Modern shopping centre with fashion and high-street shops, plus restaurants and a 9-screen cinema.
Good shopping centre, great select of shops. When we went on a Tuesday evening it was full of teenage school kids, but otherwise quite. However, the M&S was no longer there, which was inconvenient.
Fabulous shops and places to have something to eat from a snack to a full blown meal.
yesterday a very nice gentleman who works security helped us to find the restaurant. instead of closing. it was a very nice gesture. give that man a promotion.
Quality shops reasonably priced! Worth a visit.
I went to the cinema here it has good cinema plenty of places to eat and plenty of shops
Great place to visit for decent shops and easy accessibility.
Nice shopping centre, big car park, very clean , plenty of shops.
Really busy .. but it was a Saturday, went to Mell Square to a Halloween Event which was enjoyed by the Kids.
Nice shopping centre, although I expected it to be a little bigger and more variety of clothes shops. Parking price is very good too. I paid £3.50 for 2-3 hours.
A very high standard, shipping centre which takes pride in itself.Staff are great, cleanliness is fantastic, all staff helpful and the centre management is by far one of the best group there is 👍
You can get off the bus outside of Touchwood. Many shops, coffee shops inside such as Starbucks and Costa. Plus a Cineworld cinema. Opened 21 years ago. There are entrances at the back including one leading to the library.
Many shops to chose from ! The mall is absolutely stunning 🤩 I always enjoy spending my half day in here x
Spent the most delightful Sunday afternoon with family, sitting outside The Costa in Touchwood Shopping Centre Solihull drinking their brilliant lattes and milk shakes; whilst being entertained by St Johns Ambulance Volunteers giving CPR demonstrations to all and sundry in the central display area.Touchwood itself was its usual relaxed; chilled; and ambient self, seemingly fulfilling all the needs of its Shoppers.
Very useful town shopping and entertainment centre, great variety of shops and eating places for all budgets highly recommended !!!
Ideal venue for shops cinema and Core theatre coffee shops all under one roof well managed and ideal shopping experience Well worth a visit.
Nice and clean shopping area.Found this Gorilla which everyone who passed it loved.
I went here to test drive a Polestar 2, so this was the first time Ive visitied this shopping centre. The car park entrance could do with a bit more space to enter, but the charges are fair. There is a lot of shops but I didnt have time to fully explore the shopping centre. We grabbed some food from Wagamama, food was good but the service was terrible - my wifes food came first mine came 15 minutes later and the side 20 minutes after that.
Regular visitor to touchwood, and its always well maintained and clean. The negative side is the variety of shops, towards Starbucks the number of empty shops is increasing much like all high streets unfortunately. Touch wood back of house staff are great, as a contractor you have to book in but theyre good to deal with.
Fantastic shopping experience 😀very good selection of different shops.Lots of restaurants to choose from ifyoure hungry, cant wait to visit againsoon.
We went in to get a shirt for my husband the sales lady was very helpful and also very pleasant she fetched someone to order one for him and the young lad was also very pleasant and helpful
Loved this place, so many shopping choices to browse and very very polite teams in each store we visited
Good mall has everything you need and if it doesnt its right in the middle of the town centre anyway, bonus is the cinema is there too plus loads of places to eat
So big here ! So many shops here ! Many choices are available !
Small stores, limited selection of items. Barely a shopping centre and more of an experience to walk through due to how spacious and pretty the building is.
So big ! Many shops in here! Many choices for this town citizens !
Very relaxed atmosphere in this shopping centre, lots of places to shop and nice layout. Not so huge that you get lost there haha
Pleasant shopping centre with a good mix of stores and restaurants, comprising internal and external malls. As with any shopping centre though, signs of empty shops and some missing big names. John Lewis is still there, but how long it stays remains to be seen. Parking costs arent as steep as Birmingham City Centre.
A vibrant and active indoor shopping centre that has a John Lewis - in this age anywhere that has a department store is fantastic!! Places to eat and nearly all the units occupied again unusual in this day and age. The design is vintage but contemporary very nice.
An eclectic offering of good value food and a diverse range of shops to suit all budget . Love Touchwood shopping and eating.
Great place and vibrant with lots of shopping opportunities. Nice to find somewhere still thriving. Great parking nearby. Would recommend!
Nice center .. very clean ..no riff raff in there .or beggars ..makes a change compared to some places ..we line Solihull may go again tomorrow ...pity weatherspoons is a let down . .need a good clean up ..
