Upscale, modern Italian choice at the Ritz-Carlton with an open kitchen & floor-to-ceiling windows.
One of the best experience we had! Came here for a birthday and the service was just amazing, food was delicious and totally worth it. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much to Jovi, Edmond and Eric for making this lunch an unforgettable moment ❤️
Nice evening view for fine dinning, service is good and the atomosphere in the restaurant is spacious and relaxing.
Absolutely exquisite dining experience. The food was wonderful. The service was attentive and efficient, but not overbearing. And the atmosphere was perfect.Lots of little surprises, like the little bites and nibbles at the start, the selection of olive oils for the freshly baked bread, and the amazing Italian cheese selection. Italian cheese – who knew! The menu was short, but well curated and obviously based on the freshest ingredients available – not like some Italian restaurants whose menus are the size of the Old Testament! Our bill for 2 came to around US320 with 2 glasses of wine (we didnt order from the extensive section of bottled wines). Cheap? No, but definitely worth it.And at 100 floors up, the view was spectacular of course! Will definitely return.
An extraordinary and exquisite culinary experience awaits at Tosca di Angelo on the 102 floor, Ritz Carlton. This was our first visit and we were fortunate to be seated next to the window giving a beautiful view of Hong Kong. From the menu, we chose the Minuetto (4 courses with fish selected rather than lamband Ricordi (5 courses with beef as the mainwithout the wine pairing option.Every dish was cooked to perfection, presented, and explained. The portion sizes were just right and we felt comfortably full by the end.Highly recommended and were looking forward to returning.
Great food. Friendly servers. Beautiful scenery. A bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the money.
Great view and professional service. Went for the Ricordi tasting menu and wagyu beef is the best. Kudos to the staff for giving detailed explanations of each dish. The cheese tasting is really fun. Overall a great experience.
Its a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Stunning view, good food and service. Staff are attentive and make great recommendations.
Impeccable service Assigned to corner table overseeing HK. . Clear and concise intro to each dish.
Been to this restaurant a few times before COVID. Its located in HK Ritz Carlton. Very nice ambience. Delicious and innovative cuisine. Only downside might be price: they charge you even for water, and it was not very transparent to me what is charged vs whats not , while I would feel embarrassed had I asked on the spot.
Dining at Tosca di Angelo is such a pleasure. The best food I’ve tasted all year. Extremely generous service from Raymond and Jonathan who really made us feel welcome. They are a credit to the restaurant. A very memorable day!
Three months ago/ Enjoyed an absolutely fantastic lunch today. A perfect and friendly service, beautifully presented food, very elegant, extremely high attention to detail, generous portions, lovely flavours etc etc. Cannot wish for more. The Rum Baba dessert was absolutely wonderful! Truly outstanding!March 2022: Finally returned to Tosca. Had the pleasure to enjoy another truly amazing lunch. The flavours, the texture, the presentation, the creativity and the attention to details! Magnificent! Would love to dine here daily!
Im there to celebrate my wedding with my wife. Food, drinks and service are of the very top standard in town. Special credit to service ambassador Mr Leon for his professional advice over everything, including the photo taking part.
Valentine day’s eve, reserved lunch cope with omicron no dinner restriction. Arrived, grand, yet comfy entrance, walked down 2 storeys stairs, high ceiling, beautiful setup. Courteous service, a little constrainted, but 5 star hotel style, understood. Recommended free flew Ruinart pkg, no objection of couse. Entire lunch from choices of Olive oils, sour dough to main were impeccable, delicate balance of taste was the center stage. Each dish brought out different surprises, right portion, must taste with palate not with words. Skipped deserts, perfect coffee finish, what an experience! Michelin star don’t born without substance, my comment, perfect balance of taste and ambience, worth the price!
We were very happy with the service and the food. The restaurant is beautiful with a magnificent view and tasteful interiors.
Amazing food and people. They took really good care of our table.
Saturday brunch with great food and excellent view 👍🏻
Excellent Italian cuisine with attentive service and beautiful views.
