Traders Fudu Hotel, Changzhou in Changzhou

The high price does not match the service and structure of the hotel.Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Expensive breakfast, golden lounge, too expensive. In other countries the network offers better cost benefit.I requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and the staff did not answer me and did not pick me up. I had to take a taxi by myself, without knowing the local language.

It was very nice experience ; right from late night check in with Mary.Location was good for me ; part of reason to select the property.CLUB LOUNGE , was very well represented by the Staff.Especially , Manager Julia and young miss Daisy.Ms Irene ;her 5 yr experience shone through and did her personal assistance to me in respect of forward accommodation .And set up of WeCHAT media, on my phone.(essential in China.)As long time employer , I see great future for her ; she is switched on all the time ; assisting & serving Club guests.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay there: nice rooms, attentive professional staff, a beautiful lounge downstairs to enjoy your coffee... And the hotel prepared an unforgettable surprise-congratulation on my Birthday which was super-sweet ^_^

Staffs are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the overall 5S is very good, the foods are good too.I would suggest the bed and pillows must be firmer. theyre too soft which is not good foe the back bones.

There is no pleasantness in the front desk or with the coffee house waitress. Of cos not all have this attitude problem but when you arrive and you meet this staff you makes you feel that the standard of this hotel has been dropping not maintaining the standards of a Shangri-La chain hotel.

The rooms air condition is pretty bad. Both of rooms are extremely hot at night. All of adults and two kids can not sleep at all. The window can not open even a bit of gap, it makes the room crazy hot and dry. Very bad, booked two nights and only stay over one night.

During my check-in they could not find my reservation, I needed to show them the confirmation letter. As a jade GC member I did not get my chosen welcome amenities (as usually). Also with each stay the quality of the rooms is worse - there is a special (not nicesmell in the room. I always stay in a non smoking room but I smell a cigarette smoke in my room coming from the hall - looks like some guests do not respect the whole floor is non smoking...I am visiting your hotel already 4 years and is hard to say that the trend of your hotel is worsening. Hope will be changed - turned back.

A hotel that has earned the 5 stars in all directions. Very well trained and friendly staff, one of the best breakfast buffet of this hotel class, all are helpful and friendly, the rooms are modern and are maintained every day, the bathroom is cleaned daily and the towels changed, very much Fast laundry service.

Beautiful place, nice and cleaned internal areas. Nice background music. Good internal restaurants.Room nicely furnished. Room and bathroom cleaned.I found only one problem in the room, the smell coming from the air conditioning system

Hotel service is generally excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall I find the hotel very relaxing. While the facilities are getting older, the hotel is still very well kept. Would like to see more modern gym equipment and a larger gym facility in the hotel.

One of the very best hotels i have stayed in my life. Top notch customer service with very good location. Benefitted for free evening snacks through regular bookings . Wonderful menu for breakfast. Had so many awesome vegetarian choices.

One of the superb hotel in Changzhou, very excellent architecture, very good designing, very entertaining in the evenings, very good western restaurant, very good Chinese restaurant, perfect combination. Happy hour facility, limited free car parking, paid parking, live concert, everything perfect. Small issues, sometimes you will be welcomed by stinky smelly rooms, mostly perfect

Couple of negative experience:1. One of the two room assigned smelled pong. The room reassigned was better but it still smelled odd.2. The restaurant in 2F was a mess for dinner. Many dishes were out. The waitress and the head waitress (in black uniformdidnt seem to be very politely and friendly.Positive experience:The breakfast, including the staffs there, were all like Shangri-la.