I think i needed more time but what i saw i liked. Very clean a great selection of stores and restaurants on the 1st floor.
Lovely shopping centre with a good range of high street shops and some more unusual ones plus the bonus of a lovely John Lewis. Nice busy vibe here. Also a good range of shops and cafes in the square outside.
Great shopping centre, plenty of parking and is a reasonable cost. Has both and indoor and outdoor areas. Very good mix of brands and local shops and quite a few food places as well.Good, clean state of toilets and baby changing facilities which is always nice to see.
I been here many times it’s huge you might get lost here , Really good and clean, you will find every other store here apple Zara super dry next h and m and off course John Louis
Always a pleasure to shop here good parking good public transport excellent centre out side pedestrian area with lots more bars eating areas markets festivals friendly happy experience.
A nice medium sized shopping centre with air conditioning. It has plenty of food places on the first floor. It currently has a sand pit outside one if the exits !!Patrolled by security.Plenty of shops.Wide Isles and high ceilings making it feel spacious.
Excellent first aid attention for my elderly mother who collapse. Special thanks to Julie and members of the motability centre who jumped into action to assist. Touchwood staff were top grade and took diligent care of a life-threatening situation. My family are thankful to the running operations of this fantastic place and in particular the first-aid team.
Nice Shopping Centre. Well Managed, Spacious and safe as they tolerate any Anti Social Behaviour. Which as a sufferer of Anxiety puts me at an ease. Allowing me to spend more time looking in the various shops.
Its a really nice shopping centre. Everything is easy to find and comparing Touchwood to the Bullring, which is my usual place to shop, is a far more relaxed and civilised shopping experience. I didn’t see any homeless begging and no religious zealots screaming into microphones or praying in the street unlike Birmingham city centre. And they have a John Lewis too, which makes me happy.
Good sized mall, layout very well thought out. Clean public toilet facilities available at both ends of the mall.Well staffed with security personnel so feels safe.
Probably one of the most pleasant shopping centres Ive been in. Light and airy with lots of natural light. Interesting decorations with relief panels depicting local scenes in the brickwork and wooden plans of cities and towns. One of the best features is that it is laid out on routes through the town centre so doesnt have any dead ends.Other than a bite to eat in one of the upstairs (chainrestaurants I dont think I went in any shops but still found it an interesting visit.
Excellent sushi katsu curry etc great decor. Bit pricey
In Touchwood there are many shops to visit. I had visited John Lewis to buy some stuff. But there was not good discount so I had postman data plan or buying the stuff. Actually there was nice Christmas decoration and many things for the Christmas are coming up because Christmas is very near.
A really lovely town centre. The street market on Fridays is a treat for real foodies. The shopping mall is clean, well lit with wheelchair access. The public toilets are spacious, well decorated and very clean. There is a large John Lewis and regular other stores youd expect to see. Fair amount of eateries inside, more outside. What I particularly liked about this centre is the size, not too big just right and easy to navigate around.
First time Ive been to Solihull and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice mix of old and new and seemed very vibrant
One and only shopping centre in Solihull which has a number of shopping options. Showrooms such as Apple, hollister, super dry and John Lewis make shopping experience nice.Eating joints such as Jamaya, wagamama, pizza hut and Nando give you nice eating variety.
Food was a great Wagamama standard and the staff worked magic under the amount of stress from the busy time. Nicky who served me was friendly and attentive.
I had to visit Birmingham recently and decided to visit Solihull. For those not familiar with this beautiful town it is in the top six most coveted places to live in the UK based on life style amenities and environment. I travel extensively and have visited some of the finest shopping malls in the world from Las Vegas to Dubai’s famous mall but Touchwood Mall in Solihull is architecturally stunning. I have never seen a more tasteful eclectic design anywhere! There are cartouches depicting local history, exposed brickwork, beautiful cantilevered ceilings. stencil work friezes. timbered floors wonderful ‘Alice in Wonderland chairs’ it just goes on and on. All the leading fashion houses are there as well as anchor stores John Lewis and House of Fraser. I loved the Tesla store adjacent to the Apple store, to attract these big names you have to be high profile. Solihull has delightful medieval houses juxtaposed with modern shopping area such as Mell Square with numerous eating establishments. Thoroughly enchanted with the town
A relatively small shopping centre with narrow corridors but it houses most successful high street brands which includes Apple store too,Located at the heart of Solihull and walkable distance from local residential areas, Recommend it for a quick shopping or to spend your afternoon with your parents or grandparents.
