Friary Rd, Naas East, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland, Naas
Revamped old stone railway building with a rustic-chic finish, with classy Franco-Irish cuisine.
I found one of your employees (Kathleenharassing a family of travelers in the comments of a harmless video they shared to their own profile. She is calling the whole community uneducated, using blanket statements, calling them scammers and thieves, and saying the women in the community are only good for making babies and cleaning. I am appalled that you would hire someone so intolerant especially with the type of business you are in.Her comments are some of the first you see under the video and are also grouped together so it is hard to miss. She has your establishments name linked to her profile and I have to say its embarrassing and it does not make me want to come here.
Wonderful place to eat with unique location and atmosphere. Steady and solid since it opened as Storehouse back around 2003(?Always friendly. I hope the crew manage to set up elsewhere when it closes in the summer βΉοΈ
Excellent food. Lovely friendly staff. Great value for money. We were so disappointed to hear that Trax is closing down in a few months time.
So sorry to hear Trax is closing soon. We loved coming here and it will be sadly missed. Wishing all the staff the very best for their futures. Always top nosh.
Good food good atmosphere and attentive staff.
Way over priced for what you get. Steak was tough and covered in oil and burnt. Had to ask for the bill 3 times as the first two times being overcharged. Stay away. Small portions and way over priced for what you get.
Absolutely love this restaurant its in my top 5 favourite places to eat love the atmosphere and they staff are very friendly and give you great advice on food and wine
Gorgeous food very friendly staff and priced good.
Had family home from America +a birthday in our group ,our waitress was Sarah she was so attentive. Our food 3courses was fabulous and no one at table left disappointed ππβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
Fantastic meal 10/10 though portions are on the small side...service excellent. Very efficient in dealing with food allergies. Highly recommended.
Lovely place. Very friendly staff. The food was amazing
Food was good! Menu slightly confusing! Had spring roles, prawns, goats cheese and chicken wings for starters. For mains we had veal, sea trout, duck and beef! All food had amazing taste and portions were not that big but together with starters it was enough.
Love tracks, fab restaurant. Myself and Husband are foodies and without question keep returning to TRAX. The two gentlemen in charge are a pleasure to deal with, accommodating, professional and staff superb. Food great, PLEASE never take the calamari off the menu :-)Going back again soon.
Food ok but very small potions. We were in a family group and wanted to pay separately but tbey would not allow us.The manager was very short with us.We have been celebrating a family birthday there every year for the last few years. We will not be going back there again.Robert Sweeney.
Amazing food. Beautiful Decor and friendly staff and funny manager for me and my twin brothers birthday dinner last Saturday π°πππ
Excellent food, attentive staff and great atmosphere
Love this place. Food is out of this world. Portions are perfect sizes. Some people think there small but its the only place I can have a 3 course meal and still have a few drinks afterwards, i was nicely full not stuffed. Would recommend it 100%. Staff are so so helpful and kind. Definitely 1 to try guys.
Fabulous restaurant with a high quality food for a great price. The best hospitality and very friendly and welcoming staff, you can feel like home. Theres many restaurants in the area but this is our favourite and the best place to dine in co. Kildare πThank you
0 stars,2 weeks ago had dinner with family,I admit a little loud but screamed at by the man in charge and threatened, under far too much pressure, couldnt handle the high volume of customers, should be ashamed of himself for the way he spoke, there is a way of doing things and screaming in our faces is not 1 of them, simply having a good time and spirits were high but in no way rude, treated as if we were dancing on tables, waiting staff were a pleasure and food was top notch, just the 2 top guys on a power trip and by the looks of it under far too much pressure and stress to be dealing with public, plus paid over 400e for the pleasure, made a complaint but ignored by restaurantReply *threatening*Funny how all other forms of complaint were ignored until I hit Google reviews which can not be deleted by the proprietorAvoid this place at all costs
What a beautiful setting , the staff are amazing so friendly and attentive . The owners lead by example attending to everything from greeting customers to taken orders and clearing tables and this is obviously why there was a great atmosphere amongst staff. The food was amazing ,with something for everyone, they have a separate vegetarian menu . I would highly recommend this place.
Nice restaurant and staff, very attentive. Nice Caesars starter. Sadly, I had a Sirloin main course with β¬6 supplement. The steak came out covered in onions and mushrooms so that you could not see the actual steak which is always a warning. It was a very thin cut of meat, fatty and utterly tasteless. More like a minute steak with no taste. I should have complained on the night but did not, which is my bad. Unfortunately the poorest steak I have had in many years. A shame really.Philip
Booked New Years Eve at short notice. Catered for with no issue. We enjoyed a delicious meal and as usual the staff were great to deal with, highly professional and friendly.
This was literally just a pit stop for food for myself and my little family. After getting a great reception the minute we entered and then the most amazing food, it will not be just a pit stop anymore. Highly recommend this little gem. With two children who would be picky at the best of times, they really enjoyed their meal.
Beautiful building, a barn conversion if Im not mistaken? Artwork on the walls of places of interest around naas was a very cool touch. Manager was an absolute gentleman, staff were very attentive, food was gorgeous and there was a great atmosphere in the place. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Had lunch today with 4 others .Food was delicous great value a great experience. Staff were courtous and so helpfull. Will def call again next time in Nass.
