We eat here every time we are in Ponca. Really authentic Mexican!Just into October this visit and with wife, who has been so jealous to try here. I swear the barbacoa is fantastic

Needs to learn custom service. Everything I asked they said no. No coffee, no we dont have potatoes, no we cant add an egg to a Torta. The guy just seemed like he wasn’t interested in serving me. Probably wont go back because they wouldn’t even serve me coffee. TRY HARDER!

I love this place. Authentic Mexican food at its best. Great service and I really live the Tommys Burrito Special. Those pop bottles are not twist off tops go get it opened if its to go lol my bad. I twisted and twisted and finally got my church key can opener out. Anyway your going to love the place too. They do have take out too.

First visit and the breakfast burritos were outstanding, authentic Mexican food.

Hands down best authentic Mexican food Ive ever had. Everything tortilla is homemade and amazing. They even sell homemade deserts and special order chips and snacks. Had a chicken and beef taco with beans and rice and savored every bite. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

It was okay but they seemed to be lacking business today. Chips were stale but my pork plate had good flavor. Decent priced and easy to get to it on south side of town.

Went there with a friend, ordered a beef chimichanga dinner. They brought out a bean burrito. Was disappointed and told there server of the mistake. He said they were pre made. I let it go, and my friend ordered anal acarte steak gordita which was very good.

Great Mexican food, many locals dont even know about this place in Ponca but you must try it and decide for yourself. Im pretty sure youll love it.

They have overpriced food and try to fill you up on river and beans instead of a main course. Wont be returning a visit

Small place right outside the refinery. Home made chips, i had the Barbacoa gordito with lettuce instead of cabbage. It was made fresh and add a squeeze of lime n it was delicious. The Modelo Michelada was ok not spicy though but puckry lime. Still great flavor though.

This place is delicious! Had Barbacoa tacos that were fantastic! Good service, clean tables, cold beer! Try the Guizo dip! Try fries and Guizo dip! Left full and happy, will be returning again soon. Oh yeah, the hot sauce is HOT, so use wisely!

Food is wonderful!!! Gorditas are the bomb! Chips are hard! Salsa great! Homemade tortillas! Waiter not very friendly. Needs sprucing up inside.

No black beans and no guacamole. Exactly what you expect from a Mexican restaurant. Service was timely for a party of 4. But no personality.

Came here excited to have some Mexican food. Left totally disappointed with the food. Ordered the Milanesa which I thought came with guacamole. What I got was a poorly breaded, thin piece of chewy beef. No guacamole. The milanesa plate with a soft drink came to $14. I felt taken advantage of. For that price I was expecting either better quality food or at least more quantity of the same mediocre food.Server was nice. Wouldnt recommend though.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in a long long time. Not at all tex-mex but some really traditional Mexican flavors. The tacos and gorditas remind me of the first time I ate in Mexico. Wonderful place.

Just because the beef is tongue doesn’t mean is gross, second of all not all the beef is tongue, so maybe get your facts straight before you go talking crap🤣💀 but anyways foods amazing come try us out !! We love to have you come in☺️😊

Prices a little high for a breakfast burrito, but it was really good. That being said I will definitely go back. Bacon egg and cheese and the guizo taco are excellent.

Excellent food and service. Long-serving family owned local business, first to bring authentic Mexican food to town and still doing it the best.

Never actually eaten in the restaurant so I don’t know about the service, but for take out the staff is friendly and has always had the food ready when I walked in. As for the food they have some of the best street style tacos I have had just make sure you tell them exactly what you want on them because if you don’t it will only come with meat.

Very real Mexican food not Tex-Mex not to hot just spicy good flavor can get hot but must ask.

The main dish is cooked to perfection. The beans tasted like they were canned to perfection (Old El Paso). And the Rice-a-Roni...not like momma used to make.

Hands down, most authentic mexican food in all Kay and Osage County ( other than my moms. Everything is wonderful and the tortillas and tamales are always fresh.
