of nowhere in Tura. Google maps wont help in this wild place, follow the road signs. Rooms, food and general service is good. Try the local Garo delicacies, but skip the pork fry.

The only place in Tura where I can relax n have peace of mind... The environment is very good... The hospitality is awesome... The rooms, service, food quality, ambience, pool is 10/10 whenever u visit Tura, West Garo Hills kindly assure this place to visit... Dont miss the opportunity I love to stay at this property

Today is a blessed day. Went to wedding reception of my niece. Had a wonderful time, enjoyed the dinner, specially wak chambil fry.

Good for wedding reception. My brother reception was held in tree house back 2017

Everything was good but the water of the swimming pool should be replace in a week once or a twice...

Its all away from the pollution,clean place,u can swim play.have a party.a get together, good place for enjoying.

Escape in Tura. One can hangout and enjoy food & drinks. They provide budget lodging too.

Fun to spend a leisurely day with your family and friends. Food and drinks are average. Service is very good.

The worst resort ever.. The staffs are not hospitable to nontribals or to any other outsiders... Never go!!!!!!

Nice place to hang out. There is a swimming pool where you can have fun in water. Timing for swimming pool is 9AM to 5: 30 PM. They ask for the entry fee as soon as you enter the resort. Food is ok.

It is wrost resort as I have ever visit. Road condition to the resort is very deplorable. After hard attempt when somebody goes there to have a lunch or dinner they have to pay rs. 200/ per head as entry fee. But it is not mentioned in their website. Nothing exceptional thing is there except a small swiming pole. Moreover the behaviour of the manager also very bad. No hospitality in the resort.

Its a beautiful place surrounded thick green forest where we can enjoy the day and relax with the perfect weather.

Nice and fun place to swim or just chill around with friends and family. The place is well maintained and the staff is quite friendly. They also serve a nice variety of food and beverages here.

Great place to hold events such as weddings, birthdays, parties and farewells. Well mannered staff, ample parking space, catering available and to top it off, there is a swimming pool.

Its a great place to enjoy during summer and its near from Tura Town.
