Great place so much to offer

Only visit a couple stores here Petsmart and Staples.

Need to get the large motorhome out from behind Petsmart. Its very concerning to people when it comes to safety

Parking can be a little bit of a challenge but there are so many food options to chose from in the Tracy Pavilion! I would say most cravings can be fulfilled here or at least in Tracy!

Great place. UPS, star bucks, subway all in one place. Home Depot, Ross, pet store etc...

This is a truly one stop shop. The place I go when I am in the middle of a recipe and need an ingredient or want a lotto pick.

Very nice area I take my lunch in this area

Most items are cheaper in regular grocery stores.

Great retail and excellent food options nearby.

I used to live on Clover 🍀 Rd. The Xfinity store and the Smoke shop were my favorite stops in the place.

I always find myself here so I guess I like it 😉

Had alot of fun at the pavilion whith a late lunch at the Red Robin with some great burgers and cocktails (which was great by the way). Then spend several hours looking through Bass Pro Shop that have so many great things to look and and very intelligent staff that was very very helpful had answers for every question I had (which to be honest was alot). I am one of those ppl that is into every sport out there, at least everyone that I can afford lol but overall it was a great day out my friend and I has a blast. So much to the point were we lost track of time and next thing u know it was 9 at night lol. Highly recommend going to the pavilion. Great place to go for a date or a day out with the family the sky is the limit here. I will definitely be visiting as much as I can. Thanks to all the stores for providing me an awesome day once again.

Bought food from burger IM. It was good. It has ample parking spots.

The movie theater is conveniently located not far from the main or food court entrance.

Ton of things to do while you get your brand new tires at America Tires. Chase bank, a ton of eateries, a few stores and even an Ulta, oh did I mention Starbucks and Home Depot?

Large shopping center. Its a good place where I stop to smoke a cigarette halfway between my house and my sons in Clayton Ive never been in to the shopping stores where it looks like it has everything you could possibly want I know they have a very shady parking lot and a motel So If you need to go the restroom this is your place There is no more large shopping places around from their to Clayton So if theres something you need This is your last stop to get it

New houses coming up. Very beautifully planned. Also the park is well developed.

Worse starbucks in Central valley but conveniently located always out of stuff! So disappointing for being starbucks on a heavily commuted corridor 😔

Had to get my wife a last minute gift she ran out of her favorite perfume. I was able to find a perfume store inside the mall that had it.

Leighs bar and winco are my favorite go toos. A lot of good stores next to each other.

A lot of great stores there, but traffic is horrible, in that area. Best to shop early, or have to deal with the traffic.

If you live in Tracy, you normally have to go to this pavilion. I didnt even know it had a name, but it makes sense that it would be the Tracy pavilion. Every store you think of. Its over here, and he store thats probably new. Probably going over here, did your aunt tell you to go pick up something? She meant to go pick it up over here? Just trust me on that

Good parking and nice variety of shops as I stopped at Java Juice to get a drink before getting back on the road

A little awkward on the setup but easy enough to navigate the plaza and surrounding areas. Decent lighting and reasonable amounts of parking around each of the stores present. Will end up sropping here now and then and am pleased that it has good lighting and adequate safeguards to feel secure going to and from my vehicle no matter the time of day.Parking spaces clearly marked and trash seems to be under control, with adequate spacing between vehicles so there should be a lesser chance of doors hitting other cars.

Best spot to hangout and view whatever it is you wanna see, A good spot to go if you have any friends or best friends! 10/10 would go here at anytime

It was a nice clean place. I was just passing through. There were alot of shops I went to Starbucks which was super crowded. Unfortunately my timeline didnt allow me to wait twenty minutes for a coffee.

Not a bad plaza! Lots of options here. I like that you can get almost everything you need done in the Pavilion; coffee to eye exams, a new bed, groceries and tires. Very well thought out cluster of businesses.

Lots of great places to stop and eat. Besides national brands like Starbucks, Round Table and Jamba Juice, there are lots of local restaurants to try. Definitely worth a stop and visit.

