Tiny and cost place, with delicious Italian food and smiley Italian owner. The place was closing in 30 min, but we were served all the main courses, while in numerous places we tried to dine in the kitchen was closed an hour before.

Freshly made focaccia and ciabatta sandwiches with fresh ingredients, great sharing platter and friendly service..Worth a visit

The place opens at 9am, but at 8:40am at the entrance the sweet lady already offers me hot fresh croissants and coffee :Such a sweet spot, love it!

This place is a blessing on a hot summer day. Has wifi and places to charge the phone. Affordable and good, friendly service too. Greeted in English.

Very poor quality for the price. Travelers please do take care when visiting. Eur prices are higher then they should be... and the whole place is tailored around squeezing out money from you without providing actual quality. Not recommended.

I came with no expactations, thinking the hot chocolat would be an other disappointment. What a fool! Surely one of the best Ive ever tasted. Real chocolate, real cream, good amount of sugar...I can only recommend this caffe

They have a second location just nearby (30 metersi was there. Nice service, and quick to prepare the food. Have good quality tea. The view to the river.

Vegetarian lasagna was cold, gross and had no flavor. Also the lady working there was rude.

Took them >45min (!to prep 2 sandwitches. Asked after 20min how much longer, got told "only 3 more minutes..".....we did not get what we ordered.. only about 10 guests where in there, same issue for everybody... food was excelent tough - waiter knew he messed up and excused himself

Very cosy, small Italian place located in front of the Castle. Excellent coffee, amazing cakes ( try the panna cotta alongside tasty crispy sandwiches. They also offer some Italian products on the side.

Friendly staff, great prices, EXCELLENT cherry (meggystrudel. They serve Caffé Moreno brand coffee and is worth a look just for a good espresso or cappuccino too. Dont skip the strudel though. Its literally among the best Ive had throughout the country.

We had a wonderful meal, the woman who prepared our food and served us was nice and friendly. The food wasnt expensive and was delicious, best restaurant in Budapest so far :)

This is a cosy, quite chic, but nonetheless relaxed spot on the Danube with good coffee and fantastic cakes in a tea-room atmosphere.The service was friendly and good, so I was disappointed the guy couldn’t accept tips by credit card, since I had no HUF or even EUR cash on me. Next time!

The food is fantastic! There is nothing better than a tasteful propper dish with a view of Danube. The staff is extremely friendly. Another big bonus is the fact that its very budget friendly compared to the other bars nearby. I would highly recommend it!

Amazig place! Extremely delicious food. The Miglefolie is the best desert I have ever tried ffor a very long time. They have a very friendly staff. I would definitevly recommend anyone to go there and I will come back here every time I visit Budapest. :)

Loved this quaint little place. Excellent little treats. Another customer had the tiramisu and ordered a second because it was so good. We were going to try but it was then sold out for the day.

Made to order sandwiches were nice, and the croissant was one of the best Ive had in a long time. Coffee was meh though. But nice service and a lovely atmosphere.

We stopped there for a quick breakfast. The food was okay nothing special. But what was disappointing is that they didn’t serve the two plates at the same time. I finished first and we had to wait more than 5min for the second omelette. Won’t come back.

You are tried from a visit to Buda Castle and nearby touristy things. Come here for a respite of savory sandwiches, sweet treats and delicious coffee in a charming atmosphere. Seating inside or out. We had a delicious chiabatta turkey sandwich and perfect coffee. Just a short walk from the crowds at the Széchenyi bridge. Dont miss it!

Perfect location, terrible service. I waited 20 mins on the terrace and noone came to ask if I want to order anything, they passed by 10x and not even say hello. When I asked they told me "you have to order at the bar and it is written on the menu". Well, it was written but with small letters and the menu was sticky, dirty and used. Please avoid this place as there are many other cool places in the street, the arrogant Italian owner does not deserve any penny.

Amazing authentic Italian cafe in Budapest near castle hill. You can have beverage at reasonable price in a cozy place. You can also buy Italian food like pasta, olive oil, Italian wine and Biscoto. I had cappuccino, chocolate cake and sandwich.

Its a fine little place with a nice person behind the counter. Freshly made warm sandwiches, desserts and platters are served here with a freshly made selection of hot and chilled drinks. Overall a nice little place on a busy touristy street.
