Its a good restaurant indeed. The food is really good, although I have to say that the side dishes could have a bit more variety. The risotto with porchini mushrooms is great. The schnitzel is perfect. The wine selection is pretty decent.One note though: this place needs live music. Maybe a piano or a singer or something classy. Music from the radio is pretty boring and lazy.I would suggest hiring a singer and maybe an acoustic guitar player for Fridays and Saturdays because this is when the place is packed. Thank me later!

There was a waitress who was a screaming at her customers. This is unacceptable. The same woman said "whats the hurry?" to some people who were ready to order. I am shocked that these kind of people are allowed to work in customer service jobs. We had a lovely waitress that tried her best to ensure we have a good time but I simply cannot give the restaurant a good review after what I heard. The owners should see this and take action if they want returning customers because I know for sure Im not going back to that place. In terms of food it was decent but recommendation, do not get the shrimp 🦐. They give you 5-6 of them that are such a pain to peel because they werent boiled but fried and the shell gets really stuck in the meat.

Good place to communicate with friends

The best Cafè in Vratsa, it has changed many many concepts and was never what it was designed to do. They need to step it up if they want to stay in Business, like hire professional people, that understand the spirit of the kichen.

A nice place for breakfast. Food used to be better. Service has improved since last year. But food has a slightly less quality then previous years.

A terrible service and rude attitude waitress Silvia. When she was requested to attend to our table by one of her colleagues, her response was "This is not a dairy factory". After being addressed about her service, instead of apologizing she spiked our hot drinks, and did not even hesitate doing so even though we were with very small kids.Needless to say we will be doing the lab report and will be taking the matter to the authorities. Such people should not be working in customer service and should not be allowed near food, people or even animals.My sincere advice is to avoid visiting the place altogether and keep yourself safe.

Food was alright bar the dessert which was always old and flavor mismatched.Like cherry tiramisu... ?!? When in doubt - just get ice cream or pancakes...Grilled things were fine, but not much more than "just fine".Inside the establishment its nice and cool and relatively comfortable. Outside is like anywhere else.Service was above average.

My salad and fish with grilled veggies were tasty. The fries with garlic and fill had good flavours but were too soft and greasy for me, but some people love it. I used a napkin to wipe each fry to remove some of the grease. Swiss mousse was ok. Coca cola float was nice.

A reasonable choice of food on the menu....can get extremely busy outside in good weather conditions and this can affect the service level..a food place for lunch but not an informal place for dinner

One of my favorite coffee shops to visit while in Vratza. Great location, right downtown, abondant menu, very good coffee drinks and a spacious interior. They offer indoor and outdoor sitting, but in the summer time the outdoor area fills up quickly. I have not been able to get an outdoor table after 10AM. They have air conditioning inside, so it was comfortable to sit inside, plus I wanted to use their WiFi and I assumed it would be stronger inside. I was wrong, I was not able to get a WiFi connection, no matter how close to the router I was sitting. This was my main dissatisfaction with this place. If they had a better WiFi, Id have given it 5 stars.

The waitress was rude, the food was cold, and sower because of being cooked long time before serving, and the list goes on. Shurely Ill never go back there again...

Big space. Good food. The place has a new interior now and it is just wonderful. Very cosy and nice. The coffee and cakes are very good. Food is delicious, a lot of people have their lunch and/or dinner hear. Great for business meetings as well as birthday partys. Prices are reasonable.

The place has good food, but the staff is very very slow and irresponsive. If you have a dinner there be aware they turn Off the lights at 23.00h , instead of telling you that they closing.

This central cafe is one of the oldest in Vratza city & has become somewhat a landmark. Located in the city center pedestrian street, it has a good view of the passing by crowd & it also offers delicious cakes, pastries, sundayes etc