First visit to Trax. Enjoyed a really lovely meal on Friday night with my husband & sister & brother-in-law. Great buzz in the place. Food was lovely. Great service, no delays between courses. Hope to go again soon.
Lovely, food was delicious. Had the Sunday lunch, which I would rate for good value at 25 euro for three courses. Good selection on the menu although tradtional fare. All three courses exceuted well. Service was on point friendly & professional.
Friendly staff, good menu, and excellent food and service
Nice relaxing place with a good atmosphere and great food and reasonably priced with a very good Sunday lunch menu served till 4pm.
Fantastic restaurant, friendly staff and beautiful food
Had dinner here this evening with my husband .We both had three courses,Six different dishes, and each and every one was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a young waitress serve us and she was so attentive. Well done to to the chef and all the Staff, youve got a great team ..Thank you
It started with a very warm welcome from Ian when we got to the restaurant. We were there to celebrate my birthday with 18 members of my family . It is a beautiful restaurant and what was lovely we had an alcove part of the restaurant , we were part of the restaurant but had our own area . The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed their meal . The service from the the staff was brilliant . Thank you to everyone for helping to make my birthday a lovely Celebration . We will see you again sometime Nuala & Philip .
Food very good, staff very pleasant, very good experience.
HONEST REVIEW:Good quality food, seated straight away for our booking. Decent value on early bird. 4 steaks at table. 2 medium, 1 medium rare, 1 rare. I ordered rare because you generally get a medium rare steak in ireland if you do so. Was at best medium i would say. All well over cooked. Nothing unusual in Ireland really. Lovely cut of meat though. Soup was deadly. Veg was perfect. Pepper sauce not to my taste but was good quality. Nice enough skinny fries. Head waiter or manager, or whatever he was, seemed very stressed and run off of his feet even though it wasnt busy. He was polite to us but was visibly giving out to staff and running around like a lunatic dropping things and bumped into my chair on more than one occassion while legging it about the place. Looked like the owner was looking over his shoulder to be fair. All seemed to stem from large group with lots of kids that were messy and running around and stuff, theyd been hanging around ages by the looks of it, but if you cant deal with that you shouldnt work in a restaurant that allows kids. Seemed unnecessary as everything else was running smoothly and efficiently by the looks of it. Carlsberg and Guinness on tap but didnt get to try it. Coffee was of a good quality. Would recommend early bird if you want to try because I would have been disappointed paying full price.
Had a lovely meal and a great time here. Staff and food fabulous. πππ
Absolutely excellent food at an really good price. Would highly recommend for a visit. One of the best meals out in a long time.
This is a high quality restaurant located close too the centre of Naas. It is situated in an old railway station storehouse. I brought a group of 30 people here and got great feedback on the food from everyone. Service was excellent.
Group of 16 visited on Sunday Night ( Sunday being Mothers Day), the place was full & had been all day. The service was excellent, friendly & professional. The food was super even after a hard day, the standard was supreme. None of the group were disappointed in the food which says something. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trax Brasserie.
Went for large group dinner before Christmas and it was perfect. We were able to use the smaller room, separate to the main restaurant. Service was attentive and friendly. Great selection of dishes on the set menu and everyone enjoyed their meal. Looking forward to returning soon!
Basic! Had 2 bottles of wine around β¬40/30 mark not worth it!Looks nice, menu etc, service wasnt too bad either but to be honest, everything was just very bland. If you are in Naas, go to la vie de chateaux!
Good food. The right amount of service. Table s are packed tightly so not a quiet dining experience. Convenient Parking
I was here just before Christmas in a large group and we had a great evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, theyve done a really tasteful conversion of the old building. The food was excellent, everything was cooked well and portion sizes were spot on. I will definitely be coming back to try out the non-festive season menu.
Great food. Really good quality. Very good Value, especially the early bird menu. Our go to place when looking for a nice meal.
Nice food and staff but restaurant lacks warmth and atmosphere. Candles and nice music would make so much difference. Also their wine glasses are awful, its all about the glasses.
I come here at least 3 times a yearThe food is of a very good standard hereI have always had a good meal hereAnd is popular with large groups andbirthdays partysEnjoy your meal
This was one of the worst restaurants I have visited. Apart from the awful dry slow braised meat, which was sawdust dry, the level of service that in a smug way said, yes this is slow cooked, as if that was an excuse for dry food was insulting. I am a real foodie and love to cook. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Worst birthday meal of my life !!!!
Very nice food but I felt there could have been more options on the menu. The food was lovely but slightly over priced.
One of my favorite restaurants. The food is fantastic, the staff are excellent and the restaurant has a really great atmosphere which in my experience has been perfect for both special occasions and casual meals out with friends and family.
Beautiful building, friendly staff and fantastic food. Only missing a star because parking is limited and smoking area does not meet requirements at all. Other than that would strongly recommend a visit.
Dined here after ladies day on the 1st May 2015.From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. The staff were super and really helpful from our late arrival to helping with our departure. The food was fabulous, we ate a variety of fish and meat dishes having starters and main courses, all were delicious. Desert was scrumptious. The coffee was good and hot.Wine was excellent and well priced.Delightful dining experience and I am looking forward to repeating the exerience and will book for race week again next year.
