The room here was very spacious with a small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well. There is a small seating area couch which turns to a bed. The bathroom is bigger than usual hotels I have seen. Clean room and friendly service. You get a complementary breakfast from 7-10 durian weekends and 6-9 during week days. You have enough parking space. Very nice place to stay with your family.

Giving 5/5 for all the employees that work here. They did a superb job my entire stay.

The employees are friendly....The greeting cookies taste good.... The pool is very inviting, with warm towels just dying to to warm you up upon exiting the pool....I have not had the privilege of using the weight room equipment, however at various times I have noticed some guests using the equipment, they seemed satisfied.Breakfast is okay... The apple and orange juice at times seem more watered down than normal.... Sometimes the bacon seems fresher than others.... I think the reason is that instead of taking the time to readjust the fresh on the bottom, they just dump it on top of the bacon they started out with... Making the older bacon tougher, and the newer bacon.... Not so warm....Housekeeping.... Most of them seem very friendly with the desire to please.... It helps if you try to speak Spanish though, as I am uncertain how much English they really know... And knowing your numbers in Spanish is very helpful, as well as greetings and gratitude.... 👍🏻

I stayed 2 nights at this TownePlace Suites and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and they offered full ammenities like all the other locations I have stayed at. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was on the first floor and there were some smokers outside one afternoon. With the AC running the room began to smell like cigarettes for a short time. The front desk addressed this concern in a timely manner. Thank you to General Manager Erin Neilson for reaching out and making us feel welcome at her hotel. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Visiting for work and this is my first time at this Marriott and I have to say I am very impressed with the ease of mobile check in, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are equipped with pretty much everything you need for a long stay, they are very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is really good and the location is perfect for quick freeway access.. I will definitely be staying here on my trips to Oregon!

Following the massive ice storm in February 2021, my mom along with my husband and I and all our dogs needed a place to stay and keep warm after both our homes dropped to 40 degrees (we were without power for 8 days). This was the only place locally that allowed dogs and had any availability and we could not have lucked out with a better spot! The staff were incredibly kind and take great care in the upkeep, cleanliness, and service here. We loved our spaces and slept on the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced in any hotel (we always bring our own pillows though). The bonus to save some money was each room is equipped and furnished with a mini kitchen, so we were able to cook meals there while also enjoying complimentary breakfast as well. We know where we will stay the next time we need a fun place to escape and take our dogs as well!

Great place, staff super friendly, and I have been to a lot of hotels lately but this hotel has the best breakfast hands down. Will be back

Wonderful place to stay in the Portland area. Pretty new hotel which is a nice plus. All the employees were friendly and welcoming and it was a good place to bring my small dog as well. The continental breakfast was a nice perk as well. I would definitely return if I was staying in the area again.

We just checked in seven days ago last Saturday. We are staying here for nineteen days. In the process of moving from Hayden Island in Portland to a new home in Atlanta, Georgia. This location is fairly new it seems. Very clean. Great location right off off freeway. And the best part is the staff! From before we even checked in, Grant was a big help in making sure my wife got her Marriott points, part of our stay had to go thru call center the other they hotel directly. Grant came across with a great attitude, good energy, well spoken and extremely helpful. Then once we checked in we were introduced to Lloyd. He was amazing, I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and there were several occasion just in last week that I needed help and Lloyd was right there to take care of me. And, he did it with enthusiasm and a genuine sincerity that he cared. Of course there are other staff team members that have also been great. The cleaning team superstars! We are business executives who have very high expectations and so more often then not we are disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service. NOT HERE! Everyone on the team you all should be proud of yourselves! The world needs more wonderful people like you all! Thank you and best of success.

I stay at Towneplace Suites hotels a lot, and this one is overall quite nice. A beautiful hotel, fresh, clean, new, well-maintained, with plenty of parking. My internet speed test showed 100/100mbps. Fastest I’ve seen at any hotel, thus far, and it reconnects automatically with no browser prompt (after “signing in”).The finer details of this place tell me that it was probably spec’d by an experienced traveler. Glass stovetops, clean door latches, rubber bumpers on the door casings, toilet seat that extends forward beyond the bowl, wide-opening/accessible closets, independent climate control, full height mirror next to the door, USB charging ports on the bedside lights, pamphlet on the refrigerator with loads of basic details about the hotel (like pool and fitness hours, and many FAQs), light diffusers on both the tops and bottoms of the bedside lamp shades, huge dresser in the bedroom with plenty of space to set things down, or charge devices. It’s all pretty well-thought-out.Some things that I didn’t like here:Noise & disturbances. We were in a 1 bedroom suite on the quiet side of the hotel. Road noise was very high. For anyone bothered by vehicles accelerating and engine braking, I could hear it quite prominently, through ear plugs, while in bed. I slept with ear plugs in, and a pillow over my head. We were also on the 4th floor, which is the top floor for guest rooms, but apparently there’s a maintenance/equipment level above that. During our short stay, there was a ton of loud banging and thumping going on up there. A heads up would have been nice, and the opportunity to select a different floor at check-in. We had a phone call and a knock at the door at about 2PM on the same day. We’re Platinum members with guaranteed 4PM checkout, and had a 4PM checkout arranged when we booked. We had a DND sign on the door at the time. Annoying and disruptive. These are the main reasons we didn’t extend our stay here.The shower had no door or curtain, just a glass partition wall that goes halfway across. Pretty impractical, as elegant as it looks. Soap and water splash onto the floor, making the bath mat and surrounding floor excessively wet and gross. That’s asking for water damage/mold problems over time. The floor and the edges don’t look especially well-sealed to compensate for the shower design.My room had an oven, but no baking sheet. That’s a cheap amenity, and should be a standard amenity for a room with an oven, I think.The Towneplace Suites picture with all the random words hanging right in front of the toilet was uncalled for. I don’t know if Marriott requires them to put that in the rooms, or what, but I think it’s obnoxious, and borderline intrusive - especially when it’s hanging up in a place like that. Know where that picture would look great? In the cabinet under the kitchen sink, face down.In all seriousness, this Towneplace Suites is superior to most, in a lot of ways, but I still don’t think I’d opt to stay here again.

Room was clean and modern, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, all staff helpful and friendly. Recommend!

stayed here and used the meeting room. staff was great and always helpful. Meeting room was opened on time every day for my staff. fresh coffee available every morning. hot breakfast included with stay. would recommend staying here if you have something going on in the area.

Great property, clean, well maintained, nice rooms and reasonable price. Plus ample free parking available within the property, which is a big consideration for me since i travel by my own car.

I cant say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They texted me throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Location was nice and close to a bunch of restaurants, hotel was nice a clean, and so was my room. Had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again! Shout out to Shaunta, Grant & Tiana for being excellent staff and always checking in on me!

***Edit: Even after them reaching out nothing was fixed. I do not recommend this place if you need the internet for work. Even if there are other people are here, the internet should at least still be a usable speed***Might be okay if youre Amish and never ever ever plan on using the internet beyond anything further than a simple Google search. Theres homeless tents in Portland with better wifi than this place. Prisoners have more internet privileges than the wifi allows here. Is this 2002?

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. From reception to the amazing housekeeping staff, I was amazed. Everything was so clean and sterilized. Breakfast was great, good variety and great quality. I would absolutely stay here again.
