Trattoria Pane e Vino in Bucuresti

I used to go to this restaurant a few years ago...Meals are less good and less plentiful.The waitress was foreign, came from Africa, and did not speak Romanian well.This is not serious.

Nice place, nice staff. But I took one bite of the dish that I ordered and pushed it away. It was horrible.I told the waitress, she took it away, but they still charged me for the pasta, which was disgustingRomanian customer service at its very best 😂

Really comfortable cosy place. Nice terrace! Lots of locals, yummy wine. Is open until 12pm. Enjoyed a caraffa of the house wine. Recommend!

Its definitely a cozy place. It may not be super fancy as to attract the high class, but a nice, clean and cozy place to eat some of the best dishes in Bucharest. Everything on the menu is delicious. I recommend anything seafood as they really known how to do it properly.

Been coming here for more than 5 years. In my opinion this is the best Italian specific restaurant in Bucharest. I love the Quattro formaggi pizza, the schnitzel with gorgonzola, the Pane e Vino schnitzel, the Shrimp with tomato sauce (omg!!!), or the mussels! Also the desserts are very good, i usually prefer the in house made like chocolate house cake or the apple pie with ice cream.You need to visit it!

This is a lovely restaurant: tasty food, good service, nice atmosphere. We have been eating here constantly for a couple of years and we enjoyed everything we tried.

I’ll rate 5 stars for the best shrimps in garlic souce I had in Bucharest. Do not miss the burrata!! The pizza was not italian top notch. The staff is very nice and attentive.

One of the best italian places in Bucharest. Try the cozze and the frito misto. Delicious. Come by taxi, just a few parking places. Only four tables outside, but the staff is very friendly. Every day they a have a special menu that will pleasantly surprise you.

Prices a bit high but not out of the ordinary in that area of town! Good selection of wines, and a delicious slice of cake for desert! Waiters very kind and helpful!

Its a common place to eat when you are in the neighbourhood. The waiters are very polite and prompt.The food is ok, but my pasta with chicken al forno wasnt as I expected: tasteless and burned. Thank God, the house wine was ok.But overall its clean and cozy restaurant.

Good variety of the menu, flavorful food, staff is attentive and efficient. The choice of cocktails is very minimal. The air conditioning inside wasnt functioning properly, but I guess that could be easily fixable, summer temperatures can really melt you in Bucharest.

Cozy, familiar, excellent food. As well, wine selection is very good as far as they have a winery shop there were you can find any type of wine you like. Service is very good. My advice, try anything "aglio e olio"... they have seafood or octopus...

A good place where to eat. Food was good, staff very friendly. Pleasant atmosfere. The portion was huge (attached picture was a serving for 3 people).Prices are higher than average for this kind of restaurant in Bucharest, but my overall impresion was great. I recommend this place for fish and seafood lovers.And one more interesting fact is that they have a wine cellar, you can taste the wine before you can order it.

A nice and cozy place where you can go with your partner, full family, or just to discuss business while enjoying an italian inspired food. Is hard to specify something but seafood based dishes are great.

Place is nice, however 1 bottle of filtered tap water (75clis 10 lei (about 2 E). Its a shame the owners have such disprespect towards their clients

Great food, diverse and tasty. I liked a lot the staff, very polite and helpful. Italian music not aloud, so we could have proper conversation at the table. I would say reservation is needed, plenty of regular customers seemed to be there.

A good and inexpensive Italian restaurant in Bucharest. The serving and atmosphere is simple, nothing fancy. The food is good and decently priced. Its basically a neighborhood restaurant managed by a local family. We often come here after work.

Excellent food and services, moderate prices.

Good offer of wines, the dishes are tasty as well. Ive been here only once, but I was surprised by how fast they managed to serve the orders, although we were a large group of persons. We thought that some dishes were prepared in advance, taken into consideration that the food was not that hot.

The pizza was nice. The staff friendly. Had no issue paying with a card.

Food could be way better. Service is nice. Prices very reasonable. However I cannot recommend any type of seafood. Soup was average, mussels below standard.

Overall a quietish, nice place for lunch or dinner. We ordered water, espresso, the tomato soup and quattro formaggi pizza. The espresso is excellent, 5/5, the tomato soup is good, but seemed made from canned tomatoes, as the season is not right, 4/5, the pizza had classic topping, but the pizza dough was a bit chewy, 4/5. Prices are moderate to high for the area.

Wonderful place! The food was fantastic, atmosphere was cozy, the staff was very welcoming and fun. Im not a big desert guy but if you go you gotta get the house cake...amazing. I will go back next time Im in Bucharest.

Italian restaurant with above average prices and below average food. We have tried seafood pasta and mussels in red wine sauce, and we were not impressed. There are better places in Bucharest to have such food, at a similar price. Also, the restaurant was very noisy and there was a strong food odor causing our clothes to smell bad after the visit. Dont get me wrong, this place is not bad, you should try it for yourself at least once, maybe you will like it more than we did...