Stunning views, excellent service and decor fit for special occasions. Seafood centric menu that excels at pastas and bakery.
Excellent food, vibe, view, and service. Really enjoyed every single dish - from burrata, prawn pasta, iberico, to tiramisu. Sommeliers recos were great too.
make no mistake that this is a casual dining joint. situated up on the 100th floor, you have to pass several doorway and escalaters to the restaurant, before being usher through a stylish runway to your seat, that in itself, a ceremony. once you are there, you will be rewarded unobstructed view of both sides of the Victoria harbor. food is amazing and meticulously prepared. wine selection is extensive and the sommeliers recommendations are excellent. service is professional and fluent. overall impeccable if not for the price: a typical 4 course meal cost around 2000 hkd per head, and wine pairing another 1000 hkd. but I guess for this amazing views, everything will be worthwhile.
An excellent restaurant which serves delicious Italian cuisine. A reliable and satisfying choice of dining with your VIP(s).
Wonderful Italian food, fantastic view! We ordered the weekend lunch and an additional lychee cake from the Ritz Carlton cake shop. The staff was friendly and professional, and the bathrooms were clean. Hand towels were provided in the bathroom, which is always an extra point in my books! The beef was fat, the fat wasn’t as well distributed across the piece of meat, with a chunk of fat at the top. However the pork was great, and made up for the beef. The burrata and tomatoes were a personal highlight.
Food and environment are good, nice view outside. The only thing that hurt overall experience was their tablecloth quality, as it was so dusty that my black pants were terribly contaminated with lots of white dusts, while waiters said its normal...
Fine dinning with kids was definitely a challenge! True appreciation to the staff there for accomodating the little ones’ needs…. My little bosses were very satisfied!
Superb food and service.Manager Raymond and Sommelier Olivier had taken good care of us.
Incredibly lucky to experience Tosca for the first time. The level of professionalism and care shown by the entire staff is outstanding. Each course was a journey and I couldnt fault one dish.Oh, theres also a view across Hong Kong thats simply amazing.Special occasion place - sure, but highly recommended.
Spectacular view from the 103rd floor. One of the best Italian restaurant in town. The bread and choices of olive oil is plus to start the meal.
Great food with fantastic viewExcellent ServiceMust try 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
4-course lunch setThe food and service was Okay but not really impressive.
I couldn’t find a reason to give this restaurant anything other than 5 stars. I’ve been here twice and the experience wasn’t dulled the second time, as I don’t imagine it will diminish during the third or fourth or fifth! From booking the reservation to leaving dinner it was customer service oriented to the max. Everything from pulling out your chair before sitting, answering questions about anything on the menu without hesitation (twice :)), offering wine pairing advice for your meal, accommodating a special event, presenting your food at the same time as everyone in your party (literally placing your food down and then removing the lid), to pouring your empty cup of wine/water/beverage (although it within arms reachwas what made it different. This is a dining experience, it is worth the cost. You pay for the atmosphere, the 102nd level view, the 5-6 people it seems that wait on you, the food prep/presentation, and the high quality food and their ingredients prepared by a masterful chef from Sicily. My only suggestion is to ask for a window table, it makes it that much more special. Just go see for yourself instead of reading anymore reviews.
