Energetic, retro-style piano bar with 1920s decor offering cocktails, dancing & live music.
Alexx Oddenino is probably the best and most responsive person I have worked with in quite some time. She was prompt, polite, and laid out all the options for the party of 12 we had coming. While I cant comment on the facilities, I can say that planning this was simple and fair, mainly because of Alexx! Very fair prices to boot!
Great place to visit for a lively young crowd! Great decor. Back patio for smokers. Good drinks. Two water dispenser that are self serve which is so convenient. And they have a booth area that’s available for party reservations that’s got more AC than the rest of the space. All in all a fantastic place to have fun, especially if they have someone playing music. Only negatives are Hollywood is kind of tough to find parking and it’s a bit touristy in the area, but that’s to be expected, as it is Hollywood. Lots of other great bars nearby, definitely stop in!
Incredible time at TSG! Make sure to go early and request songs. Highly recommend! I went when Lisa Crawley was playing and she was an amazing pianist and singer. She made sure we had a great night and played the crowd expertly!
This place was great. The piano player was great! I even sang a song with her!
Great sing along piano bar! Really good atmosphere. Wouks recommend
Excellent bar! Had a live performance. Loved it !!!
What a great time! The pianist, Rome, was already killing it on night one. Cant wait to come back!
This place has great vibes amd good music anyone can sing along to all the tunes. I went with my hubby and we had fun for a bit.....but would definitely go back with my girls ....no hubby. Was totally a girly dive bar to me and the hubby felt a little out of place.
Piano bar is so much fun but alchohol is limited selection and a bit pricey
Great Music, nice Drinks - so much fun! Great Job- thx!
Such a fun venue! Super nice staff and great drinks! Missy was playing piano and was incredible. Steph makes amazing drinks!
The music is outstanding, the drinks and the atmosphere! Dont skip this spot.
Everyone was friendly and kept me laughingThe bartender Matt has a great and funny personality. The doorman is smooth and made me feel very relaxed. Everyone was just AWESOME 😁😁😁😁😁
Great music, great drinks, great space, and best of all the greatest of vibes~Make sure to try their mixed drinks 🍸 😉
Whats not to love! Piano and a room full of people singing broadway, pop songs, disney songs, you name it. Plus the drinks are strong and served in the cutest glasses.
Small but upscale bar with some intimate seating. They made good drinks and were relatively quick for how full the bar way. The entertainment at the piano was a blast. We will be back.
Tons of fun and cocktails
I went yesterday night to Tramp Stamp Grannys after a long day exploring the flea markets and second-hand stores in Silver Lake/Echo Park. This place has a wonderful vibe, with passionated pianists (Laura and Patrick), a wonderful crowd of musicians, and well done cocktails! It is a must if you like singing!
Absolutely LOVE this place! The Pianist Laura is INCREDIBLE! What doesnt she know? Cant wait to come back and see her!!!
This is a really cute place with super creative cocktails. I love the decor and the pianist taking song requests.
Super fun place with great music and a raucous crowd that always keeps the energy going! Yummy drinks.. what more could you ask for?
Live music was amazing! Bartenders were super nice. Thay didnt have a whiskey drink on the menu, so i asked to make a mixed whiskey drink and they did not disappoint. Definitely would recommend to groups or anyone.
This is my favorite bar! Its a cute piano bar and I thoroughly enjoy singing with a joyous group of people to Disney songs and showtunes. Theres a photo booth in the back!
Didnt necessarily dislike it. But songs played were a bit boring. If you want a lot of participation, maybe something more upbeat and tunes more people will recognize. Crowd was a bit boring too. Drinks way overpriced. Could be a cool spot.
Super cute space- it’s small but seating is laid out in a way that makes it easy for you to find a place! The piano atmosphere is fun and the bartenders are knowledgeable and willing to make you just about anything, or recommend one of their signature drinks based on your favorite cocktails with the promise that they’ll make you something else if you don’t like it. It’s pretty pricey ($15 for a Moscow mulebut hey, it’s Hollywood.
Not what I was expecting... Which was something more chic and hip. Im from the East coast and this is what you would expect to find in the basement of your friends three Decker. Potentially fun, but only if you bring it with you, but nothing you would brag about on social media unless, of course, you never get out. It was better when it was the Beauty Bar 🙄
Fun little place thats well designed but the quality of the cocktails do not match their $14-$16 price tags. The ice is wet and the glassware feels cheap; I expect a finer presentation for almost a $20 cocktail with tip! Queer Cabaret night is quite fun though.
Amazing atmosphere and decor out of the Hollywood art deco scene! Fun and talented live piano and singing performances and interesting cocktail mixology! Cant wait to go back!
The music was great and the drinks were good! We sang and danced for hours! I only wish there had been some more tables (not reservedthat we could have set out drinks down on.
Absolutely love this bar! Previously, the piano bars Ive visited in SoCal have been very straight (think Howl at the Moon). Stamp Stamp Grannys, while not a gay bar, is very very camp. From Disney night on Thursday to musical theater sing-a-longs every night of the week, its a lot of fun. All the pianists are incredibly talented, the staff are generally friendly and the interior is very chic. Highly recommended.
