They only have a cpl rooms available. Its run down. How do you lay new carpet but have the shi**y beds. I sleep on the bed not the floor?! Then they hit you with a 25$ cleaning fee for each animal Come on now. One 25$ fee would cover it. Even 25$ lil high trinidad has rooms 10$ a pet & much better. Plus a hot tub & delicious sunset cafecheck out days inn in trinidad. The breakest is ceral & juice haha its a joke.

Got in late - and didn’t pay good enough attention in the bathroom. 2 towels, no hand towels, no washcloths, no soap.After showing the next morning I attempted to dry my hair and the hair dryer malfunction and shot out sparks and flames burning my hair and setting off the smoke alarm.When I complained at the front desk I was informed that this “was impossible - we have a professional management company that has replaced everything in the rooms. He declined to go to the room with me for proof. I was then told to “have a nice day.”

Booking system down; those behind the counter couldnt even understand enough to book the room at the member rate. Charged full price for a room with stained washcloths, stained sheets, and a dirty soap dish where the new items were just splatted in the mess. I literally had to was the soap package before I opened it. Whichever stone stairs broke were replaced with wood; the entire place has a generally rundown appearance. The one set of drawers had a broken leg or something; it rocked back and forth, just shy of tipping over. At least the AC worked. Id recommend trying any of the other hotels in the area and using this one as a last resort.

Loved this place. Had a family emergency in Denver Thursday, stayed here on the way to and from Denver. I wished I could remember the night clerks name there, but she went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay there. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Dirty bedding, hair dryer didnt work. No AC, dirty walls, freezer completely frozen. Bed runner had questionable "stains". Co-worker had bites on legs. No tissue and I had to change the toilet paper. Shower floors dirty and mold around the toilet base. Questionable "dealings" on opposite side of building. Pool out of service as well.

We got 2 full beds but paid for 2 queen beds. The water pressure is not existent, no available breakfast. They say its animal friendly but get charged $25 per pet, non refundable fee...limit 2 pets.

If I could make a negative star I would. My parents tried to stay there and there were several fires in the area and the only A/C unit in the rooms brings in outside air. My mother has extreme asthma and could not breathe that in. They were told they could get a refund but 8 phone calls and several emails later still no resolution. They have been taken advantage of and the hotel manager, James, hung up on my mother and wouldnt do anything to help. He basically called her a liar. My family and I travel back and forth through that area lots and I will always tell them all to never stay here. Elderly being taken advantage of is the way of the world I suppose, its disgusting!!

We just needed 1 night to stay to rest up before our drive back home to Houston. We called about an hour before we arrived and booked a room that was also pet friendly!! No extra charge for the pup! Amazing. It isnt luxury but for a night it was priced right and clean

There was not a tub, which I can overlook. The room was dated but it was clean. The cups for the coffee were not wrapped.Just Styrofoam cups siting out. The desk clerk assured me there would be breakfast. 2 of us. There was 1 towel and I rang the bell for service but no one showed up. I ended up drying off with a hand towel. i took pictures of breakfast: it was just that awful. Stale bread on the verge of molding. So bad I spit it out.cereal but no milk. Cleaning supplies all over the place. No coffee. No one would come out when I rang the bell. I rarely give a poor rexiew. The bed was clean and the towel was clean. TV worked. Thats about only good thing I can say. Wish I had spent the $20 more for one of the other places.

I cant believe it cost me $84 the room is dirty there is craps on the bathroom wall the floors are dirty the vent in the bathroom is just gross I was expecting travel lodge to be pretty nice in really disappointed the lady at the front desk was really pleasant the area is nice but I am really disappointed about the condition of the room I expected allot better I would have stayed at the little dive motel and played less. And the site says 63 plus tax they charged me 74 plus tax and Im alone