Authentic Sicilian cuisine with breathtaking view on floor 102. I booked Tosca to celebrate fathers day because I have heard that the chef is from Sicily and I miss food from Sicily after taking a trip there two years ago and its not easy to find authentic Sicilian dishes in Hong Kong. There is another restaurant servicing southern Italian cuisine but I was not very impressed. For starter, I ordered blue lobster salad with baby broccoli puree with Kaluga caviar. The dish looked as great as it tasted. The lobster and caviar tasted very fresh and full of flavour. For the first course, I had the risotto with Sciliy & Spain red prawn, it tasted heavenly. The sauce was very concentrated like a prawn / lobster bisque taste, and there is a device to squeeze the juice from the prawn head into my risotto to enhance the flavour even moreFor the second course, I had the red star grouper in fish soup, apparently the dish is originated from the chefs home town. The fish was steamed , the meat was so tender, the soup was thin yet full of fish flavour. I really enjoy it.For dessert, I ordered tiramisu with coffee granita, it was ok as Im not a dessert person. The meal was so worth it and both my parents and I enjoyed it very much
My husband and I visited Tosca, one of my fav restaurants in Kowloon area. The restaurant located at 102lvl of ICC tower so it gives an astonishing view of Kowloon and HK island. The dishes are prepared at high level. We ordered a la carte: Blue lobster salad, organic pasta with sea urchin as second dish, turbot fillet and wagyu sirloin as main dishes, cheese platter as finishing coupled with a white and red wine recommended by staff. We are happy with every single dish that it has a highlight in each of them. The restaurant also provides complementary small treat: 5 types of appetiser bites, 4 types of desserts bites, and endless bread and crisp. They have a very special Olive oil tasting that gives five types of selections. I asked if they have the olive oil to sell, however it is for in-house use only. At last when we checking the bill they gave us a small bottle of olive oil that I’ve enquired as a gift! That’s so sweet!Overall we are very happy and satisfied with this experience and special thx gives to the staff served our table - Nick, Raymond and Kate.
Let me put it this way; Ive eaten in some of the nicest, most lavish steakhouses in Paris, London, New York, Prague, etc., and none compare with the overall experience of Tosca. Our waiter spoke eight languages, the dinner was absolutely incomparable, and the view was breathtaking. Sure, its pricey, but you certainly wont regret or forget a visit to this world class restaurant.
Sat brunch - 4 course and Veuve Clicquot free-flow. Worthy HKD 1,000 incl. SC. Aps cold and hot were nice. Only main was too small portion - seriously (compared to size of starters). Desserts were nice too. Service wonderful (great staff), so were the views - as Ozone Bar, best are at washrooms. Booking recommended.
Wow!!! If I just could do 6 stars 🌟 I would do it! Amazing experience, amazing view! Angelo (the Chiefis simply magician 🎩! Very very impressive! Try also lunch menu if you can! 🙏🏼
My go-to Italian restaurant in Hong Kong and its not just about the stunning harbour view from 400metres above the ground. The attentive service, tranquil ambience and most importantly, Chef Angelos classic Italian cuisine with modern touch and Sicilian inspiration all part of the reasons I come back time and time again for more...
First time visiting Tosca in Kowloon. Frankly quite a bit of expectations given my experiences since the old days of Ritz in Central. Sadly the food was just average. Service intensity was however quite disappointing even the tables were not that full this evening. The best attraction here was the panoramic view of Hong Kong from 102/F. Interior decoration was cosy too.
On the One hundred and second floor (102of ICC, the Tosca experience will amaze you on every metric.Theres the suspense building wait in the elevator ride to level 103, the walk through the lobby at the Ritz, the escalator down to the hostess followed by the short walk through a labyrinth of rich decor that opens into a double story open space with the most incredible views of Hong Kong island and further past as far as the eye can see.The service is outstanding. The food of the most exceptional quality. The experience - unforgettable.
Delicious. Great service. They moved me closer so I could get a better view of the Harbour. Thank you Raymond! He suggested the beef carpaccio, carbonara, pork belly and chocolate raspberry cake and everything was delicious. I did 4 courses and plus my water and service fee I paid about 111 dollars. Such a great experience!