We went to Rubios! Love the Tacos! I had Coastal Tri! Delicious Mai-Mai was spicy for me, but not for my Wife! She ordered Shrimp Burrito gave me half & She took the taco. She is a light eater. She was stuffed. My Father & Step Mother(it is Her Burthdaythey had the Original Taco plate w/2 Tacos. The Staff all we very Helpful & Friendly! They were patient w/us. My Wife & I havent been to a Rubios in yrs & My Folks Havent been so a bit of discussion. We traveled from Hayward to Tracy to get them then get to the restaurant, so We had to use restroom then ordered. That is why I say they were patient. We didnt have anyone behind us. We were lucky & Greatful that ppl came after we ordered, so we were in no ones way!

Nol good. But, some was great. Lots of athleisure wear. No more petits and no more plus sizes. Also not a very good selection of high-end merchandise. Only 2 cash register areas. Also only 2 dressing areas. Last chance racks are great for finding deals, if you have the time to peruse or youre hiding out from your family. Typically, Munira works in kitchenwares. I would highly recommended Munira; She knows everything Macys. I gave my shopping experience a 5. Had she not been there, 3 would be the absolute highest. Its better to shop online, get several sizes try everything on at home and then return the items you dont like to the store.

We ordered the veggie delight at Subway and the bread and veggies were fresh and customer service was pretty good. My only hiccup for this area is they have a designated Starbucks line snack dab in the middle of the parking lot making it extremely hard to find a park.

We bought a dryer at home depot. Same ole place..but we did get a very helpful women. Had to wait a week for delivery, I thought that was a little long of a wait.

Been here two times people nice and friendly. If you need some work done on your teeth this is the place to go.The dentist explain everything that he is doing. Wonderful place.

I am in this shopping center on a regular. They have Marshalls and Ross. Winco is the cheapest grocery store in the city. Home Depot has helped me keep my back yard blooming. A must stop is the starbucks. Maybe some Panda Express for lunch or Round table. If its too hot I may need a Jamba juice. My son is always wanting to visit the Game Stop if we are in the area. There are a few new food places id like to try that are open for take out. Hopefully they can stay open during these trying times. Stay safe everyone!!

Would give it 5 stars, but customers at Starbucks are rude. 1 guy sitting at a table for 4 would not move to a smaller table so the 4 of us could sit down. Told us to F-off. He would move when he was damn well ready. And we were polite about it until then.

Large shopping center with plenty of different types of shops clothing home Depot pets make up food etc. Plenty of parking. The grounds are well-maintained easy access through three or four different points of entry. Also easy freeway access just off at naglee road.

It has a large number of stores, from Pet Smart, Home Depot, Boot Barn, Staples,etc. and lots of good eateries! Its difficult to get in and out of! Another fine example of poor planning from the city! Its more of a large strip mall type shopping center! Dont expect it to be like a Pleasanton mall! But, its local and convenient, neat and clean and beats commuting over the hill any day!!

A lot of great shops and free parking you can find most anything you want there from lunch to home repairs products clothing Food grocery store pretty much everything to go there plus you have a Starbucks in the area belongs at the Office Depot and a Boot Barn you cant beat Boot Barn for the boots.

Plenty of good places to eat. This shopping center has pretty much anything you need from hardware, home decor, groceries, clothing...etc. only negative would be how busy the parking lots are. However, people are coming and going so there is usually parking.

They have a Save Mart, Baskin Robins Ice Cream Shop, Mix Donut Shop, Cigarette City (who also sells Vaps), Several Restaurants, Beauty Salon, Nail, Salon, Subway, and several other shops. They are right off the freeway and next to several gas stations, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants. It works great for me when I am on my way home

a massive outdoor shopping area with sufficient parking that is disproportionately sectioned. the food alley is too cramped, and home depot has more parking than the Pentagon, which will never fill. what the area really needs is a small park at its center, and a real restaurant, like an applebees or something. otherwise, the variety is good

Was at Win CO. They have everything you need very low prices good quality on most of there meats. The fat could have been shaved off however you get what you pay for. And my Eastbay cell phone reception was bad.