Good piano bar with a cool vibe. Was hard to understand the bartender since the music was pretty loud and he spoke too quietly. Otherwise had a pretty good time.
Fun, fun place for singing and cocktails! Great piano bar! The owners are very accommodating!
Been here a few times and each time was SO MUCH FUN! Love the live music, cocktails, ambiance. Disney night is my favorite! But every night is a good night.
Interesting place... I would say a very LA/theatre place. They have live music on a side and if you are lucky youll get somebody famous singing/playing with the regulars. It gets packed on a friday up until 12am or 1am... I got there around 11 and didnt pay a cover. Drinks are good and as pricey as any other place in LA... I believe u can reserve tables... and make sure to tip the musicians!
Great time, great management, great act. Was lucky to witness their Gurlesque night which was amazing. Cocktails were great too. The place is a real crowd pleaser. Bring your friends.
Great place to go if you want to hear terrible renditions of Tiny Dancer over and over again from the pianist. The only cool part is the mannequins in the windows.
This was my first time here. Wasnt aware that it was a piano/show tunes bar,, which was entertaining but not something Id seek out. The drink menu was just ok, wasnt really impressed with their signature craft cocktails. The crowd seemed chill enough.
Went on a Saturday late night but still wasn’t too packed. Piano guy was good, albeit the song choices were annoying (mostly because lf the goons hovering over the piano yelling out requests and singing along poorly). A bit expensive depending on what you get but worth a visit no less.
Such a lovely bar, we had an excellent time. We went on a Thursday, and it happened to be Disney Night. We arrived around 8:30pm so it wasnt crowded and we were able to pick out good seats. It started filling up closer to 9:30pm, everyone was excited and singing along. It had a great vibe. We asked the bartender to recommend drinks based on what we liked, I cant recall the name of my drink but it was perfect for me! And my partners drink was perfect for him! Props to the bartender for nailing the drink recommendation. The music was great, bathroom was clean. I will definitely be returning.
Hands down, one of the best things thats happened in Hollywood (dare I say Los Angeles?in a long time. Fantastic staff, insanely talented musicians, an atmosphere youll never forget.
Last night of our trip and we were looking forward to one last night of fun and we had $$$ to burn. Place started off promising with its piano bar entertainment. The deal breaker for us....the service. Bartenders chose to ignore us without any acknowledgement of any kind. It took over 20 minutes for them to take our order with a mostly empty bar. Now the drinks, overpriced, waterdowned....major disappointment. Left shortly there after....definitively better places nearby.
Went on a Tuesday night, amazing pianist, she did a medley of show tunes and Disney music with the little dirty flair. Drinks were all right, had the Fresh Squeezed IPA and my wife had one of the cocktails, it was tasty. The decor is Art Deco marble with gold accents with some theater lighting sprinkld on top. If you are a Theatre nerd, this bar is calling you home.
Came here for a friends Bray, he is really into piano bars. Id come back just because it was so much fun! Great place to grab a cocktail and sing along with friends and a bar full of people!!
Super fun karaoke spot. Also there is a bartender there who has some PIPES, also super gorgeous. This place is like a staple in LA and you definitely must check out.
Awesome place. Great music, drinks were well poured, definitely got your moneys worth. We went for my birthday and it was everything I wanted it to be!
Bad .. A waitress sings while pouring drink everywhere trying to prepare an awfully bitter drink for almost 20 dollars !! Music only for people over 35 years old. The place is very small and the bathrooms are disgusting ... There are much better gay bars in la.
Great bar to enjoy show times tunes and pop songs sung live. Doesnt hurt that the bartender will sing and work like its no big deal
This was not an enjoyable experience for me. Very strange and unwelcoming vibe in this place. Rude staff. Drinks were bland, overpriced and clearly watered down. The God-awful Liza Minnelli-type performer did not help matters along. Truly horrific.
This place is amazing, just incredible. If you love Maries Crisis in NYC, then youll love this bar. Show tunes, standards, and strong drinks--thats really all you need! As an east coast transplant and Broadway fanatic, this bar is right up my alley!!! Come early for standards and a more mellow atmosphere; arrive later (around 10-10:30for the show tunes and more of a "Maries Crises" atmosphere. You will not be disappointed.
THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED IN HOLLYWOOD THIS YEAR YET!!!Tramp Stamp Grannys is THE best choice of bar for anyone who is just looking to chill and have a drink in one hand while singing along to live music of any genre. I happened to attend the opening night and from that moment, I decided it was my favorite bar in LA already. If you just want to relax and grab some drinks after having a nice dinnner and want to go somewhere else that is not too crowded and loud, this is your perfect option as TSG offers a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with a kind of entertainment that is just suitable for the mood youre looking for.I think Im gonna be here every week! And this is where I am going to celebrate my birthday this year too as I become happy when Im in this place.
