Absolutely fantastic staff at this tourist information centre - excellent customer service indeed.You can find plenty of free leaflets on the local area, transport timetables too. Theres also plenty of Blackpool Souvenirs for sale too which is epic.You can also buy tickets from the staff here, for all Blackpool attractions too.When you are next in Blackpool, make the tourist information Centre your 1st port of call for a visit !!!! 🙂🙂

Nothing has changed much over the years,it still looks run down & tired.Not sure how the place could revive itself but some of those seafront hotels need knocking down as they are dilapidated.

Helpful staff who booked us into Madame Tussauds as we were having problems booking on the Madame Tussauds website.

The staff are a bit non-committal. There is a lot of information available, but the staff dont go out of their way to help, you have to get their attention and that isnt an easy task!

Visited Blackpool at the weekend and bought resort passes from visitors centre and show tickets, had a few questions to ask and was served by Steve. He was very patient, cheerful and got me the best deals and purchases all ran smoothly. He was so helpful and pleasant that I felt I wanted to leave a positive review and thank him on here as I did in person.

Great informative staff. Can pick resort passes up from there. Got given a map & loads of events flyers when we went in. Couldnt of asked for more helpful and informative staff. Wasnt hard to find and was close to the tower so also close to Blackpool.north train station.

Ideally located on the seafront, close to the Tower and North Pier. Lots of leaflets and info about events, shows and attractions in Blackpool and Lancashire, as well as bus and tram times. I always find the staff cheerful, friendly and helpful. You can buy a resort pass that will get you into up to nine major attractions, and there are £5 discount vouchers in the events guide.

Can get busy but full of useful information & leaflets. Some have discounts on them, or can buy cheaper discounted entry tickets but shop around first. Some are same as gate prices, some offer extras you do not normally get. Some a few quid cheaper. Online advanced ordering at lots of these local venues or cereal packed ticket offers can usually beat them. Helpful & knowledgeable staff though so worth checking in there at the start of your visit.