I was worried that this place would be over hyped for me but I really enjoyed my 4 course lunch meal here. I made a reservation online for 1:30 pm on a Saturday through email. I made this reservation on a Thursday and they got back to me on the same day. I took an Uber there because Google maps made it seem like its not possible to MTR there without going out of the way from Tsim Sha Tsui...but it is. Just get off at Austin and you can take a walkway bridge to the mall that will eventually lead you to the Ritz.Anyways, there was no waiting involved and I was promptly seated. They rolled out bucket filled with champagnes and asked me if Id like any but because I was on a budget I declined. They ask if you want water...you will pay for this. 90 HK for still Evian water, but I didnt mind. Just beware if you are on a budget. I stuck to water the whole meal. My 4 courses was 698 HK plus 10% service charge. I actually tipped my waiter more...like 15% more. Raymond was such an excellent waiter. He provided recommendations for each course and I decided to go with whatever he recommended: 1. Beef carpaccio (delicious!2. Spaghetti carbonara style (on the saltier side but still good3. pork belly with endivea (yummy!, Just the right amount of fat 4. Chocolate cake with raspberry (yummm). I was very full at the end...they give u Crudites in the beginning, followed by yummy bread, and Raymond gave me extra tiny desserts after my dessert. So if you are thinking that the 3 courses might not be enough...it probably will be lol. The view of Hong Kong island was so nice. I was actually seated further back and half way thru they asked me if Id like to move to the window since the tables opened up and I Gladly accepted. Really enjoyed this experience. They are very attentive here!
Lovely afternoon tea - splendid view overseeing the victoria harbour, lovely tea set with the best scones in town. Savory and Sweet taste good & very ig-able
Our appetizer was Fresh Mozzarella in Tomato cups - it was good but a really small portionFor the main dish we ordered :- Gnocchi with prawns and something that Kate cannot recall - it was as good as you gnocchi.- Busiate trapanese - it was interesting, but not amazing. For dessert we had a chocolate raspberry cake. The mousse inside it was really tasty, but the rest was mediocre. And we drunk rosé champagne. So next time someone asks me if this is one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong my answer will be:Atmosphere wise - probablyPrice and food - I wouldnt consider it as such. The food proportionally and taste wise was good at best (besides the mousse). And its definitely overpriced.
Excellent italian fare, and service was outstanding ! Of course do expect a fine setup and pretty view from the 102nd level
Tosca - Michelin one starI admit I come here more for the view, but unfortunately it was a raining day... but well, I still expect better food from a RitzCarlton hotel’s restaurant on the second top floor of ICC. Overall not too bad but definitely not worth the price. The service is at high standard but I would rather have better food instead. The tortelli is quite good actually. The burrata filling tastes good. But the tuna is really bad... it is fishy, and “water” even come out from it and make the whole thing watery after a while. Should have talked to them but the portion is small and we kinda finished it already so didn’t bother. Overall, come here if you have special occasion and when weather is good.P.S. it will be a 2 stars but the extra star is for the good service.
Sunday Champagne Brunch at Tosca is a very satisfying experience.Great, delicious food selection are paired with Veuve Clicquot champagne and amazing views of Hong Kong below.
Lovely Italian lunch! Was very surprised by them offering different kinds of olive oil and it was really sweet that one of the two came from the same hometown as the chef. Credits given to this gimmick!More importantly, the food was delicious. Although Im not a carbs-fan, I didnt mind the linguine as the cheese before was too good to forget.Didnt really like the texture of the fish but the pork neck was tender and rich in flavour. The side of the main dish was a bit of a disappointment after the other courses being extraordinary. Overall the experience was delightful, especially we had the wine pairing option during Saturday! The desserts were fine but nothing special. Thats mostly the problem when one of their dishes stands out too much, you have higher expectation towards the remaining. Will definitely recommend people to come on Saturday for the very worthy lunch menu!
Gorgeous place with a stunning view. We went for the brunch and I sampled a wide selection of food that was simple and good. There are options for everyones preferences. You can even have a pizza brought to your table. Service is very attentive as you could expect from an upscale place like this.
View is terrific, and food was amazingly fresh and well seasoned. Service is attentive, professional and friendly. Best place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We took the special 5 course lunch with wine pairing and the cheese platter. Thanks Tosca!
Had a fantastic culinary journey at tosca. Their beluga cavier, lobster and Australian Wagyu beef are simply divine. That one Michelin star is well-deserved!
Nice food and service . Good wine recommendation.
