Very friendly staff and great food!

Very tasty food. Everything we chose was perfectly served. A little bit expensive but the portions are filling.

Amazing food ,portions and ambiance. My tagliata was cooked to perfection !! Will come visit again soon😄

I visited this restaurant this week and I had a pasta with pistachios recommended by one lady from China. She was very nice and welcoming. I really did enjoy my pasta and cocktails with happy hour. There should be more places with such a selections of food and nice servers. Highly recommended 😍

price/quality ratio is good. for a fair price you get a big plate. Dont expect too much of it though. The taste is good but thats it.For us the downside was the amount you get. After eating the main we did not had room left for a desert which is a shame as their special sound great.Personel was friendly and helpfull.If you are hungry this is a good place.if you like something more refined...

So very very nice!Portions are very royal, for most people too much. But the taste is delicious!And great cocktails for little prices.I surely recommend this restaurant!

Very bad pizza. It was awful and defenitely doesn’t look like the one on theirs instagram. All I could feel was cheese and fat.

Four of us all had good meals and choice of wines.Sat outdoors on a pleasant evening served by friendly efficient staff. Toilet facilities excellent

We were provided with the menu that was different (higher pricesthan the one we saw on their website on the same day. Also, the paper it was printed on looked nothing like the menu of a serious restaurant. As for the food, we had panzerotti with porcini mushrooms and asparagus. It was OK and the portion was really big. But the menu thing made me feel like we were cheated. The waitress said that was the old menu on the web. It felt almost like she expected the question.. Ive heard about some restaurants having two menus, one for the locals and one for tourists. Was this the case is anyones guess. But its a shame.

The table service was excellent, but something was wrong with the food. Couscous with beef, pasta with beef and chicken curry tasted very similar, one spice was very dominant, most likely star anise, which overshadowed the whole taste.The couscous was pure salt, but the nice waitress changed it and explained that the sourness gave the sauce, but it didnt change the essence, the dish was too sour.We left three dishes almost untouched, but the waiters didnt ask what was wrong.Well, it is really hot in Malta, not everything can go great for everybody🙂

Great service, varied menu, nice ambiance.

Atmosphere and food are amazing. Had the chicken breast with mushroom and bacon sauce. Was delicious. Only complaint we had and we were a party of five, was the long wait time for food to be served. We found this odd given the restaurant was not that busy. But overall very good experience and highly recommended.

1 because they really made an effort with my wife. My pizza however wasnt great. Far too much cheese making the whole thing a sloppy greecy mess. No one checked on us with the food from start to finish. Rubbish attitude from most of the staff appart from one lady who appeared to care about what they served.

Amazing, high class casual is the way Id describe it, wine selection 5 star & menu 5 star. We had steak which while it wasnt cooked to a perfect standard, it tasted amazing and would 100% come back when we come back to Malta

We didn’t have a reservation, so we had seats near door. (Our mistake)On the other side -> food was amazing, very large portions. All was fresh and delicious.We had one small issue with one meal and manager solved it very gently.Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Food was awesome. We didn’t have reservation and this was mistake because in the evening the place was full and we got place next to the door (we were lucky to have someand it was cold when somebody opened doors and forgot to close them. I highly recommend this restaurant but it’s better to make reservation at busy times.

The staff were very friendly, even recommending happy hour even though it had finished 😂 My burger was very good and tasty! My partner also had the pasta which was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Excellent food and service. Had Sunday lunch between 4 people. We had tagliata & Ribeye which were cooked to perfection. Chips, veg roast patotoes delicious. Both the peppered & mushroom sauces were mouth watering. Compliments to the staff but especially the chef. 👍

Friendly staff, but inaccurate communication on website and menus. The “set menus” advertised on the website were not offered at the restaurant, and only after (friendlydiscussions made available at last. The “Primitivo di Manduria” from the wine menu was in fact an ordinary Primitivo del Salento, without DOC. The pasta was ok, the meat (Tagliatawas excellent though.

This place has changed and evolved a bit over time. What has remained constant over time however, is the pleasant experience of dining here. The menu has a very varied selection which should please just about any palate. All the selections Ive had were always excellently prepared. Furthermore, the pricing of the menu is very affordable. Parking can be a bit of an issue, therr is a tiny parking lot just opposite this place, but most of the time youll find it fully occupied. Youll need to scavenge for a place to park in the side streets, or otherwise use one of the larger commercial parking spaces closer to sliema center. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant.

Excellent food.Really friendly staff. Well mannered.Also had cocktails. Cardini has happy hour on Sunday. Cocktails are real cocktails...I mean...you feel the alcohol.Recommend to go.All my friends were super satisfied.Keep it up Cardini 😁😁

Best steak Ive ever had in any country Ive ever been. Looks very simple from the outside but you will not be disappointed with the food here and super friendly staff!

Friendly service, tasty pasta in a prime location. The staff were very helpful with their recommendation both for wine and pasta. Enjoyed the complimentary focaccia which was very tasty. The only issue was the dessert which was a bit dry. Worth visiting again.

We enjoyed a Christmas lunch at this trattoria which was outstanding! The homemade pastas are well thought out with exciting different flavors that go amazingly well when combined in a single dish. My lamb shank was superbly prepared, the meat fell of the bone as its supposed to. Although it doesnt look like much looking at this place from the street its an amazing restaurant. Recommended!

This place was lovely. The ambiance was so nice at night and the food hit the spot. The steak was to die for-We opted for the rocket and parmesan salad which was so nice together. The chicken burger was so nice and the sauce at the side along with the coleslaw was a perfect accompaniment. My friend had the Italian sausage risotto and highly rated it. The nachos were so filling with the bacon added. There was nothing about this place we could negatively comment on.

The taste of this pizza is absolutely delicious. Tables and ground are clean and staff is really polite and smiling.Just one difect: We waited about 30 minutes for these pizzas and the staff apologized for the delay.

Good food, great service and value for money.

The Focaccia as starter was okay but the bread was a bit cold when we get it. As main course I ordered the Veggie Burger: the bread was absolutely cold, the vegetables in the patty havent be cutted small so the petty was very high and it was not very easy to eat the burger. It also tasted absolutely not good. The coleslaw was made with an very fluent and sour mayonnaise. The music was very very loud and we had to listen to hard rock music. The only real good things have been the fries and the staff.

Really nice restaurant, offering great food and excellent service. We ate there on my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed our stay. Portions are quite big and food was delicious!
