Hands down one of the most incredible journeys through a meal I have ever had. The agnolotti was a dish Ive been searching for for years and I finally found it. The tasting menu is impeccably curated and all the dishes are unique and absolutely amazing. Just make sure you save room for dessert - I enjoyed the cold zabaione, it was rich but still light. Our waiter spoke English and was very polite and attentive. A dinner experience that I will always remember! Thank you!

We arrived late without booking. The staff was kind and let us in after a short waiting. All the dishes were delicious and the service was warm. We were positively surprised by the small side dish and the cheese that were given as gift. Special mention for the finanziera. For those who hesitate to take a "nasty" dish, go for it!

If you are into wine - which you should be for having Piedmontese food - avoid this place.I ordered a nice bottle of 2016 barbaresco which was 60% of our bill between two people. The wine was literally warm when they opened it. It is a 30C day here so not surprised at all if they’re not storing their wines properly.The issue is even an hour of exposure to such heat starts cooking the wine. do it once and the wine starts developing in the bottle into something else.I’m pretty sure the bottle I had was handled poorly for long time, in other words it has been cooking in their 30C room. So it has evolved into a balsamic direction basically.I’d say Food is 4 stars but if you serve expensive wine and not care to handle it then it tells a lot about a restaurant. So 2 stars at best, and definitely avoid.

Excellent 500 years old restaurant in the heart of Turin. With many hunderds years of Piemontese food and very friendly and kind staff. Cant waint to go back and this is a Top Must See place! Also, prices are friendly too.

Full of traditional Piemontese food like Vitello Tonnato, Veal Cheek, Plin, … very good value for money and excellent service. Highly recommend to everyone wanting to try local food.

We enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch, i started with Seirass (a piemontese type of ricotta), my husband with a carne cruda. As main dish we had bollito misto which is served from a cart, coming with wonderful explanation of all the meats you are getting served.Simple decor, good wine list.Excellent service.A pleasure to go here and is added to my favorite places.

Wine recommendations are excellent. Many local selections to choose from.Staff are warm and friendly and speak English.Management went out of their way - we received a complementary appetizer and zabaione - which were both excellent with complex flavours.We ordered three main dishes, one dessert, one bottle of wine and one large sparkling water which totaled €110.The veal and puréed potato with Nebbiolo red wine sauce was exquisite, the meat literally disintegrated in your mouth.The veal sausage gnocchi was cooked to perfection and the flavours were complex and satisfying.The boiled meat plate (typical pietmontesewas above expectations and I will order this next time I attend at this restaurant. It came with a selection of sauces (abundant servingsand candied fruit.For a restaurant of this quality and reputation, we left very satisfied and not hungry as with other fine dining establishments.Highly recommend.

MoreSuperb place for having first taste of Piemonte regional foods. Go for the tasting menu, it allows you to get best out of your taste buds. Priced reasonably. Book in advance at the weekend as it can be busy. Not regretting the choice we made. We will want to go back in future holiday dates : staff and owner speak very well English and excellently explained the food and wine your ordering and about to eat/drinks.

Tasty foods meets solid customer service. The dogs is simply made yet tasty and our server was very courteous and had some great hospitality gestures. The risotto with goat cheese was tasty, chocolate dessert was well made and the plate with liver had a great taste. Overall solid execution

MoreTypical regional food, great taste. I ate testina, a very peculiar dish you wont find easily, and an amazing risotto. Its more on the pricey side, but it matches the quality of the food youre getting.
MoreWe got tipped off by a local, and man was he right. If you want typical Piemontese food this is the place by and large. The Ravioli is a must and will leave you mouthwatering for more. Also the "Finanziera" is the authentic dish for those who arent afraid to step into the unknown. It really pays off and is well worth spending money. Great wine pairings too!

Excellent Italian food. I had the veal cheek with Barolo sauce and it was delicious. Service was very good and I will definetly go back there when I visit Turin again.

Delicious food, historic restaurant.... amuse bouche, appetizer, pasta with truffle were all great. The main dishes, partridge and fish, all suffered. Not very well done. Birds were overcooked. All 3 dishes flavourless, the only disappointing course. The ricotta is divine. Beautiful service by the staff from the moment I stepped in. Grazie

The first 3 courses were divine, delicious, fantastic especially the ricotta with seasonal vegetables and the turnip. .. but all 3 of us were disappointed by the main courses of partridge, and fish. The partridge was cooked too much. The flesh was dry and lost flavour... The fish was strangely undercooked. .. the panna cotta for dessert was amazing, fantastic... Ill go back to the restaurant again. But the meat dishes must get better.

My fiance and I each got the tasting menu, which was only 50 euros!The menu progression and spacing between courses was very balanced. The servers were attentive without being overbearing.The food was delicious and couldnt have been prepared better.I would definitely come here when visiting Turin so you get to try some of the Piedmontese traditional cuisine!
